本发明涉及一种新型板式换热器换热板片，所述板片上设有若干凹陷，凹陷轴截面的上下底边平行，两侧边对称，所述侧边为曲线，曲线的线形符合以侧边的中心为原点、上下方向为纵轴方向的误差函数，所述曲线与轴截面的上下底边相切，采用此种板片的换热器，换热效果强，压降小，在水-水换热的工况下，总传热系数相当于同等工况下管壳式换热器的2.5-3.5倍，螺旋板式换热器的2倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型板式换热器换热板片，属于换热设备领域。
背景技术
板式换热器的换热板片是由各种材料制成的薄板，薄板上用磨具压成形状各异的波纹，并在板片的四个角上开有角孔，用于介质的流通。而波纹的形状结构直接决定介质在板间的阻力及换热面积。
传统的板式换热器的换热板片一般为人字形，其容易形成死区，影响换热效果。
发明内容
 为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种新型板式换热器换热板片。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种新型板式换热器换热板片，所述板片上设有若干凹陷，凹陷轴截面的上下底边平行，且下底边长度小于上底边，两侧边对称，所述侧边为曲线，曲线的线形符合以侧边的中心为原点、上下方向为纵轴方向的误差函数，所述曲线与轴截面的上下底边相切。
 进一步的，所述轴截面的下底边长为5mm，高为1.5mm。
通过把凹陷的侧面曲线设置成符合误差函数的曲线，使流体可以顺利光滑的通过，并且没有任何滞流的产生，从而使流经板片的流体全部参加了换热，进一步提高了换热效果。采用此种板片的换热器，换热效果强，压降小，在水-水换热的工况下，总传热系数相当于同等工况下管壳式换热器的2.5-3.5倍，螺旋板式换热器的2倍。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种新型板式换热器换热板片，所述板片上设有若干凹陷1，凹陷轴截面的上下底边平行，下底边长度小于上底边，两侧边对称，所述侧边4为曲线，曲线的线形符合以侧边的中心为原点、上下方向为纵轴方向的误差函数，所述曲线与轴截面的上底边2、下底边3相切。所述轴截面的下底边长为5mm，高为1.5mm。

1.一种新型板式换热器换热板片，其特征在于，所述板片上设有若干凹陷，凹陷轴截面的上下底边平行，下底边的长度小于上底边，两侧边对称，所述侧边为曲线，曲线的线形符合以侧边的中心为原点、上下方向为纵轴方向的误差函数，所述曲线与轴截面的上下底边相切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型板式换热器换热板片，其特征在于，所述轴截面的底边长为5mm，高为1.5mm。
