背景技术

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二密封组件(15)的所述管芯(28)轴向延伸为从所述内环(5)朝着所述等速万向节(6)延伸;所述第二密封组件(15)还包括由所述管芯的与所述第一端部相对的第二端部(36)承载且由弹性材料制作的环形密封(35),进而至少包括第一弹性变形的环形唇(37),其径向延伸为从所述管芯的所述第二端部(36)向所述管芯(28)内突出且从所述管芯的所述第一端部(27)的L状边缘(31)的相对侧突出,直到以干涉的方式相交于等速万向节(6)的外环(10)的基本上圆柱形的外侧表面29,以获得在其上的滑动径向密封。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,由所述管芯的所述第二端部(36)承载的所述环形密封(35)由弹性材料制作,进一步包括第二环形唇(37),其在倾斜方向上径向延伸以从所述管芯的所述第二端部(36)突出,基本上在所述第一环形唇(37)相对侧上且在相对于所述第一唇(37)朝着所述管芯的所述第一端部(27)的轴向收缩位置,从而在所述密封中且朝着所述第一唇限定前环形缺口(39),其适合于允许所述第二唇(38)作为关于可能接近所述第一唇的可能污染物的离心元件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二唇(38)短于所述第一唇(37)且延伸在轴向方向上,直到与环形侧表面(40)齐平,所述环形侧表面(40)向前定界所述第一唇(37)且面对所述内环(5)的相对侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管芯(28)的所述第二端部(36)的直径小于所述第一端部(27)的直径,并且通过所述芯的倾斜折叠的台阶部分(41)连接到所述第一端部,从而提高了所述管芯(28)的轴向刚度;所述管芯的整个第二端部(36)埋设在属于所述第二密封组件(15)的所述环形密封(35)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环形芯(28)的所述第二端部(36)以L状边缘(42)径向地设置在内侧,L状边缘(42)延伸在与所述第一端部(27)的所述L状边缘(31)相反且平行的方向上,并且平行于第一、弹性变形的环形唇(37)的根部且在与第一、弹性变形的环形唇(37)的根部直接相邻的位置被埋设在所述环形密封(35)中,从而使其位于面对所述轴承的所述内环5的一侧上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,形成所述信号发生元件(19)的所述环形插件(19b)制作为可磁化弹性材料的在轴向方向上测量的预定厚度的环形插件,其已经被化学地锚定到面对所述等速万向节(6)的所述第一护罩(16)的所述凸缘部分的第一前表面(20),从而将其完全覆盖,除了限定座(30)的所述凸缘部分的所述未被覆盖的环形区域(25)之外;所述座(30)用于所述第二密封组件的所述管芯的所述第二端部的所述L状边缘(31)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,由可磁化弹性材料制作的所述环形插件(19b)延伸在径向方向上刚好超过限定所述第一护罩(16)的所述凸缘部分的径向外边缘(33),并且在轴向方向上延伸超过所述凸缘部分(18)的整个厚度,并且直到所述第一护罩的所述凸缘部分的与第一前表面相反的第二前表面(34),从而所述第一护罩的所述凸缘部分的所述径向外边缘(31)埋设在插件(19b)中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,限定所述信号发生元件的所述环形插件(19b)由倾斜设置且定向的径向内部侧表面(43)朝着所述第二密封组件的所述管芯(28)的所述第一端部的所述L状边缘(31)限定,使由所述环限定的用于L状边缘的所述座(30)在其径向开启的侧面上径向向外扩展。
