本发明公开了一种杀灭跳蚤的药物,属于卫生防疫技术领域。它由下述重量份的原料制成:苍术10-50,黄连20-80,青蒿素1-4,特比萘芬1-4,酮康唑1-4,蝎毒2-5,大蒜100-300,红糖500-1000。本发明使用安全,对人、畜无毒,无污染,且跳蚤死亡率高达98.7%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀灭跳蚤的药物,属于卫生防疫技术领域。
背景技术
跳蚤对人类的健康危害严重,跳蚤是多种疾病的产生和传播根源,可传播虱传斑疹伤寒、鼠疫、回归热等危险疾病,它携带鼠疫杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、脊椎灰质火病毒和黄曲霉毒等40多种病原体,而且其分泌物和粪便中还含有多种致癌物质。虱子可受杀虫剂的影响,通常使用的化学杀虫剂主要为有机磷化合物及拟菊脂 类,施用这些杀虫剂不但杀死了害虫,也同时杀死了有益昆虫及害虫的天敌,造成了生态平衡的破坏,对人畜产生危害。 因此,开发杀灭跳蚤的药物非常有意义。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有杀灭跳蚤的化学药物的缺点,本发明的提供一种安全、环保的杀灭跳蚤的药物。 
本发明的一种杀灭跳蚤的药物,由下述重量份的原料制成:由下述重量份的原料制成:苍术10-50,黄连20-80,青蒿素1-4,特比萘芬1-4,酮康唑1-4,蝎毒2-5,大蒜100-300,红糖500-1000。
本发明的一种杀灭跳蚤的药物的制备方法:按上述重量份称取原料,
其制法是:
第1步将:特比萘芬、酮康唑用75%乙醇溶解后加入月桂氮酮过滤除菌,再加75%乙醇,混合均匀,得到液体1,备用。
第2步将:蝎毒、青蒿素,混合,用75%乙醇溶解,得到液体2,备用,
第3步将:苍术、黄连、大蒜,用75%乙醇冷浸,过滤,得到液体3,,备用。
第4步将:液体1、2、3与红糖混合,干燥,就得到本发明的产品
使用方法:将本发明药物放于跳蚤将常出没的地方,跳蚤食用后行动缓慢、无力,3-4天后死亡,死亡率达92.7%。 
以下以试验数据来进一步说明其有益效果。 
检测环境条件:温度:20±2℃,相对湿度50%±4%;方箱型号:0.2m×0.2m×0.2m;
1、试虫:跳蚤,2周龄成虫,雌雄各半。 
2、试验方法: 
室内实验方法: 
方箱装置试验方法:根据使用方法,取2克本发明杀灭跳蚤的药物放入玻璃方箱一角,对角放正常饲养用小鼠用料,中间放清洁进水海绵皿和模拟跳蚤屋。将跳蚤放入玻璃方箱装置,并计时,逐日观察试虫死亡数量, 取出死虫,直至全部试虫死亡。试验重复3次,设空白对照。

具体实施方式
实施例1: 
一种杀灭跳蚤的药物,由下述重量份(克)的原料制成:由下述重量份的原料制成:苍术10,黄连20,青蒿素1,特比萘芬1,酮康唑1,蝎毒2,大蒜100,红糖500。
 其制法是:
第1步将:特比萘芬、酮康唑用75%乙醇20ml溶解后加入月桂氮酮过滤除菌,再加75%乙醇至100ml并混合均匀,得到液体1,备用。
第2步将:蝎毒、青蒿素,混合,用75%乙醇20ml溶解,得到液体2,备用。
第3步将:苍术、黄连、大蒜,用75%乙醇500ml冷浸,过滤,得到液体3,备用。
第4步将:液体1、2、3与红糖混合,真空干燥,就得到本发明的产品。
实施例2: 
本发明的一种杀灭跳蚤的药物,由下述重量份(克)的原料制成:由下述重量份的原料制成:苍术50,黄连80,青蒿素4,特比萘芬4,酮康唑4,蝎毒5,大蒜300,红糖1000。
其制法是:
第1步将:特比萘芬、酮康唑用75%乙醇40ml溶解后加入月桂氮酮过滤除菌,再加75%乙醇至200ml并混合均匀,得到溶液1,备用。
第2步将:蝎毒、青蒿素,混合,用75%乙醇40ml溶解,得到液体2,备用。
第3步将:苍术、黄连、大蒜,用75%乙醇1000ml冷浸,过滤,得到液体3,备用。
第3步将:溶液1、2、3与红糖混合,真空干燥,就得到本发明的产品。
