本发明涉及一种汽轮机弯扭静叶片,包括叶片的叶身,其创新点在于:所述叶片叶身的两端设置直型线定位冠,所述直型线定位冠由叶片叶身的两端面型线平行延伸构成,所述直型线定位冠的厚度在6-10mm之间。本发明的优点在于:该种叶片叶身两端的直型线定位冠能够作为叶片装配的基准,装配时,采用与直型线定位冠厚度一致的叶片钢材料钢带冲制等分度、安装角均好的内环型线孔和外环型线孔,用这种围带环料来安装弯扭静叶片,等分度好、安装角正确,且喉宽也复合要求,安装方便。该叶片与常规带冠叶片相比,不仅大大的节省材料,同时又能够满足安装精度要求,提高装配效率。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种汽轮机弯扭静叶片,特别涉及一种制作简单、装配方便且成本低的汽轮机弯扭静叶片。
背景技术
 汽轮机静叶片安装在隔板或汽缸上,又称喷嘴叶片,在反动式汽轮机中,起喷嘴作用。工质的热能在喷嘴栅中(也可以有部分在动叶栅中)首先转变为工质的动能,然后在动叶栅中再使这部分动能转变为机械能;在速度级中,静叶片作导向叶片,使汽流改变方向,引导蒸汽进入下一列动叶片。
汽轮机静叶片分为带冠和不带冠结构,在进行弯扭型线静叶片安装时,其安装精度由三个方面保证,一是圆周上的等分度,二是单个静叶片的安装角必须正确一致,三是出汽口的喉宽必须在一定的范围内。常规方法是把弯扭静叶做成两端带冠的形式,每片静叶的工作型面相对于安装基准面制作得非常一致,这样装配后能保证上述三个要求,但其制作成本较高,且非常的浪费材料。不带冠静叶片安装难度大,安装精度差,在安装时一般情况下是用一种安装夹具在隔板上 确认,每一片叶片的等分度,安装角和喉宽比较满意时电焊点焊在隔板圆环上,一圈静叶片全部点焊后再检查一次,不符合要求的进行校正,然后焊牢在隔板圆环上,但精度要求不能令人满意,对汽轮机的运行效率以及运行平稳性有很大的影响。
发明内容
 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制作简单、装配方便且成本低的汽轮机弯扭静叶片。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种汽轮机弯扭静叶片,包括叶片的叶身,其创新点在于:所述叶片叶身的两端设置直型线定位冠,所述直型线定位冠由叶片叶身的两端面型线平行延伸构成,所述直型线定位冠的厚度在6-10mm之间。
本发明的优点在于:该种叶片叶身两端的直型线定位冠能够作为叶片装配的基准,装配时,采用与直型线定位冠厚度一致的环形钢带制作冲制等分度、安装角均好的内环型线孔和外环型线孔,用这种围带环料来安装弯扭静叶片,等分度好、安装角正确,且喉宽也绝对符合要求,安装方便。该叶片与常规带冠叶片相比,不仅大大的节省材料,同时又能够满足安装精度要求,提高装配效率,而且加工也非常简便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括叶片的叶身1,在叶片叶身1的两端设置直型线定位冠2,直型线定位冠2由叶片叶身1的两端面型线平行延伸构成,直型线定位冠2的厚度在6-10mm之间。
叶片在进行装配时,如图2、3所示,采用与直型线定位冠厚度一致的环形钢带作为内环钢带4和外环钢带3,在其上分别制作冲制等分度、安装角均好的内、外环型线孔5,把每片叶片装插到内环钢带4和外环钢带3的型线孔5中,在端面处把叶片与内、外环钢带焊牢成静叶隔板。

1.一种汽轮机弯扭静叶片,包括叶片的叶身,其特征在于:所述叶片叶身的两端设置直型线定位冠,所述直型线定位冠由叶片叶身的两端面型线平行延伸构成,所述直型线定位冠的厚度在6-10mm之间。
