本发明涉及一种换热板片,特别是涉及一种板式换热器换热板片,所述板片上设有若干凹陷,所述凹陷的上下底面分别为圆形,凹陷轴截面为等腰梯形。采用此种板片的换热器,换热效果强,压降小,在水-水换热的工况下,总传热系数相当于同等工况下管壳式换热器的2-3倍,螺旋板式换热器的1.5倍。

技术领域
     本发明涉及一种换热板片,特别是涉及一种板式换热器换热板片。
背景技术
板式换热器的板片是由各种材料制成的薄板,薄板上用磨具压成形状各异的波纹,并在板片的四个角上开有角孔,用于介质的流通。而波纹的形状结构直接决定介质在板间的阻力及换热面积。
传统的板式换热器的板片一般为人字形,很容易形成死区,影响换热效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种板式换热器换热板片,其能在较低的雷诺系数下就可以产生湍流,从而提高换热效果。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种板式换热器换热板片,其特别之处在于,所述板片上设有若干凹陷,所述凹陷的上下底面分别为圆形,凹陷轴截面为等腰梯形。
优选的,所述凹陷的底面和侧面的夹角为45°,所述底面的直径为10mm,上底面和下底面之间的距离为1.5mm。
本发明在板片上设置了凹陷,加大了换热面积,并且当流体流经板片时由于凹陷的这种结构设计,在较低的雷诺系数下就可以产生湍流,从而提高了换热的效果。采用此种板片的换热器,换热效果强,压降小,在水-水换热的工况下,总传热系数相当于同等工况下管壳式换热器的2-3倍,螺旋板式换热器的1.5倍。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种板式换热器换热板片,所述板片上设有若干凹陷1,所述凹陷1的上底面2下底面3分别为圆形,凹陷轴截面为等腰梯形。所述凹陷的底面和侧面的夹角4为45°,所述底面的直径为10mm,上底面和下底面之间的距离为1.5mm。

1.一种板式换热器换热板片,其特征在于,所述板片上设有若干凹陷,所述凹陷的上下底面分别为圆形,凹陷轴截面为等腰梯形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板式换热器换热板片,其特征在于,所述凹陷的底面和侧面的夹角为45°,所述底面的直径为10mm,上底面和下底面之间的距离为1.5mm。
