目前广泛生产使用的超稳定型高压陶瓷电容器材料中,不能满足在振荡回路里补偿正温度系数的要求。
且同时一般配方的超稳定型陶瓷电容器材料的介电常数较小,不能满足电子线路小型化的需求,且损耗值过大。
发明内容
一种具缓冲防裂功能的陶瓷电容器,包含一堆叠体及二位于堆叠体两端的外部电极。电容器于外部电极处更分设有一为导电材质的弹性缓冲单元,供导接至一基板,弹性缓冲单元系具弹性缓冲特性,藉此,当外部电极受外力施压时,弹性缓冲单元系有效分散机械应力。

一种具缓冲防裂功能的陶瓷电容器,包含一堆叠体及二位于堆叠体两端的外部电极。电容器于外部电极处更分设有一为导电材质的弹性缓冲单元,供导接至一基板,弹性缓冲单元系具弹性缓冲特性,藉此,当外部电极受外力施压时,弹性缓冲单元系有效分散机械应力。一种具缓冲防裂功能的陶瓷电容器,包含一堆叠体及二位于该堆叠体两端的外部电极,其特征在于:该电容器于该等外部电极处更分设有一为导电材质的弹性缓冲单元,供导接至一基板,该等弹性缓冲单元系具弹性缓冲特性,藉此,当该等外部电极受外力施压时,该等弹性缓冲单元系有效分散机械应力,每一弹性缓冲单元为一缓冲垫片、每一缓冲垫片系具有一外覆该等外部电极侧面的本体及一由该本体弯折延伸至该等外部电极底面的承载部、每一承载部系供与该基板导接、每一弹性缓冲单元为一金属支撑脚,每一金属支撑脚具有一固定部、一自该固定部延伸之弯折部及一自该弯折部延伸之导接部、每一弹性缓冲单元包含一缓冲垫片及一金属支撑脚、每一缓冲垫片系具有一外覆该等外部电极侧面的本体及一由该本体弯折延伸至该等外部电极底面的承载部、每一金属支撑脚具有一与该本体相接的固定部、一自该固定部延伸之弯折部及一自该弯折部延伸之导接部、每一弯折部系垂直地立于该等本体外侧,且其往下延伸之长度超过该等承载部构成之水平面。

1.一种具缓冲防裂功能的陶瓷电容器,包含一堆叠体及二位于该堆叠体两端的外部电极,其特征在于:该电容器于该等外部电极处更分设有一为导电材质的弹性缓冲单元,供导接至一基板,该等弹性缓冲单元系具弹性缓冲特性,藉此,当该等外部电极受外力施压时,该等弹性缓冲单元系有效分散机械应力。
2.依据申请专利范围第1项所述之电容器,其中,每一弹性缓冲单元为一缓冲垫片,每一缓冲垫片系具有一外覆该等外部电极侧面的本体及一由该本体弯折延伸至该等外部电极底面的承载部。
3.依据申请专利范围第2项所述之电容器,其中,每一承载部系供与该基板导接。
