Abstract

本发明涉及一种模仁的固定装置,它包括支撑座、X定位块、Y定位块、ER定位片、ER拉杆,支撑座正面上设有两个以其中心对称的凸出平台,每个凸出平台四角设有通透螺钉过孔,X定位块固定在支撑座左右两侧,Y定位块固定在支撑座前后两侧,支撑座底面中心位置设有ER定位片和ER拉杆。该装置工作稳定,结构紧凑,加工方便,能同时供加工中心和电火花设备使用,减少了装夹次数,提高了加工精度。装置的零件可形成系列标准件,易于维修更换。

技术领域
    本发明适用于模具零件辅助夹紧装置,特别适用于模仁的固定装置。 
背景技术
正常情况下,模具使用的模仁在加工时需要经过普通铣、磨削、线切割、加工中心、电火花等一系列工序,一套模具上会使用多个模仁,而加工中心,电火花的加工费用极高,单独加工装夹、切割时间远大于批量加工时长,因此,能实现批量加工的夹紧装置是降低加工周期,降低加工费用的有效手段。 
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种在保证产品外观、尺寸精度和模具寿命的前提下,高精度、高效率完成模仁精确加工的固定装置。 
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种模仁的固定装置,其特征在于:包括支撑座、X定位块、Y定位块、ER定位片、 ER拉杆,支撑座正面上设有两个以其中心对称的凸出平台,每个凸出平台四角设有通透螺钉过孔,X定位块固定在支撑座左右两侧,Y定位块固定在支撑座前后两侧,支撑座底面中心位置设有ER定位片和ER拉杆。 
该装置工作稳定,结构紧凑,加工方便,能同时供加工中心和电火花设备使用,减少了装夹次数,提高了加工精度。装置的零件可形成系列标准件,易于维修更换。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。 
如图所示,模仁的固定装置,它包括支撑座1、X定位块2、Y定位块3、ER定位片4、 ER拉杆5,支撑座1正面上设有两个以其中心对称的凸出平台,凸出平台经磨床设备加工而成,凸台上面与支撑座1的底面保证平行,与四周侧面保证垂直。每个凸出平台四角设有通透螺钉过孔,用于紧固模仁,此支撑座可以同时装夹两块模仁。X定位块2固定在支撑座1左右两侧,Y定位块3固定在支撑座1前后两侧,通过X定位块2和Y定位块3将模仁紧固在支撑座1上,支撑座1底面中心位置设有ER定位片4和ER拉杆5,将装置直接夹持到加工中心或电火花设备工作台上的EROWA底座上,就可以加工了。 
支撑座1的凸出平台长度是按照模仁长度设定,宽度方向有余量。

1.一种模仁的固定装置,其特征在于:包括支撑座(1)、X定位块(2)、Y定位块(3)、ER定位片(4)、 ER拉杆(5),支撑座(1)正面上设有两个以其中心对称的凸出平台,每个凸出平台四角设有通透螺钉过孔,X定位块(2)固定在支撑座(1)左右两侧,Y定位块(3)固定在支撑座(1)前后两侧,支撑座(1)底面中心位置设有ER定位片(4)和ER拉杆(5)。
