Abstract

本发明公开了一种液货舱防泄漏装置。其主要原理就是通过装置中的不锈钢空心浮球在浮力作用下封堵液货舱,使其承载的危险体不能溢出。装置中存放浮球的上端设计为锥度型式,其目的也是为了能够更好的引导液体流入浮球槽中使浮球工作起到封堵作用。使得浮球能够在液货舱浸水的早期就能够起到封堵作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及船舶设计领域,尤其涉及船舶设计中尽可能满足对环境保护的要求。
背景技术
现有船舶设计中,液货船在可能出现意外情况发生沉船状态使液货舱进水,从而导致液货舱里面的油或者其他危险载体溢出,造成可怕的海水污染,从而破坏了海洋的生态环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种就是在液货舱进水时候,防止被承载的液体从液货舱透气阀处溢出的液货舱防泄漏装置。
本发明解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:考虑到一般泄漏时液货都是经过透气阀处溢出,所以本装置是安装在透气阀的下方,跟透气阀形成配套产品。平时不妨碍液货舱的透气,一旦发生沉船时,可以防止被承载的液体从透气管处溢出(见图1所示)。
本发明解决技术问题所取得的积极效果是:防止被承载的液体从液货舱透气阀处溢出,保护海洋环境免受有害液货的污染。

具体实施方式
以高速透气阀门防漏装置为例说明:
1、当海水从透气阀管道(1)进入时,海水会顺着管道壁向下流淌,由于防漏装置存放浮球槽一定高度的上下方向有30°(2)的倾斜,所以海水会有部分沿着斜壁流入到存放浮球(3)的槽中。当水的液位高到达槽的储水极限时,水就会溢出并且向下流淌,而浮球(3)此时在浮力的作用下漂浮在水面上,当它受到水流的冲击力以及水在溢出时的引力作用下会滚入到下面的液货舱管道(5)中,在浮球的自重和海水的压力下浮球会滚到一个平衡位置,由于浮球的直接和管道直径是一致的,所以上下管道就起到了封堵油舱的作用。
2、假设由于一定的原因,如果浮球(3)没有滚入到管道起到封堵油舱的作用,那么当整个舱内进水时,油在溢出时,浮球(3)由于此时整个防漏油装置已经充满液体产生了浮力,就会向着油溢出的方向移动,当浮球(3)移动到透气阀法兰管道(1)时候,因为阀的进口处直径比球小,并且已经加工成圆角达到一定的表面粗糙度,所以浮球就会封堵在透气阀的进口,从而起到了防止油溢出的作用。
3、考虑到装置中的压力存在,并且经常有气流通过,所以在存放浮球的槽下面设计了放泄螺塞(4),并将下底板设计成可以拆卸式以便清洗维护。

Claims (2)

1.一种液货舱防泄漏装置,一般安装于高速透气阀下方。其技术特征在于:利用所述装置壳体(2)的特殊构造和不锈钢空心浮球(3)浮力作用:所述不锈钢空心浮球(3)在正常情况下置于壳体(2)内腔30°滑道下端槽内,且所述壳体(2)的垂直方向管道为开通状态;当意外情况发生时,无论液货舱开始浸水,还是从透气阀开始进水,或已经浸满水的状态,所述浮球(3)都会沿壳体(2)上下二个方向的30°锥体滑道进行移动,或者从上端(1)透气阀法兰的接口处,或者从下端(5)液货舱连接管道处进行封堵,从而防止液货舱内的危险载体溢出。
2.如权利要求(1)所述液货舱防泄漏装置,其特征是所述壳体(2)存放不锈钢空心浮球槽的下端装有放泄螺塞(4)及其可拆卸式底板,以便于清洗维护。
