Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置。聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置，该装置包括底架、夹紧装置和拉动装置，夹紧装置和拉动装置分别设置在底架上，拉动装置设置在夹紧装置的后端。本发明通过夹紧装置的气缸可以及时、快速地调整棒材夹的压力，通过拉动装置的油压缸牵引拉动棒材轴向运动，具有结构简单、使用方便、运行稳定的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置。
背景技术
在聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中，棒材在挤出是靠挤出机来控制棒材的挤出速度，但是在实际生产中发现棒材在挤出的时候，由于棒材自身的重量，会导致棒材下垂。另外，由于挤出机的基础速度无法得到有效地控制，因此需要在棒材的末端增加一个加压装置用于对棒材施加压力保证棒材挤出的均匀度，但是增加加压装置后，棒材轴向的拉力就不够，无法让棒材通过加压装置，因此就需要一个牵引的力，用于拉动棒材轴向运动。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本发明的目的是提供聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置，该装置结构简单，既可以及时、快速地调整棒材夹的压力，又可以用于牵引拉动棒材轴向运动。
为了实现上述的目的，本发明采用了以下的技术方案：
聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置，该装置包括底架、夹紧装置和拉动装置，夹紧装置和拉动装置分别设置在底架上，拉动装置设置在夹紧装置的后端；所述的夹紧装置包括四根呈正方形四角设置的滑杆，滑杆的两端分别固定设置有第一固定板，左第一固定板上设有螺孔，螺孔设置有丝杆，右第一固定板上固定设置有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆穿过设置在右第一固定板上设置的轴孔；并在所述滑杆的中间设置有两块滑动板，左滑动板与所述的丝杆的端部固定连接，右滑动板与所述的活塞杆的端部固定连接；所述的拉动装置包括机架、油缸固定架和油压缸，并在底架的左端设置有支撑杆，所述的油缸固定架由左、右两块第二固定板构成，机架通过支撑杆和两块第二固定板固定设置在底架的上方，所述的油压缸固定设置在右第二固定板上，左第二固定板上设有轴孔，所述的油压缸的活塞杆穿过轴孔，在活塞杆的左端设有活动连接头，活动连接头上设有拉杆，拉杆的末端设有螺纹。
作为优选，所述的油压缸的下部设有固定杆用于与底架相连接。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案，通过气缸可以及时、快速地调整棒材夹的压力，通过油压缸牵引拉动棒材轴向运动，具有结构简单、使用方便、运行稳定的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1~图4所示的聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置，该装置包括底架1、夹紧装置和拉动装置，夹紧装置和拉动装置分别设置在底架1上，拉动装置设置在夹紧装置的后端。
如图1、图2所示的聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的自动调压棒材夹，该装置包括四根呈正方形四角设置的滑杆9，滑杆9的两端分别固定设置有第一固定板，左第一固定板2上设有螺孔，螺孔设置有丝杆8，右第一固定板3上固定设置有气缸6，所述气缸6的活塞杆7穿过设置在右第一固定板3上设置的轴孔；并在所述滑杆9的中间设置有两块滑动板，左滑动板4与所述的丝杆8的端部固定连接，右滑动板5与所述的活塞杆7的端部固定连接。
如图3、图4所示，拉动装置包括机架10、油缸固定架和油压缸14，并在底架1的左端设置有支撑杆11，所述的油缸固定架由左、右两块第二固定板构成，机架10通过支撑杆11和第二固定板固定设置在底架1的上方，所述的油压缸14固定设置在右第二固定板13上，油压缸14的下部设有固定杆15用于与底架1相连接。左第二固定板13上设有轴孔，所述的油压缸14的活塞杆16穿过轴孔，在活塞杆16的左端设有活动连接头17，活动连接头17上设有拉杆18，拉杆18的末端设有螺纹19。
使用的时候，通过气缸6可以及时、快速地调整棒材夹的压力，同时将拉杆18的末端通过螺纹19钻入棒材中，通过油压缸14牵引拉动棒材轴向运动。

1.聚四氟乙烯棒材生产中的夹紧拉动装置，其特征在于：该装置包括底架、夹紧装置和拉动装置，夹紧装置和拉动装置分别设置在底架上，拉动装置设置在夹紧装置的后端；所述的夹紧装置包括四根呈正方形四角设置的滑杆，滑杆的两端分别固定设置有第一固定板，左第一固定板上设有螺孔，螺孔设置有丝杆，右第一固定板上固定设置有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆穿过设置在右第一固定板上设置的轴孔；并在所述滑杆的中间设置有两块滑动板，左滑动板与所述的丝杆的端部固定连接，右滑动板与所述的活塞杆的端部固定连接；所述的拉动装置包括机架、油缸固定架和油压缸，并在底架的左端设置有支撑杆，所述的油缸固定架由左、右两块第二固定板构成，机架通过支撑杆和两块第二固定板固定设置在底架的上方，所述的油压缸固定设置在右第二固定板上，左第二固定板上设有轴孔，所述的油压缸的活塞杆穿过轴孔，在活塞杆的左端设有活动连接头，活动连接头上设有拉杆，拉杆的末端设有螺纹。
