Abstract

Description

密封袋体的方法
本发明涉及密封袋体的方法,该袋体由包括单轴拉伸聚合物带、特别为聚烯烃带、优选地为聚丙烯带的织物制成,其中,至少两个织物层通过接缝连接。本发明还涉及一种袋,该袋由包括单轴拉伸聚合物带、特别为聚烯烃带、优选地为聚丙烯带的织物制成,该袋的一侧或两侧被密封。
不同类型的袋被用来包装货物,尤其是散装货物。本发明涉及由包括单轴拉伸聚合物带、特别为聚烯烃带、优选地为聚丙烯带的织物制成的袋。这些带通常通过将聚合物膜、特别为聚烯烃膜、优选地为聚丙烯膜拉伸成4至10倍长、由此使分子链在带的纵向方向对齐且相较于原始膜在这个方向具有约6至10倍的强度来制造。带的宽度通常约为1.5-10mm,厚度约为20-80μm。
通过区分垫形袋与箱形袋来将上述袋粗略分类。
通常通过缝合具有织缝或焊缝的底部来生产垫形袋。垫形袋通常为部分缝合的、上部开放的袋或为辊柱上的管状材料。部分缝合的、上部开放的袋通常在装填之后进行密封。由管状材料制成的袋直接在装填机即所谓的FFS设备(成形、装填和密封)上缝合:缝合底部接缝以及在装填之后缝合上部接缝以密封。在用针织缝的情况下,这种情况的缺点在于,袋的内容物可通过针穿孔而漏出。此外,针穿孔造成织物中的弱点,使得袋在接缝处撕裂。再者,用针机械制造织缝具有一系列的问题,诸如针断裂的风险、以及用于接缝的线断裂的风险。另一缺点是,缝纫时缝纫机头的送料速率受限,使得当前可用的机器最大仅可处理每分钟约40至45个袋。对于铝箔袋而言,作为织缝的替代,可在底部进行焊缝,在装填之后以与如上所述相似的方式在顶部进行织缝。
已经公开了用于密封箱形袋底部的各种方法。根据现有技术,大多数箱型袋的折叠的底部通过使用多成分粘合剂来费力地胶合,因为通常组成织物的聚烯烃和聚丙烯材料很难胶合。与复杂的胶合程序一样,已知的粘合剂具有额外的缺点,诸如低贮存期限、因温度变化而导致的脆性以及由于湿气造成的粘性损失。就此,在WO 95/30598A1中描述了改进的方法,其中,袋的至少一端、尤其是底部表面经由中间层连接,该中间层由热塑性合成材料、尤其是聚烯烃材料(优选地聚丙烯材料)制成,通过对由包括单轴拉伸聚合物带、尤其是聚烯烃带(优选地为聚丙烯带)的织物的覆盖层加热,只有表面的外部、尤其是底部表面和覆盖层的织物带材料厚度的小于30%的部分具有因加热产生的未定向分子,定向分子则存在于材料的其余部分。该方法的缺点是对加热作用的控制和限制,使得实际上只有表面的外部被加热并且受到未定向分子的作用。与具有因材料拉伸产生的定向分子的部分相比,具有未定向分子的织物部分具有显著降低的强度。
本发明的目的在于,实现在密封过程中尽可能少地弱化袋材料的袋密封,使得密封后的袋尤其是密封接缝区域即使承受高机械应力时也不会撕裂。此外,与常规的缝纫密封接缝的制造相比,本发明能够显著提高生产效率。而且,本发明能够提高加工可靠性、减少机器维护、最小化生产成本并且确保视觉外观。为此,本发明主要但并不仅仅涉及垫形袋。
为了实现该目的,根据本发明,上述方法的特征在于,接缝被设计为焊接缝,焊接缝包括彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部。优选地,焊接为超声波焊接或激光焊接。在本文中,超声波焊接允许容易地限定焊接部,从而减少焊接缝区域受焊接影响的织物部分。还存在其它可想到的焊接方法,诸如通过热烫印(静态或滚动烫印或辊)的焊接。通过使用这种焊接技术,根据本发明的焊接缝被制成为包括多个彼此间隔的焊接部,优选地由多个彼此间隔的焊接部构成,织物仅在焊接的位置被弱化,完全保持了各个焊接部之间的强度。由于在超声波焊接之后仅少量分子链没有对齐,所以织物的强度几乎没有减弱。优选地,焊接部被形成为点状,其中优选地,焊接部垂直于带的方向且彼此偏移地设置。焊接部的交错(偏移)设置有效地防止撕裂传播线的产生。焊接部例如可设置在多行中,其中,一行的焊接部被设置为与相邻行的焊接部之间具有间隙。
