Abstract
本发明提供一种长期耐热性、阻燃性、拉伸性和耐磨性优异的具有铝导体的阻燃绝缘电线。本发明涉及包括含有铝系材料的导体和覆盖导体的绝缘覆盖层的阻燃绝缘电线,其中,绝缘覆该层由树脂组合物形成,该树脂组合物包含:100重量份的基础树脂,该基础树脂包含(A)聚丙烯系树脂和(B)烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体中的至少一种;(C)50~150重量份的阻燃剂和(D)0.35~6.00重量份的金属清除剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过用阻燃树脂组合物覆盖铝系导体而获得的阻燃绝缘电线。
背景技术
到目前为止,作为在汽车中布线的阻燃绝缘电线,使用聚氯乙烯树脂作为基础树脂的树脂组合物覆盖铜(Cu)线得到的电线是经常使用的。聚氯乙烯树脂具有优异的材料性能如阻燃性和机械性能。然而,当聚氯乙烯树脂在焚烧时、汽车着火或类似情况燃烧时,由于有害气体如卤素系气体的产生使得环境问题日益凸显。
因此,最近,作为不含卤素的树脂组合物,已经发展的树脂组合物中使用聚烯烃系树脂和烯烃系树脂或苯乙烯系树脂作为基础树脂(例如,参见专利文献1)。为了形成不含卤素的绝缘覆盖,考虑到铜线的性质,树脂组合物中必然要求大量添加剂。即,在树脂组合物中,通过添加各种添加剂到上述基础树脂中,阻止分解和老化来改善机械强度的长期稳定性。一个具体的例子是,必须将50-100重量份的金属水合物,和作为添加剂,3-5重量份的苯酚系抗氧化剂,0.1-1.0重量份的水杨酸系金属清除剂,3-5重量份的肼系金属清除剂以及1-10重量份的金属氧化物添加到100重量份的由聚烯烃系树脂和烯烃系树脂或苯乙烯系树脂组成的基础原料中。因此,当添加剂的添加量增大时,出现了作为整体的阻燃绝缘电线的重量增加的问题。
在最近的汽车零部件中,减轻重量是人们所期望的,因此,甚至作为用于汽车的电线也有降低重量的需求。因此,有人建议用铝(Al)导体代替铜(Cu)导体。

然而,当使用铝基材料作为导体时,使阻燃绝缘电线同时具有阻燃性、拉伸性、耐磨性、长期耐热性及类似的性质是困难的。此外,当混合大量添加剂以改善上述性质时,出现了混合与减少重量相矛盾的问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种使用铝导体且可同时满足阻燃性、拉伸性、耐磨性、长期耐热性及类似性质的轻质阻燃绝缘电线。
解决问题的技术手段
作为本发明的一个特点,其主要内容在于一种阻燃绝缘电线,包括:包含铝基材料的导体和覆盖该导体的绝缘覆盖层,其中,所述绝缘覆盖层由树脂组合物形成,该树脂组合物包含:100重量份的基础树脂,该基础树脂包含(A)聚丙烯系树脂和(B)烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体;(C)50~150重量份的阻燃剂;以及(D)0.35~6.00重量份的金属清除剂。
发明的有益效果
根据本发明,得到了一种轻质且具有高阻燃性和高机械性能如拉伸性、耐磨性和长期耐热性的阻燃绝缘电线。

下面将详细描述根据本发明实施例得到的阻燃绝缘电线。
在说明书中,“重量%”和“重量份”分别与“质量%”和“质量份”具有相同的含义。
在本发明中,非卤和不含卤素的意思是任何卤素化合物都不作为显示各种功能如阻燃性的有效组分包含在树脂组合物中,并不意味着树脂组合物中不包含作为不可避免地微量存在的杂质或者类似物的卤素。
[阻燃绝缘电线]
图1是示出根据本发明实施例的阻燃绝缘电线的剖面图。如图1所示,阻燃绝缘电线1通过是由阻燃树脂组合物构成的绝缘覆盖3覆盖由铝基材料组成的一捆多个导体2构成。由于阻燃绝缘电线1被具有将要在下面提及的高阻燃性和高机械性能例如拉伸性、耐磨性和长期耐热性的阻燃树脂组合物覆盖,因此,该电线即使用于汽车用电线也是高度可靠的。
