技术领域
本发明涉及动力电池盖板正、负极柱。 
背景技术
全球都在提倡环保节能,交通工具方面,唯一能够带来绿色环保的只有新能源汽车,新能源汽车动力来源于动力电池,太阳能发电需要储能动力电池。新能源汽车动力电池连接方式是多个电池通过端子螺柱与端子螺柱之间连接来组合提供动力能源给汽车。现有端子螺柱都是采用铜/铝棒车加工成型,当电池螺柱与另外电池螺柱之间连接时难以保证螺柱牙纹的完整,铜/铝极柱都没有办法达到扭力要求。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种满足扭力要求的动力电池组合型极柱。 
本发明的目的可以这样实现,设计一种动力电池组合型极柱,包括端子、连接柱,端子上设有凹槽,该凹槽的横截面为多边形,凹槽中设有通孔;连接柱的一端设有与凹槽配合的端头,连接柱柱身穿过凹槽通孔。 
进一步地,所述连接柱与端子之间为过盈配合。 
优选地,连接柱采用不锈钢材料制成。 
优选地,正极端子采用铜制成,负极端子采用铝制成。 
本发明可以满足极柱之间的扭力要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。 
如图1所示,一种动力电池组合型极柱,包括端子1、连接柱2,端子1上设有凹槽11,该凹槽11的横截面为多边形,凹槽中设有通孔12;连接柱2的一端设有与凹槽11配合的端头21,连接柱柱身22穿过凹槽通孔12。 
所述连接柱2与端子1之间为过盈配合。过盈配合可以提高两者之间导电能力。 
凹槽11的横截面为六边形。也可以为其他形状,如三角形、矩形、五角形等等。 
连接柱2采用不锈钢材料制成,解决以往铜/铝螺柱不能达到扭力要求,牙纹不完整的问题;本实施例采用的是型号为SUS304的不锈钢材料。连接柱柱身直径为4~18mm,螺纹部分为M4~M18。为保证导电能力,端子1还是采用导电能力较好的材料制成,正极端子采用铜制成,本实施例采用型号为T2的紫铜材料;负极端子采用铝制成,本实施例采用型号为AL6063的铝材料。端子1的厚度在3~6mm之间。 
本实施例,连接柱2采用了SUS304螺柱,规格M4~M18。正极端子采用T2紫铜型材,负极端子采用AL6063型材,采用精密模具冲压成型,最后用清洗液清洗干净表面的油污,再用精密模具把SUS304螺柱分别与正极端子、负极端子组合成一体。 

Claims (5)

1.一种动力电池组合型极柱,其特征在于:包括端子(1)、连接柱(2),端子(1)上设有凹槽(11),该凹槽(11)的横截面为多边形,凹槽中设有通孔(12);连接柱(2)的一端设有与凹槽(11)配合的端头(21),连接柱柱身(22)穿过凹槽通孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力电池组合型极柱,其特征在于:所述连接柱端头(21)与端子凹槽(11)之间为过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的动力电池组合型极柱,其特征在于:凹槽(11)的横截面为六边形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的动力电池组合型极柱,其特征在于:连接柱(2)采用不锈钢材料制成,柱身直径为4~18mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力电池组合型极柱,其特征在于:正极端子采用铜制成,负极端子采用铝制成,端子厚度3~6mm。
