Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于调节绘图仪的打印头的基部的调节系统,该调节系统允许调节打印头的基部相对于打印基部的位置。
背景技术
在绘图仪中,将一个或多个打印头放置在其正确位置对于获得正确的绘图是至关重要的。
特别地,其上放置有打印头的基部必须相对于待打印的片材在其上滑动的打印基部平行,并且打印头还必须相对于打印头在其上滑动的轴垂直。
如今,打印头的基部相对于打印基部的位置通过螺钉和可调节部件直接进行调节。

–基本上竖直的旋转轴,所述基本上竖直的旋转轴位于所述可调节部件和所述固定部件之间;
–至少一个基本上水平的调节元件,所述基本上水平的调节元件调整所述可调节部件相对于所述固定部件的角度位置;以及
–多个基本上竖直的调节元件,所述基本上竖直的调节元件调整所述可调节部件相对于所述固定部件的倾斜度和高度。
此特征的结果,使打印头的基部能够容易地以及精确地被调整,而没有任何游隙。
根据优选的实施方式,所述调节元件是设置有弹簧的螺钉,所述弹簧绕所述螺钉的钉杆设置。
所述基本上竖直的调节元件的弹簧优选地放置在设置于所述固定部件中的支承部和所述可调节部件之间,所述基本上水平的调节元件的弹簧优选地放置在设置于所述可调节部件中的支承部和所述固定部件之间。

具体实施方式
如图中可见,绘图仪的打印头的基部包括基本上竖直的固定部件1和基本上水平的可调节部件2。
可调节部件2能够相对于所述固定部件1竖直地以及成角度地运动。另外,可调节部件2的倾斜度也能够相对于固定部件1进行调节。
对于竖直调节和倾斜度,本发明的调节系统包括多个调节元件3,图中示出的实施方式具有三个调节元件,但是调节元件也能够为任意适当的数量。
对于角度调节,本发明的调节系统包括基本上竖直的旋转轴4,旋转轴4位于所述可调节部件2和所述固定部件1之间,特别地位于所述可调节部件2的角部。另外,本发明的调节系统还包括基本上水平的调节元件3,调节元件3位于固定部件1和可调节部件2之间。
图2中示出的箭头示出了借助于本发明的调节系统能够进行的调节。
根据示出的实施方式,所述调节元件3为设置有弹簧5的螺钉,弹簧5绕螺钉的钉杆设置。
所述基本上竖直的调节元件3的弹簧5放置在设置于所述固定部件1中的支承部6和所述可调节部件2之间,而所述基本上水平的调节元件3的弹簧5放置在设置于所述可调节部件2中的支承部7和所述固定部件1之间。
如图中可见,所述支承部6、7设置为放置在螺钉3的头部和弹簧5之间。因此,当上紧螺钉3时,弹簧5压缩,当松开螺钉3时,弹簧5解压缩。
弹簧5的存在还允许使弹簧在受压的情况下变形,但在当压力消失时,弹簧5使系统返回其之前的位置。
尽管已经参照了本发明的具体实施方式,但对于本领域普通技术人员而言,很明显的是:所描述的调节系统易于进行各种变型和改型,并且在不脱离由所附权利要求限定的保护范围的情况下,上述所有细节均能够以其他技术上等同的细节替代。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于调节绘图仪的打印头的基部的调节系统,所述调节系统包括用于调节所述打印头的所述基部相对于所述绘图仪的打印基部的位置的装置,所述打印头的所述基部包括基本上竖直的固定部件(1)和基本上水平的可调节部件(2),其特征在于,所述用于调节所述打印头的所述基部相对于所述绘图仪的打印基部的位置的装置包括:
-基本上竖直的旋转轴(4),所述旋转轴(4)位于所述可调节部件(2)和所述固定部件(1)之间;
-至少一个基本上水平的调节元件(3),所述至少一个基本上水平的调节元件(3)调整所述可调节部件(2)相对于所述固定部件(1)的角度位置;以及多个基本上竖直的调节元件(3),所述多个基本上竖直的调节元件(3)调整所述可调节部件(2)相对于所述固定部件(1)的倾斜度和高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调节系统,其中,所述调节元件(3)是设置有弹簧(5)的螺钉,所述弹簧(5)绕所述螺钉的钉杆设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调节系统,其中,所述基本上竖直的调节元件(3)的所述弹簧(5)被放置在设置于所述固定部件(1)中的支承部(6)和所述可调节部件(2)之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的调节系统,其中,所述基本上水平的调节元件(3)的所述弹簧(5)被放置在设置于所述可调节部件(2)中的支承部(7)和所述固定部件(1)之间。