导体2包含铝系材料并且优选由铝系材料组成。导体可以由,例如,铝,铝合金,或使用铝作为主要原料的复合材料形成。
绝缘覆盖3由树脂组合物构成,其中,(C)50~150重量份的阻燃剂和(D)0.35~6.00重量份的金属清除剂混入包含(A)聚丙烯系树脂和(B)烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体中的至少一种的100重量份的基础树脂。在此,使用的树脂均是非交联树脂。
(A)聚丙烯系树脂:
(A)聚丙烯系树脂包括聚丙烯均聚物,丙烯与乙烯、1-丁烯或类似物的嵌段共聚物,以及它们的类似物。它们可以单独使用或二个或多个混合使用。此外,聚丙烯系树脂不限于上述化合物,可以是不同于上述化合物的其他聚丙烯系树脂。
(B)烯烃系或苯乙烯系热塑弹性体
烯烃系热塑弹性体包括非晶聚烯烃和无定形烯烃系共聚物橡胶的混合物,作为结构,以及其类似物。非晶聚烯烃包括聚丙烯/乙烯无规共聚物,丙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物,丙烯/乙烯-α-烯烃无规共聚物以及其类似物。无定形烯烃系共聚物橡胶包括乙烯/丙烯共聚物橡胶(EPM),乙烯/1-丁烯共聚物橡胶(EBM),乙烯/丙烯/丁烯共聚物橡胶,乙烯/丙烯/非共轭二烯共聚物橡胶(EPDM)及其类似物。关于这一点,烯烃系热塑弹性体的例子包括MIRASTOMER(三井化学有限公司生产),SumitomoTPE(住友化学有限公司生产),THERMORUN(三菱化学公司生产)及其类似物。
苯乙烯系热塑弹性体包括具有芳乙烯系聚合物嵌段(硬段)和共轭二烯系聚合物嵌段(软段)的嵌段共聚物或无规共聚物。芳乙烯系聚合物包括苯乙烯,例如α-甲基苯乙烯,α-乙基苯乙烯,和α-甲基-对-甲基苯乙烯的α-甲基取代的苯乙烯,,亲核烷基取代的苯乙烯例如邻-甲基苯乙烯,间-甲基苯乙烯,对-甲基苯乙烯,2,4-二甲基苯乙烯,乙基苯乙烯,2,4,6-三甲基苯乙烯,邻-叔丁基苯乙烯,对-叔丁基苯乙烯和对-环己基苯乙烯,及其类似物。共轭二烯系化合物包括丁二烯,异戊二烯,甲基戊二烯及其类似物。作为其他橡胶组分,例如,可以使用二烯系橡胶如苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SBR),丁腈橡胶(NBR),丁基橡胶(IIR)。关于这一点,苯乙烯系热塑弹性体的例子包括RABALON(三菱化学公司生产),SumitomoTPE-SB(住友化学有限公司生产),SEPTON和HYBRAR(Kuraray有限公司生产)和其类似物。
它们可以单独使用或二个或多个混合使用。混合使用时混合的比例不特别限定,优选烯烃系热塑弹性体/苯乙烯系热塑弹性体为4/1~5/2(重量比)。
前述包括(A)聚丙烯系树脂和(B)烯烃系和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体中的至少一种的基础树脂,优选由70-90重量%的聚丙烯系树脂和30-10重量%的烯烃系和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体中的至少一种组成。在此,当聚丙烯系树脂的量为70重量%或以上时,可得到足够的耐磨性能,而当聚丙烯树脂的量在90重量%或以下时,不会出现拉伸性和抗冲击性的降低的情形,因此这种情形是优选的。
作为(C)阻燃剂,优选使用金属水合物,例如氢氧化镁,氢氧化铝,三氧化锑,五氧化二锑或硼酸锌。此外,关于阻燃剂的混合比例,以100重量份的基础原料为基准,添加的量为50-150重量份,优选80-120重量份。在此,当阻燃剂的添加量小于50重量%,则不能获得足够的阻燃性能。当添加量超过150重量%,阻燃性很难随着添加量的增加得到进一步提高,同时拉伸性和长期耐热性下降。
作为(D)金属清除剂,优选使用水杨酸系或肼系金属清除剂。
