一种可燃废油连续净化蒸馏装置，包括蒸发罐、热风预热器、蒸馏器及燃烧炉组成,导油管一端连接蒸发罐上部，另一端连接热风预热器，废油输油管接口经输油泵连接热风预热器；渣油管一端连接在蒸发罐底部，另一端连接在蒸馏器进口上，出热油气管一端连接在蒸馏器上，另一端连接在蒸发器上部，蒸馏器上的热风出口连接在热风预热器上，出渣口设在蒸馏器末端下部；出油气管连接在蒸发罐顶部。本发明的设备制造简单，工艺易行，且操作方便，可实现连续化生产，产量大、工作效率高，蒸馏充分不产生废渣油，不造成环境二次污染，经济效益和社会效益显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可燃废油连续净化蒸馏装置。
背景技术
废旧橡胶、废塑料热裂解生产出来的基础油，以及废机油等废油只能作为工业锅炉和其他燃油锅炉的燃料，不能用于其他更精细的发动机燃烧，大大降低了油品的价值、并造成不同程度的能源浪费，湿法蒸馏又要剩余30%左右的渣油，剩余的渣油还要进行二次裂解，所以增大了不必要的生产成本，还会造成环境的二次污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：设计一种可燃废油连续净化蒸馏装置,将废燃油通过净化蒸馏，使轻重组份分开，提取出可用于精细发动机的近似国标汽油、柴油的清洁能源，既可提高油品的品质增大经济效益，又不造成环境的二次污染。
解决本发明问题所采取的技术方案是：该装置包括蒸发罐、热风预热器、蒸馏器及燃烧炉组成,导油管一端连接蒸发罐上部，另一端连接热风预热器，废油输油管接口经输油泵连接热风预热器；渣油管一端连接在蒸发罐底部，另一端连接在蒸馏器进口上，出热油气管一端连接在蒸馏器上，另一端连接在蒸发罐上部，蒸馏器上的热风出口连接在热风预热器上，出渣口设在蒸馏器末端下部；出油气管连接在蒸发罐顶部。
在蒸发罐下部设有一根回油管，经输油泵连接热风预热器。
首先点燃燃烧炉使蒸馏器的内部温度上升至150℃，这时开启输油泵使废油通过热风预热器进入蒸发罐，蒸发的热油气体从蒸发罐上部的出油气口流出进入冷凝系统，蒸发罐下部没蒸发的废油一部分通过回油管打循环回热风预热器，另一部分进入蒸馏器蒸馏，蒸馏后的灰渣从出渣口排出，不再有蒸不净的渣油产生。
本发明的积极效果是：设备制造成本低，工艺简单易行，且操作方便，可实现连续化生产，产量大、工作效率高，蒸馏充分不产生废渣油，不造成环境二次污染，经济效益和社会效益0显著。

具体实施方式
本发明装置如图1所示，该装置包括蒸发罐2、热风预热器10、蒸馏器7及燃烧炉8组成,导油管3一端连接蒸发罐2上部，另一端连接热风预热器10，废油输油管接口12经输油泵11连接热风预热器10；回油管5一端连接在蒸发罐2下部，另一端经输油泵11连接热风预热器10；渣油管6一端连接在蒸发罐2底部，另一端连接在蒸馏器7进口上，出热油气管4一端连接在蒸馏器7上，另一端连接在蒸发罐2上部，蒸馏器7上的热风出口经热风管9连接在热风预热器10上，出渣口13设在蒸馏器7末端下部；出油气管1连接在蒸发罐2顶部。
首先点燃燃烧炉8、温度上升至150℃开启输油泵11，同时打开回油管5和渣油管6上的阀门并启动蒸发器7的主动电机，打开蒸馏器7出渣口13；废油进入热风预热器10再经导油管3进入蒸发罐2，蒸发罐2下部没蒸发的废油一部分通过回油管5和热风预热器10再循环，另一部分进入蒸馏器7蒸馏，蒸馏产生的热油气进入蒸发罐2，蒸馏的热油气和热风预热器产生的热油气同时从蒸发罐2上部的出油气管1流出进入冷凝系统；蒸馏后的灰渣从出渣口13排出，不再有蒸不净的渣油产生。

1.一种可燃烧废油连续净化蒸馏装置，其特征在于：该装置包括蒸发罐、热风预热器、蒸馏器及燃烧炉组成,导油管一端连接蒸发罐上部，另一端连接热风预热器，废油输油管接口经输油泵连接热风预热器；渣油管一端连接在蒸发罐底部，另一端连接在蒸馏器进口上，出热油气管一端连接在蒸馏器上，另一端连接在蒸发器上部，蒸馏器上的热风出口连接在热风预热器上，出渣口设在蒸馏器末端下部；出油气管连接在蒸发罐顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可燃烧废油连续净化蒸馏装置，其特征在于：在蒸发罐下部设有一根回油管，经输油泵连接热风预热器。
