Abstract

本发明公开了一种尼龙弹性体,包括如下重量比份数的组分:聚酰胺40-60份;增塑剂40-60份。以及公开了一种尼龙弹性体的制备方法,其包括步骤如下:将所有尼龙弹性体的组分按照比例混匀后,通过双螺杆熔融共混挤出,加工温度为220-250℃。本发明在添加增塑剂的同时,加入纳米矿物粒子,可以有效地防止增塑剂的迁移和析出。并且成本低,性能优,不容易析出,适用范围较广。

一种尼龙弹性体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尼龙领域,特别涉及一种尼龙弹性体及其制备方法。 
背景技术
尼龙弹性体具有耐油、耐化学试剂、耐磨、超韧性以及回弹性好等优点,但目前市场上的尼龙弹性体成本价高,在许多场合限制了其使用范围。 
专利公开号为CN98805383.7,本发明涉及聚酰胺组合物,在熔化状态下它的流变性能适应于由挤出吹塑成形的方法且在例如低温下具有改进的柔性。该组合物包括以聚酰胺热塑性聚合物为基础的基质和至少一种改进冲击强度的试剂,后者以占组合物的10-50%的重量浓度存在,该组合物的模量是低于1500MPa。采用小分子增塑剂以增加材料的柔性,但小分子则较易析出,对人体具有隐性伤害。 
专利CN02110659则采用官能化的聚烯烃增韧剂以增加材料的柔韧性,虽然具有一定的效果,但是在性能上,尤其是韧性上,比较尼龙弹性体有较大的差距。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,本发明提供了一种尼龙弹性体,以及尼龙弹性体的制备方法。 
本发明的技术方案如下: 
本发明提供了一种尼龙弹性体,所述尼龙弹性体包括如下重量比份数的组分:聚酰胺40-60份;增塑剂60-40份。 
所述的增塑剂为1,2,4-偏苯三酸三异辛酯。 
所述的尼龙弹性体还包括如下重量比份数的组分:纳米矿物0-6份;聚烯烃与不饱和酸酐的接枝聚合物0-5份;热稳定剂与双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯)中的一种或一种以上的混合物0-2份。 
本发明的另一方面,所述的热稳定剂为N,N-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基)-4-羟基苯基]丙酰乙二胺。 
本发明的另一方面,所述的尼龙弹性体还包括光稳定剂,其中光稳定剂为(2-(2H-苯并三唑-2)-4,6-二(1-甲基-1-苯基乙基)苯酚)。 
本发明的另一方面,所述尼龙弹性体还包括如下重量比份数的组分:纳米矿物1-6份;聚烯烃与不饱和酸酐的接枝聚合物1-5份;热稳定剂与双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯)中的一种或一种以上的混合物1-2份。 
本发明的另一实施方面,一种尼龙弹性体的制备方法,其包括步骤如下:将所有尼龙弹性体的组分按照比例混匀后,通过双螺杆熔融共混挤出,加工温度为220--250℃。 
本发明采用的同样是添加小分子增塑剂的方法,但为防止小分子增塑剂的析出,本发明在共混时,添加了少量的纳米矿物粒子,这样就可以有效地抑制增塑剂的迁移析出。 
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在添加增塑剂的同时,加入纳米矿物粒子,可以有效地防止增塑剂的迁移和析出。并且成本低,性能优,不容易析出,适用范围较广。 
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。 
本发明的尼龙弹性体的组分如表1所示: 
其中增酰剂为1,2,4-偏苯三酸三异辛酯。其他助剂为N,N-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基)-4-羟基苯基]丙酰乙二胺与双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯)中的一种或一种以上的混合物,或者还有光稳定剂为(2-(2H-苯并三唑-2)-4,6-二(1-甲基-1-苯基乙基)苯酚)。 
本发明的尼龙弹性体的实施例(性能)如表2所示: 
注:发粘实验可用来验证其表面迁移析出,如表面发粘,说明增塑剂析出。 
NB表示不断。 
随增塑剂增加,拉伸强度以及弯曲强度、弯曲模量下降,断裂伸长率则上升;另加入纳米矿物粒子后,材料的发粘。

Claims (3)

1.一种尼龙弹性体,其特征在于:所述尼龙弹性体包括如下重量比份数的组分:
聚酰胺43-55份;
增塑剂40-50份;
纳米矿物1-6份;
聚烯烃与不饱和酸酐的接枝聚合物1-5份;
热稳定剂与双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯)中的一种或一种以上的混合物1-2份;
所述的增塑剂为1,2,4-偏苯三酸三异辛酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种尼龙弹性体,其特征在于:所述的热稳定剂为N,N-双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基)-4-羟基苯基]丙酰乙二胺。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种尼龙弹性体,其特征在于:所述的尼龙弹性体还包括光稳定剂,其中光稳定剂为(2-(2H-苯并三唑-2)-4,6-二(1-甲基-1-苯基乙基)苯酚)。
