背景技术
换热板片是板式换热器中的重要部件,现有的板式换热器的换热板片多采用波纹式换热区,即在换热区压有等距的人字形波纹,在组装时将波纹换热板正反向交替叠置,相邻换热板片的人字形波纹相交叉形成波纹网格。这种换热板片的流道阻力较大,在用于粘度较大的介质进行换热时容易发生阻塞,板片易结垢。 
实用新型内容
实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种换热板片,该换热板片流道宽、阻力小,适用于粘性介质换热,换热效率高。 
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种换热板片,在换热板片上设有定位孔、密封槽、介质进出口、分流区和传热区,在分流区和传热区压有球面凸起和球面凹坑,球面凸起和球面凹坑交错布置。 
作为本实用新型的改进:球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的垂直中心线为镜像线时,位于垂直中心线左右两侧的球面凸起和球面凹坑镜像后互无重叠。 
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的水平中心线为镜像线时,位于水平中心线上下两侧的球面凸起和球面凹坑镜像后互无重叠。 
作为本实用新型的最佳方案:球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的中心为对称点呈中心对称排列。 
有益效果:本实用新型的换热板片由于采用了在换热板片上设有定位孔、密封槽、介质进出口、分流区和传热区,在分流区和传热区压有球面凸起和球面凹坑,球面凸起和球面凹坑交错布置的技术方案,使得本实用新型的换热板片较波纹式换热区的换热板片相比具有流道宽、阻力小的优点,在用于粘性介质换热时不易发生阻塞现象,换热板片不易结垢,换热效率高;由于采用了球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的垂直中心线为镜像线时,位于垂直中心线左右两侧的球面凸起和球面凹坑镜像后互无重叠的技术特征,使本实用新型的换热板片在组装成板式换热器时,用完全相同的换热板片,水平翻转后,与未翻转的换热板片交替叠置就可以组装成球面凸起和球面凹坑互不干扰的换热板组;由于采用了球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的水平中心线为镜像线时,位于水平中心线上下两侧的球面凸起和球面凹坑镜像后互无重叠的技术特征,使本实用新型的换热板片在组装成板式换热器时,用完全相同的换热板片,垂直翻转后,与未翻转的换热板片交替叠置就可以组装成球面凸起和球面凹坑互不干扰的换热板组;由于采用了球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的中心为对称点呈中心对称排列的技术特征,使得板片的生产、组装更加方便。

1.一种换热板片,在换热板片上设有定位孔、密封槽、介质进出口、分流区和传热区,其特征是:在分流区和传热区压有球面凸起和球面凹坑,球面凸起和球面凹坑交错布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换热板片,其特征是:球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的垂直中心线为镜像线时,位于垂直中心线左右两侧的球面凸起和球面凹坑镜像后互无重叠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的换热板片,其特征是:球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的水平中心线为镜像线时,位于水平中心线上下两侧的球面凸起和球面凹坑镜像后互无重叠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的换热板片,其特征是:球面凸起和球面凹坑以板片的中心为对称点呈中心对称排列。
