技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋子中底及其生产方法。
背景技术
现有的运动鞋等鞋子的中底材料在轻便性能等方面存在缺陷,需要进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻便的轻量化EVA中底及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种轻量化EVA中底,其特征是:由下列重量份的原料组成:
塑胶engage8003      200份
塑胶EVA7350        100份
填充剂RB-510        10份
硬脂酸               1.2份
氧化锌               4份
发泡剂ADC          14份
架桥剂DCP           2份。
一种轻量化EVA中底的生产方法,其特征是:依次包括下列步骤:
(1)利拿:将塑胶engage8003、EVA7350、填充剂RB-510、硬脂酸、氧化锌混炼360秒,再加入架桥剂DCP、发泡剂ADC混炼60″后出料,冷却至120℃;
(2)薄通:将经步骤(1)处理的材料翻厚二次至7~8mm厚,然后打薄2~3次至0.7~1.0mm厚,再翻厚二次至7~8mm厚;
(3)造粒:将经上述处理的材料进行造粒,造粒时温度为95-105℃;
(4)一次成型:在温度162-168℃、压力150kg/cm2下一次成型处理,时间15-20分钟;
(5)加工:进行打粗加工;
(6)二次成型:在温度为162~168℃、压力70kg/cm2下二次成型,加热时间为8~9分钟,冷却时间8~9分钟;
(7)整理:进行修边、整修。
本发明比重小,质轻,比一般鞋子的中底轻30-40%。比重小于0.15g/cm3

实施例1:
一种轻量化EVA中底,其特征是:由下列重量份的原料组成:
塑胶engage8003      200份
塑胶EVA7350        100份
填充剂RB-510        10份
硬脂酸               1.2份

发泡剂ADC          14份
架桥剂DCP           2份。
生产时:依次包括下列步骤:
(1)利拿:将塑胶engage8003、EVA7350、填充剂RB-510、硬脂酸、氧化锌混炼360秒,再加入架桥剂DCP、发泡剂ADC混炼60″后出料,冷却至120℃;
(2)薄通:将经步骤(1)处理的材料翻厚二次至7~8mm厚,然后打薄2~3次至0.7~1.0mm厚,再翻厚二次至7~8mm厚;
(3)造粒:将经上述处理的材料进行造粒,造粒时温度为95-105℃;

2. 一种权利要求1所述的轻量化EVA中底的生产方法,其特征是:依次包括下列步骤:
(1)利拿:将塑胶engage8003、EVA7350、填充剂RB-510、硬脂酸、氧化锌混炼360秒,再加入架桥剂DCP、发泡剂ADC混炼60″后出料,冷却至120℃;
(2)薄通:将经步骤(1)处理的材料翻厚二次至7~8mm厚,然后打薄2~3次至0.7~1.0mm厚,再翻厚二次至7~8mm厚;
