技术领域:
本发明涉及一种加工孔的方法,尤其是涉及一种孔距精确的无钻模钻孔加工工艺
背景技术:
在如今工业相当发达的时代,测量量具和测量仪器起到了重要的作用,而且加工每一件零件都离不开量具,测量量具和测量仪器的精度更为重要,在测量量具和测量仪器中,有很多零件的小孔孔距要求高,在原来的加工中,都是在带有钻模板的夹具中钻削,其缺点是:装夹不方便,钻头及钻模板易磨损,消耗较大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种不需要钻模的钻孔工艺,以便于提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
1)按图纸要求加工好冲压模; 
2)在需要钻孔的图纸要求位置上,先进行一次性冲锥形凹坑;
3)然后对着锥形凹坑位置直接钻孔。
本发明能够保证产品质量,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
参照附图,一种孔距精确的无钻模钻孔加工工艺,1)按图纸要求加工好冲压模; 2)在需要钻孔的图纸要求位置上,先进行一次性冲锥形凹坑;3)然后对着锥形凹坑位置直接钻孔。具体实施时,先按图纸要求加工好冲压模,把工件2放在冲压模下模板3上,定位安装后,调好冲锥形凹坑的尺寸,冲坑凸模1再进行冲压,冲好后把工件卸下来,然后把工件放在钻床上对着锥形凹坑位置直接钻孔。

1.一种孔距精确的无钻模钻孔加工工艺,其特征是:
1)按图纸要求加工好冲压模; 
2)在需要钻孔的图纸要求位置上,先进行一次性冲锥形凹坑;
3)然后对着锥形凹坑位置直接钻孔。
