该畜禽保健品中思仙叶,有效成分主要成分为木脂素、环烯醚萜、黄酮类化合物、多糖等,能增强机体特异性免疫功能,激活巨噬细胞,T细胞和兴奋垂体一肾上腺皮质系统功能,对改善畜禽肉质功效显著。
该畜禽保健品中绿原酸能杀死葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、一些寄生虫和滤过性病毒,可预防和治疗某些急性胃肠道细菌性疾病和球虫病;能降低肠道pH值,抑制病原微生物生长繁殖,具有抗菌消炎利胆作用,与茶皂素,丝兰皂苷等复合提取物应用具有降低胆固醇等双向调节作用。
该畜禽保健品中丝兰皂苷:原产于北美洲,其提取物中的有效成分可以限制粪便中氨的生成,提高有机物的分解率,从而可以降低畜禽舍空气中氨气的浓度,达到除臭的效果。不仅能除臭,还能提高肉鸡的增重速度和饲料转化效率。
本发明各组份畜禽保健品协同配伍对蛋禽的作用功能:
技术措施:
(1)依据天然植物活性提取物其能够激活免疫细胞、增加T、B淋巴细胞功能,促进淋巴细胞转化和增殖,抗细菌、病毒,促进RNA、DNA、蛋白质合成等,提高免疫力,促进动物生长,降低死亡率,研究表明,在蛋禽日粮中添加3g/kg的安全畜禽畜禽保健品可提高雏鸡免疫和抗病毒功能,有效防止疫情的发生。
(2)本发明提取物富含的多种对动物有益的天然活性成分,在蛋禽日粮中添加3g/kg的安全蛋禽畜禽保健品,其鸡蛋中的胶原蛋白增加1倍,中性脂肪减少20%,胆固醇含量降低60%,各种钙含量和氨基酸含量均明显提高。
(3)本发明通过促进畜禽体内的新陈代谢和加强体液循环过程,帮助净化肝内环境,加快肝细胞繁殖,增强肝细胞活力和解毒能力,帮助清除体内自由基和重金属元素。
(4)本发明畜禽保健品中的活性物质皂苷可清除超氧自由基、羟自由基和脂自由基,降低游离脂肪酸的生成和减缓脂肪自动氧化的引发,且对自由基清除效率随畜禽保健品浓度的增加而提高。
(5)本发明新型低胆固醇畜禽保健品可提高蛋禽抗应激的作用,本发明协同配伍畜禽保健品富含生物活性物质三萜皂甙,具有镇静、止痛、解热、镇咳和消炎的作用,可能调节机体内环境平衡,降低机体对应激的敏感性,配合免疫调节作用,能明显解除应激所产生的免疫抑制,提高动物的抗应激能力。
(6)本发明新型低胆固醇畜禽保健品能够有效改善肉鸡胴体组成,具有明显的营养再分配作用,它显著提高了胸肌率、降低了腹胀率。在肉鸡饲粮中添加3g/kg安全饲料比添加同剂量的蛋氨酸提高胸肌率为6.7%;比同剂量的蛋氨酸降低腹脂率为17.2%-12.8%。
具体实施方式:
该新型低胆固醇畜禽保健品由小黑麦草10-50%、绿原酸1-10%、茶皂素1-10%、思仙叶20-50%、槐米1-10%、怀夕1-5%、玉果1-5%、丝兰皂苷5-20%、复合提取物组成.
该畜禽保健品按如下步骤操作完成:
将小黑麦草、思仙叶、槐米、怀夕、玉果按重量秤取,采用清洗机流动液冲洗;将洗完的物料甩干,经过粉碎机粉碎到100-300目,加1-2倍清水搅拌均匀浸渍6-8小时后,使用超声波细胞破碎,制得浆液备用;将绿原酸、查皂素、丝兰皂苷按比例加入到混合破壁浆液中搅拌均匀,用低温喷雾干燥技术,全部混合液瞬时喷雾干燥成粉,制得成品。
该新型低胆固醇畜禽保健品量,按每吨全价饲料的0.3-0.5%添加,经辽宁大连瓦房店养鸡场,辽宁沈阳铁西新区张义乡养鸡场祥瑞国际集团贝森生物科技研究院、辽宁省分析科学研究院、中科院沈阳应用生态研究所农产品质量检测中心,饲养实验、测试取得了本发明所述效果。
实例一:
选择49周玲海蓝鶴蛋鸡2000只,随机分成两组,实验组和对照组所用的饲料量相同,观察胆固醇、蛋白、钙反应变化,结果见表:

1.新型低胆固醇畜禽保健品,其特征在于:由小黑麦草10-50%、绿原酸1-10%、茶皂素1-10%、思仙叶20-50%、槐米1-10%、怀夕1-5%、玉果1-5%、丝兰皂苷5-20%复合提取物成。
该新型低胆固醇畜禽保健品按如下步骤操作完成:
将小黑麦草、思仙叶、槐米、怀夕、玉果按重量秤取,采用清洗机流动液冲洗;将洗完的物料甩干,经过粉碎机粉碎到100-300目,加1-2倍清水搅拌均匀浸渍6-8小时后,使用超声波细胞破碎,制得浆液备用;将绿原酸、茶皂素、丝兰皂苷按重量比加入混合破壁浆液中搅拌均匀,用低温喷雾干燥技术,全部混合液瞬时喷雾干燥成粉,制得成品。
