Abstract

本发明公开了耐油橡胶,所述的橡胶含有以下物质:天然橡胶、胎面胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、碳黑N330、石蜡、古马隆、硫黄、沥青、2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯、防老剂、促进剂。本发明与现有技术相比,通过在配方中加入2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯,使天然橡胶的耐油性能提高到了8-10%。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶,特别涉及用于管道衬套的耐油橡胶。
背景技术
在油田的管道运输中,所运输的介质为油和矿砂的混合物,故其管道衬套所用的橡胶通常是含有胎面胶的天然橡胶,虽然上述橡胶具有耐磨性能,但其耐油性很差,其耐油性能只能达到15%以上。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐油性能达到8-10%的耐油橡胶。

所述的防老剂为:2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉聚合物,防老剂RD。
所述的促进剂为:4-4'-二硫化二吗啉(DTDM)
本发明的制备方法与现有的橡胶的制备方法相同。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过在配方中加入2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯,使天然橡胶的耐油性能提高到了8-10%。