水杨酸系金属清除剂的例子包括N,N’-双亚水杨基乙二胺,N,N’-双亚水杨基-1,2-丙烯基二胺,N,N’-双亚水杨基-N’-甲基-二丙烯基三胺,3-(N-水杨酰基)氨基-1,2,4-三唑,十甲烯基二羧基-双(N’-水杨酰肼)(decamethylenedicarboxylicacid-bis(N’-salicyloylhydrazide))及其类似物。它们可以单独使用或二个或多个混合使用。此外,水杨酸系金属清除剂不限于上述化合物,还可以是不违背本发明主旨的,不同于上述化合物的其他水杨酸系金属清除剂。
肼系金属清除剂的例子包括N-(2-乙氧基苯基)-N'-(2-乙苯基)-乙二酰胺,5-叔丁基-N-(2-乙氧基苯基)-N'-(2-乙苯基)-乙二酰胺,N,N-二乙基-N’,N’-二苯基草酰胺,N,N’-二乙基-N,N’-二苯基草酰胺,草酸-双(苯亚甲基酰肼),硫代二丙酸-双(苯亚甲基酰肼),间苯二甲酸-双(2-苯氧基丙酰基酰肼),双(水杨酰肼),N-亚水杨基-N’-水杨酰腙,2’,3-双{[3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酰]}丙酰肼和其类似物。它们可以单独使用或二个或多个混合使用。此外,肼系金属清除剂不限于上述化合物,还可以是不违背本发明主旨的,不同于上述化合物的其他肼系金属清除剂。
这些金属清除剂可以单独使用或二个或多个混合使用。以100重量份的基础树脂为基准,添加的量为0.35-6.00重量份,优选1-3重量份。即,当金属清除剂的添加量小于0.35重量份时,将不能通过清除金属获得将在下述提及的足够的抗氧化的辅助效果。此外,当添加量超过6.00重量份时,将会渗出。
在本实施例中,除了上述组成材料,优选以100重量份的基础树脂为基准,添加1-3重量份的苯酚系抗氧化剂。
苯酚系抗氧化剂的例子包括2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚,四[亚甲基-3(3’,5’-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷,十八基-3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸酯,3,9-双{2-[3-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲苯基)丙酰氧基]-1,1-二甲基乙基}-2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷,1,3,5-三2[3(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酰氧基]乙基异氰酸酯,1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苄基)苯,三(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苄基)异氰脲酸酯,1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苄基)异氰尿酸酯,季戊四醇四[3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸酯],三甘醇-N-双-3-(3-叔丁基-5-甲基-4-羟苯基)丙酸酯,1,6-己二醇双[3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸酯],2,2-硫代双-二乙烯双[3-(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸酯],2,2’-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚),2,2’-亚甲基双-(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚),2,