对于塑料超声波焊接,通过在焊接部处进行高频机械振动将热量供给至待焊接的织物带,使得材料熔化或至少软化。因此,接合力和超声波振动在相同的方向作用。所引起的纵向波导致材料和接合区中的压力脉冲负荷,其导致合成材料的塑化。当能量引入完成时,焊接部处的材料在压力下冷却,形成了永久的机械稳定连接。
根据本发明,焊接缝的长度优选地对应于袋体的宽度,从而使袋的与焊接缝相关的侧边因焊接缝而基本完全密封。当袋具有阀时,例如通过将袋的端部处的角向内折产生的阀,焊接同样地在袋体的宽度上实现(袋体的宽度因向内折的角而相应地减少),以及还延伸过折叠的织物。
此外,根据本发明的方法,焊接缝的宽度不超过10cm,更优选地不超过8cm,更优选地不超过5cm,特别更优选地不超过3cm,由此可使焊接最小化并且使受焊接影响的区域减少,而不损害焊接连接的强度。
根据本发明的方法,优选地,彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部的设置密度为每平方厘米至多15个焊接部,更优选地每平方厘米至多10个焊接部,特别优选地每平方厘米至多5个焊接部。
根据本发明的方法的优点在于,织物中不存在因针穿过而导致的弱点。此外,超声波焊接具有低成本和高工作速度的优点。显然,与现有技术已知的方法相比,根据本发明的方法每分钟可密封更多的袋。焊接部不会老化或脆化。此外,还能够简单地清除,诸如袋可由一种类型的材料制成。
然而,对于通过所述类型的超声波焊接产生的焊接缝,存在如下的风险,即通过作用在焊接缝上的剥离负载,连接在一起的织物层在垂直于织物表面的方向上被拉开,导致焊接部分离。因此在原则上,应该确保这种类型的焊接部仅受到剪应力,即仅承受与织物平面平行的负载。为此,根据本发明的方法的优选实施方式提供:将具有平坦的端部段的袋体的至少一个开放端部折叠,并且通过焊接缝与袋体连接。通过折叠端部段,焊接缝不再承受剥离负载,因此允许接缝也能够承受非常高的机械负载。特别优选的情况为折叠的端部段仅与袋体的其所靠近的织物层焊接在一起。
可选地,该方法还可被设计为端部段的两个织物层的焊接能够在平坦端部段的未折叠状态下进行,然后,所焊接的端部段被折叠,最终,被折叠的端部段与袋体连接。因此,连接可通过胶粘(尤其是挤压胶粘)或热空气焊接来实现。
折叠段的宽度优选地不超过10cm,更优选地不超过8cm,更优选地不超过5cm,特别优选地不超过3cm。
有利地,在袋体中插入分隔层或者涂覆分隔层,以避免袋体的靠近折叠的端部段的织物层与远离折叠的端部段的织物层焊接在一起。分隔层优选地比制成袋的织物具有更高的导热性。分隔层,尤其是包含金属的分隔层,优选地通过涂布加工进行涂覆。金属漆优选地用于分隔层。由于含有金属内容物,这种类型的分隔层导致热散逸,使得袋体的远离折叠的端部段的织物层受到较小的热输入或完全没有热输入。由此,激发超声波振动的振动体所引起的热输入优选地作用在折叠的端部段处。
优选地,从折叠之后位于最上面的织物层开始,仅有与织物层总数的一半加一相对应的数量的、彼此直接堆叠的织物层通过超声波焊接连接在一起,这在任何情况下总是有效地防止焊接部的剥离负载。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了在介绍中描述的类型的袋,其根据本发明被设计为使袋的至少一侧通过至少一个焊接缝密封,该焊接缝具有彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部。
优选的实施方式在从属权利要求中被限定并且基本涉及已经结合根据本发明的方法描述的特征。
下面参照在附图中示意性示出的示例性实施方式更详细地描述本发明。
