本发明的薄壁金属与管件连接技术方法,包括有薄壁金属管体,管接头,密封圈和顶筒,管体的端部钳压起凸点,顶筒套于凸点后面,凸点前方套进密封圈,它们一起插入管接头内,将顶筒旋进管接头内螺纹内,当收紧顶筒时,顶筒端口推压管体凸点的同时压迫密封圈,此时管体,管接头,密封圈,顶筒之间形成可伸缩,牢固密封可拆连接技术方法,这样的技术设计方法,大大降低了管材的生产成本,又不损伤管端,且易于施工连接操作,更可反复多次装拆而不影响密封性能,使劳动强度,施工难度大大降低,从而促进薄壁金属管健康发展。

Description

薄壁金属管与管件连接技术方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及液体、气体输送管道连接技术领域,特别是使用薄壁金属密封连接技术。
背景技术:
从一九九四年起塑料管道使用几年后出现物理性能差如管道严重弯曲变形,冻破管,阳光照射下脆裂等现象较普遍,而传统镀锌管化学性能差如卫生性差,寿命短,污染水质。我国于一九九七年已发文禁止在给水管道领域使用。随着人民生活水平不断提高,卫生环保,耐用美观的薄壁不锈钢水管,它具有良好的物理和化学性能,在德国、日本等国家极受欢迎。在我国从2002年后,薄壁不锈钢水管已逐步应用于我国较高档建筑物中的给水、热水管道输送,使用效果良好。
如何让薄壁不锈钢水管在我国大规模普及使用,必须找到解决现时不锈钢水管连接安装、拆卸困难技术方法,综合现时市场上连接方式有:卡压式、承插焊式,上述连接方式,技术要求高,劳动强度大,在安装施工过程中如有漏水或管道更改时,无法拆卸,只能用特殊工具切断管子,安装、拆卸时须要有较宽阔空间否则无法安装及拆卸,同时安装时专用工具价格昂贵等现象造成工程造价偏高。目前有一种扩环式活接方式,在一定程度上解决安装,拆卸难的问题,但经过使用一段时间存在弊端如下:
1、管材拆环时,须要对管端进行强力拉伸极容易造成焊缝开裂或有暗裂现象。
2、管道暗装使用过程中万一被冲击钻钻穿孔时,没办法在管子端部扩环,即无法维修。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述已有连接技术不科学之处,提出一种安装、拆卸更加简易快捷达到:快装、快拆、维修快的目的解决了安装时造成管子焊缝开裂或暗裂的隐患和管子被钻穿后没办法维修现象。同时具有管道温度变化时管材与管件之间有轴向平衡较位的可伸缩连接结构方法。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的,薄壁金属管与管件连接技术方法,包括有薄壁金属管体、管接头、密封圈和顶筒,在管体的端部避开焊缝钳压起凸点,顶筒套于凸点后面,凸点的前方套进密封圈,它们一起插入管接头内螺纹的阶梯孔内,将顶筒的外螺纹旋进管接头时,顶筒的端口顶压着管体的凸点同时推压密封圈,此时管体、管接头、密封圈三者之间形成可伸缩牢固密封活动式连接结构方法。
这样的连接方法管体无须进行卡压、焊接、扩环等损伤性操作,每段管都是活接,易装易拆,劳动强度低,比起卡压式、焊接式、扩环式更具操作性,灵活性,实用性,更重要的是,管体、管接头、密封圈三、顶筒之间形成独有的可平衡移位的可伸缩牢固密封活接结构方法,更适宜在安装位置狭小环境中应用,可大大地减少管道井空间面积具有良好经济性。

具体实施方法:
参见图1,本实施例主要由薄壁不锈钢管体1,管接头2,橡胶密封圈3,顶筒4,构成。特别之处是管体1的端部钳压起凸点11,管接头2的内壁开有与密封圈3相对应的阶梯孔21,管接头2内壁开有与顶筒4对应的内螺纹22,装配连接时,将顶筒4套进管体1中,用专用工具在管体钳压起凸点11,再将密封圈3套进管体1中的凸点11前,将它们一起插入管接头2内,把顶筒4拧入管接头2的内螺纹23,拧紧时凸点11受推压的同时迫紧密封圈3,使用密封圈3与管接头2中的顶筒收紧完成闭合生,管体凸点与管接头承插阶梯孔21之间仍然有2-5mm距离,从而保障管材受热彭胀时有足够伸展移位空间,即构成可伸缩牢固密封连接技术方法。
当然,这里仅列举一种较佳的实施方式,本技术方案可作其它等同或类同的变化,这里不再陈述,但它们应属于本专利的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种薄壁金属管与管件的连接方法,其特征在于:该薄壁金属管与管件包括薄壁金属管体,管接头,密封圈和顶筒,管体的端部钳压起凸点,在管接头的内壁开有与密封圈相对应的阶梯孔,管接头的内壁开有与顶筒对应的内螺纹,装配连接时,将顶筒套进管体中,用工具在管体钳压起凸点,将顶筒套置于凸点后面,将密封圈套在凸点上面,再将它们一起插入管接头内,然后进一步将管体推进至阶梯孔内,使密封圈贴紧阶梯孔,然后将顶筒旋进管接头的内螺纹中,当拧紧顶筒时,顶筒端口直接推压密封圈,凸点受推压的同时迫紧密封圈,使密封圈与管接头中的顶筒收紧完成闭合,此时管体、管接头、密封圈、顶筒之间形成可伸缩,牢固密封的连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的薄壁金属管与管件的连接方法,其特征在于:所述管体端部的凸点是一点或两点,环绕管体凸点与凸点之间可以不等距分布,但要避开在焊缝处钳压凸点。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的薄壁金属管与管件的连接方法,其特征在于:所述管体的凸点与管端的距离小于或者等于60mm;各凸点与管口之间的间距离相等;凸点的高度比管体外径不高出6mm。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的薄壁金属管与管件的连接方法,其特征在于:把顶筒端口推压着管体中的凸点旋进管接头的内螺纹后,再用把手拧紧顶筒,此时管体的凸点与承插口与阶梯孔之间保留有2mm以上轴向可伸缩余量。
