Abstract
一种金属冲压翻边模块，涉及机械加工领域，应用于金属加工冲压所用的模具模块。包括方形本体，所述的本体的左右两端分别设有贯通的连接孔，在本体的上下两端设有若干定位孔，在本体的中心部位设有模孔，模孔的上下两端均设有表面为外圆弧状的倒角，以上所述的连接孔为缩进式结构，连接孔上下两端的直径大于连接孔的直径。其效果是：由于采用上下两端倒角的模孔结构，冲压时使金属冲压件端部受力柔和，不会对金属冲压件造成伤害，翻边效果好。

背景技术
金属冲压是目前机加工的常用方法，不但精度高而且产量大。金属冲压件的翻边是常见的一道工序，由于翻边直接影响到金属冲压件的整体质量，因此对翻边所用的模块要求较高，其结构直接影响到翻边的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种金属冲压翻边模块，对金属冲压件施加的翻转力柔和，翻边效果好。
为达到上述目的所采取的技术方案是：
一种金属冲压翻边模块，其特征是：包括方形本体，所述的本体的左右两端分别设有贯通的连接孔，在本体的上下两端设有若干定位孔，在本体的中心部位设有模孔，模孔的上下两端均设有表面为外圆弧状的倒角，以上所述的连接孔为缩进式结构，连接孔上下两端的直径大于连接孔的直径。
本实用新型所达到的效果是：由于采用上下两端倒角的模孔结构，冲压时使金属冲压件端部受力柔和，不会对金属冲压件造成伤害，翻边效果好。

具体实施方式
由附图1和附图2可知，本实用新型包括方形本体1，所述的本体1的左右两端分别设有贯通的连接孔3，在本体1的上下两端设有若干定位孔2，在本体1的中心部位设有模孔4，模孔4的上下两端均设有表面为外圆弧状的倒角5，以上所述的连接孔3为缩进式结构，连接孔3上下两端的直径大于连接孔3中心部位的直径。本实用新型对模孔4采用外圆弧状的倒角5，可以使金属冲压件的端部柔顺过度，使其受力柔和，不会对金属冲压件造成伤害。