2’-亚甲基双-(4,6-二-叔丁基苯酚),2,2’-亚乙基-双-(4,6-二-叔丁基苯酚)(Cheminox1129),2,2’-丁烯-双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚),4,4’-亚丁基双-(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚),2-叔丁基-6-(3-叔丁基-2-羟基-5-甲苄基)-4-甲苯基丙烯酸酯,2,4-二-特戊基-6-[1-(3,5-二-特戊基-2-羟基苯基)乙基]苯基丙烯酸酯,生育酚和其类似物。生育酚具体地包括α-生育酚(5,7,8-三甲基母育酚),β-生育酚(5,8-二甲基母育酚),γ-生育酚(7,,8-二甲基母育酚),σ-生育酚(8-甲基母育酚)和其类似物。它们可以单独使用或二个或多个混合使用。此外,苯酚系抗氧化剂不限于上述化合物,还可以是不违背本发明主旨的,不同于上述化合物的其他苯酚系抗氧化剂。
以100重量份基础树脂为基准,苯酚系抗氧化剂优选的添加量为1-3重量份。当添加量为1重量份或以上时,可以有效阻止由氧化引起的老化,且当添加量为3重量份或以下时,阻止氧化的效果随着添加量的增加而提高,因此,上述情形是优选的。
此外,在本实施例中,组成上述树脂组合物的每个组分均不包含任何卤素,因此,在燃烧中不会产生任何卤素系气体。此外,在本实施例中,着色剂、润滑剂、抗静电剂、发泡剂和其类似物在不损害本发明优点的范围内可添加到上述树脂组合物的组成中。
此外,在本实施例中,如图1所示,电线具有用绝缘覆盖3覆盖多根导体2的构造,当然,电线也可以具有绝缘覆盖3覆盖一根导体2的构造。当然,本发明可以应用到各种电线和线束中。
在根据本实施方式得到的具有上述构造的阻燃绝缘电线1中,通过使用铝系材料的导体2,实现了明显的重量减轻,且与使用常规铜导体的情况下混合同样量的添加剂相比,即使当使用混合少量添加剂时仍可实现长期耐热性。此外,具有上述构造的阻燃绝缘电线1同时还具有阻燃性和例如拉伸性和耐磨性这样的机械性能。
实施例
下面具体描述本发明的实施例和对比实施例。
(在实施例和对比实施例中使用的混合树脂和原料)
(A)聚丙烯系树脂
PS210A(SunAllomer有限公司生产)
(B)烯烃系/苯乙烯系热塑弹性体
MIRASTOMER(三井化学有限公司生产)作为烯烃系热塑弹性体和RABALON(三菱化学公司生产)作为苯乙烯系热塑弹性体混合使用。烯烃系热塑弹性体与苯乙烯系热塑弹性体的混合比例为4/1(重量比)。
(C)阻燃剂
氢氧化镁
(D)金属清除剂
水杨酸系金属清除剂
绝缘电线通过将由混合上述原料得到的树脂组合物覆盖铝导体制备得到。在长期耐热性测试中,也使用了通过用PCV树脂组合物覆盖导线而获得的绝缘电线。
(相关判断标准)
*长期耐热性:
聚氯乙烯系压敏胶带缠绕在本发明的绝缘电线和用PCV树脂组合物覆盖导体所获得的绝缘电线以任意比例混合得到的电线捆的外周。在所得的捆于150°C下经受热老化100小时后,取出根据本发明得到的绝缘电线中的一个电线。当进行自我卷曲时,在不含卤素的树脂组合物上没有裂纹的样品评价为合格(○),而出现裂纹的样品则评价为不合格(╳)。
*阻燃性测试:
阻燃性测试依照ISO6722(2006)进行。通过切割由阻燃树脂组合物挤出形成的绝缘电线得到的长度为600mm的样品以倾斜角45°固定在平槽中。在将本生灯的还原火焰施加到距上端约200mm±5mm的部分15秒且火焰缓慢地移动后,测量火焰熄灭所用的时间。目标值是70秒或以下。因此,火焰在目标值70秒以内熄灭的情况下,样品评价为合格(○),而火焰熄灭所用的时间超过70秒的情况下,样品则评价为不合格(╳)。
*拉伸性测试:
拉伸性测试依照JISC3005(2000)进行。将绝缘电线切割成长度为150mm并移走导体使其转换成只有覆盖层的管状测试片。接下来,在中间部分以50mm为间隔做标记线。之后,室温下,在测试片的两端固定到拉伸测试仪的夹子上后,以25mm/minute的拉伸速率拉伸的同时测量标记线之间的距离。当拉伸率为500%或以上时,样品评价为合格(○),当拉伸率小于500%时,则样品评价为不合格(╳)。
