技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔离器,并且更特别地,涉及一种交流发电机隔离器,该交流发电机隔离器具有扭转弹簧和止动件,该扭转弹簧施加轴向收缩力以将皮带轮保持在轴上,该止动件布置在扭转弹簧外部。
背景技术
车辆内燃机典型地包括前端带驱动附件驱动装置。该附件可以包括动力转向装置、交流发电机、水泵等等。由于皮带总是沿着围绕发动机的前平面的迂回路径,因此附件驱动装置也可以称为蛇形驱动装置。
典型的蛇形驱动系统包括车辆的内燃机的曲轴上的驱动皮带轮,用于所述附件的一系列从动皮带轮,和围绕驱动和从动皮带轮的多V型带。蛇形驱动装置的优点是,通过在皮带上提供自动皮带张紧器,可以固定地安装附件。
特别地,在发动机是四缸类型的情况下,驱动皮带轮在皮带上形成高度动态载荷。这种高动态载荷是由于曲轴的可变转矩输出特性。带张紧器不能调节所有的可变转矩特性。结果可能是由于瞬时皮带打滑的噪音和减小的皮带寿命。
该技术的代表是美国专利5,139,463,该美国专利公开一种用于汽车的蛇形皮带驱动系统,其中从动组件的序列包括交流发电机组件,该交流发电机组件包括外壳和电枢组件,该电枢组件安装在外壳中以便绕电枢轴线旋转。毂结构在外壳外部由电枢组件承载以便绕电枢轴线与电枢组件一起旋转。螺旋弹簧以操作关系布置在交流发电机皮带轮和毂结构之间以便通过蛇形带将交流发电机皮带轮的从动旋转运动传输到毂结构,使得电枢组件与交流发电机皮带轮沿相同方向旋转,同时在其从动旋转运动期间能够相对于交流发电机皮带轮沿相反方向进行瞬时相对弹性旋转运动。

本发明包括一种隔离器,该隔离器包括:轴(10);皮带轮(20),所述皮带轮在第一衬套(40)和第二衬套(50)上轴颈安装到所述轴;与所述轴和所述皮带轮接合的扭转弹簧(30),所述扭转弹簧施加轴向收缩力以将所述皮带轮保持在所述轴上;固定到所述轴的盖构件(60),所述皮带轮被所述扭转弹簧轴向收缩力推动从而与所述盖构件接合,所述盖构件还包括轴向突出构件(62),所述轴向突出构件布置在所述扭转弹簧的径向外部;所述皮带轮包括用来协作地接收所述突出构件的周边凹坑(24)并且具有布置在所述周边凹坑内的止动件(23);和橡胶构件(80),所述橡胶构件和所述止动件一起被布置用来接合所述突出构件。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的隔离器的剖视图。隔离器100包括轴10和皮带轮20。皮带轮20在衬套40和衬套50上轴颈安装到轴10。皮带轮20通过扭转弹簧30连接到轴10。
扭转弹簧30是在没有载荷的状态中具有最小线圈间距的伸展式弹簧。在没有载荷的状态中,线圈间距可以是0mm到0.5mm之间的任何值。在组装期间,扭转弹簧被压到皮带轮20中并且被压到轴10中。此后,在组装期间,轴和皮带轮被拉开大约2到3mm,由此扭转弹簧伸长到希望长度以实现大约20-50N的预期轴向收缩力。收缩弹簧刚度可以在5到20N/mm的范围中。轴向收缩力平行于并且沿着旋转轴线A-A起作用。
盖60被压到轴10的端部11上并且通过型锻(swaging)或其它已知方法被固定。衬套50被压配合到皮带轮20中。衬套表面52与端部11滑动接合。盖60将与衬套50的凸缘51对接。凸缘51由扭转弹簧30的收缩力加载。盖60通过盖唇缘61与皮带轮20的凸缘21和凸缘22形成迷宫式密封,保护隔离器的内部部件免受污染。
在用于驱动或从动操作状态的操作期间,橡胶构件80用于缓冲突出构件62与皮带轮20的撞击。轴10螺纹连接到交流发电机轴(未示出)上。
图2是本发明的隔离器的透视顶视图。盖60被型锻到轴端部11。盖唇缘61突出在凸缘21和凸缘22之间(未示出)。皮带轮20被示出为具有多肋表面25。表面25接合多肋带(未示出)。
图3是本发明的隔离器的透视底视图。衬套40接合在皮带轮20和轴10之间。
图4是本发明的隔离器的局部剖视图。衬套50接合在端部11和皮带轮20之间。凸缘51由扭转弹簧30的收缩力加载从而与盖60压接合。实际上,扭转弹簧30将皮带轮和轴保持在一起作为组件,使得皮带轮20支承在盖60上,衬套50布置在皮带轮20和盖60之间。衬套40通过粘合剂、压配合或该领域中已知的其它合适方法连接到皮带轮毂26。
图5是本发明的隔离器的侧视图。
图6是图5的6-6处的横截面。突出构件62沿轴向突出并且布置在盖60的外边缘上。盖60被型锻到轴10作为防旋转特征。用于皮带轮20的止动件23布置在皮带轮凹坑24内,该皮带轮凹坑形成在凸缘21、22之间和止动件23之间。突出构件62突出到每一个周边皮带轮凹坑24中。每一个突出构件62布置在扭转弹簧的径向外部。橡胶构件80安装在止动件23的每一侧上。在载荷反向期间,在行程范围的任一端部,每一个突出构件62撞击每一个橡胶构件80并且因此撞击每一个止动件23。橡胶构件80使该撞击变柔和并且减小否则将由该撞击产生的噪音。
在替代实施例中,每一个止动件23可以包括诸如橡胶的可压缩的或弹性体材料,由此每一个止动件23和相邻橡胶构件80被组合以形成单个可压缩的、弹性体的或橡胶的部件。
皮带轮旋转行程在扭转弹簧的卷绕和解卷方向之间是不相等的。沿卷绕方向35,皮带轮旋转行程在40到50度之间。沿解卷方向51,皮带轮行程是20到30度之间的某值。
虽然这里已经描述本发明的形式,但对本领域技术人员来说将显然的是,可以在部件的构造和关系中作出变化而不偏离这里描述的本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种隔离器,包括:
轴(10);
皮带轮(20),所述皮带轮在第一衬套(40)和第二衬套(50)上轴颈安装到所述轴;
与所述轴和所述皮带轮接合的扭转弹簧(30),所述扭转弹簧施加轴向收缩力以将所述皮带轮保持在所述轴上;
固定到所述轴的盖构件(60),所述皮带轮被所述扭转弹簧的轴向收缩力推动从而与所述盖构件接合,所述盖构件还包括轴向突出构件(62),所述轴向突出构件布置在所述扭转弹簧的径向外部;
所述皮带轮包括用来协作地接收所述突出构件的周边凹坑(24)并且具有布置在所述周边凹坑内的止动件(23);和
橡胶构件(80),所述橡胶构件和所述止动件一起被布置用来接合所述突出构件。
2.如权利要求1中所述的隔离器,其中所述皮带轮包括多肋表面。
3.如权利要求1中所述的隔离器,还包括工具接收部分。
4.如权利要求1中所述的隔离器,其中所述皮带轮包括凸缘,所述凸缘与所述盖构件形成迷宫式密封。
5.如权利要求1中所述的隔离器,其中所述止动件包括可压缩材料。
