Abstract

用硫酸酸解动物角蛋白制取混合氨基酸与铜的络合物(双效灵的有效成分)时是使用石灰[Ca(OH)2]来中和其中的硫酸,这样生成的CaSO4必须滤出弃去。而本发明是使用氨水或氨来中和其中的硫酸,生成的硫酸铵可以留在该药液中用作氮肥,这样既能省去过滤工序,节省工时,又能增加该农药的有效成份,提高其产率。

本发明属农药的制造方法。
CN85108051A是利用动物蛋白制备混合氨基酸与铜的络合物,作农用杀菌剂,其主要过程是把动物角蛋白进行酸解,然后用石灰[Ca(OH)2]中和,再与硫酸铜络合,最后又用Ca(OH)2调整PH至6-9,得到混合氨基酸铜络合物,最后经复配而成双效灵。在中和酸解液时使用石灰[Ca(OH)2],结果生成的CaSO4微溶于水的,且CaSO4难于过滤,而且大部分的CaSO4滤出后没有得到有效的利用。
本发明的目的是合理利用硫酸根,把它转变为硫酸铵,这样在施用该农药时,农药中的硫酸铵可作为氮肥使用。
本发明的要点在于,在中和酸解液时,不使用石灰而使用氨水或通入氨,即生成溶于水的硫酸铵。
本发明的优点是无CaSO4产生,省去过滤硫酸钙(CaSO4)的工序,缩短生产周期,提高了产量及农药有效成份的含量,使该农药既能杀菌,又有促进农作物的生成。
实施例:
用浓度50%的硫酸水解动物角蛋白,反应是在常压下100°-115℃回流20小时,蛋白与酸液的重量比为1∶2,得到蛋白质的酸解液,然后用浓度为15-20%的氨水(或通入NH3)中和酸解液,至PH为4-6,加热反应物至50℃,加入硫酸铜(其重量等于角蛋白的重量)。即得到混合氨基酸的络合物溶液,用15-20%的氨水调PH值至6-8,并用水配成10%的溶液,加入占总重量的1%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚复配成乳液。

1、一种杀菌剂乳化液的制备方法,它是以动物角蛋白为原料,经硫酸水解、碱中和,硫酸铜络合,最后经复配等过程而产生混合氨基酸铜络合物乳化液(杀菌剂双效灵)的方法,其特征是在中和酸解液或络合后调整pH值时,是使用氨水或氨。