*耐磨性测试:
耐磨性测试依照ISO6722(2006)进行。使用刮擦磨损测试设备进行耐磨性测试。即,将具有约1m长度的绝缘电线置于样品架上并用夹子固定。接下来,在总负荷为7N的情况下,使用增压构件将具有尖端直径为0.45mm的钢琴丝的刮刀(plunge)施加到绝缘电线并且往复运动(往复运动距离:14mm)。计数往复运动的次数直到由绝缘电线的覆盖层的磨损导致刮刀(plunge)的钢琴丝接触到绝缘电线的导线。当次数为300次或以上时,评价为合格(○),当次数小于300次时,评估为不合格(╳)。
下面具体描述本发明实施例,并将实施例与对比实施例进行比较。在实施例1-16和对比实施例1-8中,在原料以如表1和2中所示的混合比例混合后,在200°C温度下熔融捏合并用挤出机挤出。因此,铝导体用绝缘覆盖覆盖以生产绝缘电线。在表1和2中,列举了长期耐热性、阻燃性、拉伸性和耐磨性的测试结果。
(实施例1-16)
向100重量份的由(A)70-90重量份的聚丙烯系树脂和(B)30-10重量份烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体形成的基础树脂中混合(C)50-150重量份阻燃剂和(D)0.35-6.00重量份金属清除剂。
(对比实施例1-8)
向100重量份的由(A)70-90重量份的聚丙烯系树脂和(B)30-10重量份烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体形成的基础树脂中混合(C)45-155重量份阻燃剂和(D)0.3-1重量份金属清除剂。

从表1和2所示的结果来看,发现以100重量份基础树脂为基准,阻燃剂优选添加量的范围是50-150重量份。即,当实施例4和5与对比实施例3和4比较时,(C)阻燃剂的量为50重量份的实施例4和5在长期耐热性、阻燃性、拉伸性和耐磨性方面的测试结果均得到了良好的结果。但在对比实施例3和4中仅改变实施例4和5中混合的(C)阻燃剂的量为45重量份时,阻燃性评价为不合格(╳)。从上述结果中可以发现(C)阻燃剂优选量为50重量份或以上。
此外,当实施例12和14与对比实施例5、6比较时,(C)阻燃剂的量为150重量份的实施例12和14在长期耐热性、阻燃性、拉伸性和耐磨性方面的测试结果均得到了良好的结果。但在对比实施例5和6中,长期耐热性、拉伸性和耐磨性评价为不合格(╳)。从上述结果中可以发现(C)阻燃剂优选量为150重量份或以下。
此外,在实施例8、9、15和16中,发现即使当(D)金属清除剂的量为6.00重量份时,长期耐热性、阻燃性、拉伸性和耐磨性都能够得到满足。然而,当金属清除剂的量超过6.00重量份时,将会发生渗出,因此,添加量优选在0.35-6.00重量份范围内。
如上所述,当使用由铝基材料构成的导体时,通过将(C)50-150重量份的阻燃剂和(D)0.35-6.00重量份的金属清除剂混合到100重量份的由(A)70-90重量份的聚丙烯系树脂和(B)30-10重量份的烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体组成的基础树脂中,作为组成绝缘覆盖层的材料混合比例,可以得到同时满足长期耐热性、阻燃性、拉伸性和耐磨性的轻质电线。因此,可以得到具有作为用于汽车的绝缘电线的性质的轻质绝缘电线。

Claims (1)
1.一种阻燃绝缘电线,包括包含铝系材料的导体和覆盖该导体的绝缘覆盖层,
其中,所述绝缘覆盖层由树脂组合物构成,该树脂组合物包含:
100重量份的基础树脂,该基础树脂由(A)聚丙烯系树脂和(B)烯烃系热塑弹性体和苯乙烯系热塑弹性体组成;
(C)50~150重量份的阻燃剂;以及
(D)0.35~6.00重量份的金属清除剂。
