Abstract
本发明公开了一种能提高锅炉效率3%左右的锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,包括与锅炉的烟道出口连接的空气预热器、与空气预热器连接的除尘器、与除尘器连接的引风机、与引风机连接的冷烟器及与冷烟器的烟气出口连接的脱硫塔。烟气余热利用系统还包括连接在锅炉的烟道出口与空气预热器的出口之间的旁路省煤器;所述冷烟器采用间热式换热器;所述烟气余热利用系统还包括两个暖风器、一个一次风机和一个二次风机,该两个暖风器并联在所述冷烟器的热媒管上,所述一次风机和二次风机各自连接在两个暖风器的进风口,所述两个暖风器的出风口连接所述空气预热器的进口,使锅炉排烟温度为80℃~120℃并使锅炉进风温度为50℃~80℃。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及火力发电厂锅炉尾部烟气余热利用技术,具体涉及一种锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统。
背景技术
[0002]目前,国内外火力发电厂锅炉的排烟温度一般在120°〜130°C,教科书上也是这样推荐的。这样选择的原因主要在于锅炉烟气在温度较低时会对金属壁产生低温腐蚀,为了防止低温腐蚀的发生,锅炉排烟温度不能更低。
[0003] 德国一家代表性火电厂的锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,它包括依次与锅炉的烟道出口连接的空气预热器、旁路省煤器、电气除尘器、引风机、冷烟器、湿法脱硫塔、烟囱及与冷烟器的热媒管连接的热媒水预热器等构成,该锅炉排烟温度(空气预热器出口烟温)为 160°C,锅炉的进风温度为120°C。
[0004] 图I是我国有代表性的效率比较高的火电厂的锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,它包括依次与锅炉I的烟道出口连接的空气预热器I、电气除尘器4、引风机5、低温省煤器9、湿法脱硫塔7、烟囱8等构成,该锅炉排烟温度(空气预热器出口烟温)为125°C。
[0005] 上述两种系统比较明显的特点是锅炉排烟温度都高于120°C。
[0006] 从锅炉排烟下游的设备分析:
[0007] 对电气除尘器来说,烟气温度最好在100°C左右,除尘效率高,也没有烟气低温腐蚀的危险;
[0008] 对引风机来说,烟气温度在100°C左右效率高;
[0009] 对湿法脱硫塔来说,工作温度在50°C左右效率最佳;
[0010] 从锅炉效率的角度来看,在不发生烟气低温腐蚀的前提下,排烟温度越低,效率越闻。
[0011] 综上所述,高效利用锅炉烟气余热,进一步降低锅炉排烟温度到100°C左右是有利于各方面的。
[0012] 通常,燃煤带入锅炉的热量相当于锅炉主蒸汽和再热蒸汽带出的热量、旁路省煤器低压部分带出的热量、锅炉排烟带出的热量、未燃尽碳热损失、辐射及对流散热热损失以及未计入热损失。
[0013] 下表是某台10000MW锅炉的热效率计算数据:

[0015] 从上表可见,某台10000MW锅炉空气预热器烟气出口的温度为128°C,锅炉空气预热器空气进口的温度为25°C,由此引起的锅炉排烟热损失为4. 88 %,对应的锅炉热效率为94. 31%。该系统中的空气预热器的冷端的最低金属壁温度为76°C左右。
发明内容
[0016] 本发明的目的是提供一种锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,它能自动控制锅炉排烟的温度,并大幅度缩小了锅炉排烟温度和进风温度之差,在解决了烟气低温腐蚀的前提下,使锅炉的效率从目前的94%左右提高到96%以上,实现锅炉尾部烟气低温热量的高效利用,达到节能的目的。
[0017] 实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,包括与锅炉的烟道出口连接的空气预热器、与空气预热器连接的除尘器、与除尘器连接的弓I风机、与引风机连接的冷烟器及与冷烟器的烟气出口连接的脱硫塔,其中,

[0021] 上述的锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,其中,所述烟气余热利用系统还包括一个与所述两个暖风器串联的热恒器,该热恒器的热管连接汽轮机的低温热源。
[0022] 本发明的锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,采用冷烟器回收锅炉的烟气余热,并通过两个并联的暖风器分别加热空气预热器进口的一次风温度和二次风温度,使空气预热器的进风温度达到50°C〜80°C ;如果冷烟器回收的烟气余热不能满足两个暖风器所需要的热量,就由热恒器吸收汽轮机的低温热源来满足热量平衡。由于采用热恒器,会自动提高冷烟器的热媒水温度,从而自动提高了两个暖风器的出风温度,间接地自动控制了锅炉的排烟 温度(空气预热器出口烟温)为80°C〜120恒定不变,解决了烟气的低温腐蚀,在此基础上,由于大幅度缩小了锅炉排烟温度和进风温度之差,所以有效的提高了锅炉效率,使锅炉的效率从目前的94%左右提高到96%以上,实现了锅炉尾部烟气低温热量的高效利用,大幅度降低了机组的供电煤耗,具有巨大的节能减排的社会效益和经济效益。

[0030] 本发明的一种锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统的工作原理是:锅炉I中的烟气通过烟道经空气预热器2和旁路省煤器3使锅炉排烟温度(空气预热器出口的烟器温度)降温到80°C〜120°C后进入除尘器4,经除尘器4除尘后的烟气再经引风机5升压后进入冷烟器6冷却,使烟气冷却到85°C左右进入脱硫塔7脱硫,然后经烟囱8排空;冷烟器6在冷却烟气的过程中放出的热量由热媒水分别载热到两个暖风器61、62并通过一次风机63加热锅炉一次风和二次风机64加热锅炉二次风,将一次风的温度和二次风的温度提高到50°C〜80°C后进入空气预热器2。当环境温度降低或者汽轮机组的负荷降低时,冷烟器6放出的热量不足以将一次风和二次风温度提高到控制锅炉排烟温度80°C〜120°C时,就需要汽轮机的低温热源进入热恒器65来提高冷烟器6的热媒水温度,从而自动提高了两个暖风器61、62的出风温度,间接地自动控制了锅炉排烟温度恒定不变。
[0031] 当发明的系统将空气预热器2的进风温度提高到60°C左右后,结合旁路省煤器3的使锅炉排烟温度为100°c,这样空气预热器2的金属壁的冷端最低温度大约80°C,高于现有国内外锅炉一般的空气预热器的金属壁的冷端最低温度75°C左右,所以首先解决了锅炉尾部受热面烟气低温腐蚀问题。
[0032] 锅炉热损失中,排烟热损失是最大的一项,几乎有5%左右。排烟热损失的大小取决于锅炉排烟温度和进风温度之差。发明的系统由于大幅度缩小了锅炉排烟温度和进风温度之差,所以有效的提高了锅炉效率,实现了锅炉尾部烟气低温热量的高效利用,实现了锅炉尾部烟气低温热量的高效利用,大幅度降低了机组的供电煤耗,具有巨大的节能减排的 社会效益和经济效益。
[0033] 当然,由于旁路省煤器3和热恒器65都与汽轮机热力系统有关联。其中旁路省煤器3将减少汽轮机抽汽回热系统的抽汽,热恒器65将增加汽轮机低压抽汽回热系统的抽汽,这两方面都将引起汽轮机热耗的变化,但这个变化相对锅炉效率的提高对机组供电煤耗的影响要小的多,所以总体将会降低机组供电煤耗6g/kWh以上。