在附图中,图1示出了制造根据本发明的袋的管状织物的示意性剖视图,图2示出了具有折叠的端部段的织物,图3示出了处于焊接状态的端部段,图4示出了根据图3的箭头IV的视图;以及图5示出了图4的区域V的放大视图。
如图1所示,由管状织物制成的袋1处于平坦状态,袋1的开放端2被密封以产生垫形的袋。在图1的初始状态中,可看到两个织物层3和4。如果袋具有折边(落入本发明范围内),则在折边区域中设有四个织物层。然而,下面仅参照没有折边的袋对本发明进行说明。
将袋1的开放端2密封的方法如下。首先,如图2所示,适当的端部段5被折叠到袋体上,使得全部四个织物层(即层3、4、6、7)在折叠区域中彼此堆叠。在织物层3与4之间设有分隔层8。分隔层可以是涂覆于织物层4的面向织物层3的一侧或织物层3的面向织物层4的一侧的涂层。分隔层8在随后的焊接(尤其是超声波焊接)过程中防止织物层3与4永久地彼此连接,并防止织物层3被损坏。
图2示意性示出了包括砧件9和超声焊极10的超声波焊接装置。通过将砧件9和超声焊极10按照箭头所示移动到待焊接的段,来将织物层3、4、6和7夹在砧件9与超声焊极10之间。超声焊极10以超声振动的方式移动,由此在织物上的接触点进行焊接。因此,织物层4、6和7彼此焊接在一起。分隔层8防止织物层3与4永久连接。尽管存在分隔层8,但如果在焊接过程之后织物层3与4仍彼此粘附,则在任何情况下因为分隔层8,该织物层3与4不能永久接合,替代地,这两个织物层可容易地通过手动彼此分离而不会损坏织物材料。可选地,在装填袋时,由于产品的重量织物层可彼此分离。
图3示出了处于密封状态的袋的端部。当织物层3与4没有彼此连接时,所装填的产品的重量不会对织物层4到6以及6到7的连接施加剥离力,而是仅施加剪应力。此连接可承受极高的剪应力,使得袋即使在重负载作用下仍保持密封。
图4示出了根据图3的箭头IV的袋密封,如图所示,对沿袋的整个宽度延伸的焊接缝进行焊接。然而,通过超声波实现的接缝不是连续的接缝,而是如图5的细节图所示,包括多个偏移设置的焊接部13。焊接部13的偏移设置导致受到焊接作用的带不会因为由焊接所引起的分子结构变化而在它们的整个宽度上弱化。焊接部13的偏移设置实现了织物层的稳定连接,而不会使整个织物的强度受到严重影响。接缝12的宽度a优选地为至多10cm。折叠段的宽度b优选地至多为10cm,更优选地至多为8cm,更优选地至多为5cm,更优选地至多为3cm。
当焊接部13的表面积总和小于焊接缝的面积的50%、优选地小于25%、特别优选地小于15%时强度是足够的。
在袋1被装填之后,开放端3能够以与先前所述的开放端2的密封相同的方式进行密封。

Claims (27)

1.密封袋体的方法,所述袋体由包括单轴拉伸聚合物带的织物制成,所述聚合物带特别为聚烯烃带,优选地为聚丙烯带,其中,至少两个织物层通过接缝连接,其特征在于,所述接缝为焊接缝,所述焊接缝包括彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述焊接缝由彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部组成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述焊接部被设置成垂直于所述聚合物带的方向并彼此偏移。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述焊接部设置在多行中,相邻行的焊接部之间设有间隙。
5.如权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述焊接缝的长度与所述袋体的宽度基本对应。
6.如权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述焊接缝的宽度不超过10cm,优选地不超过8cm,更优选地不超过5cm,特别优选地不超过3cm。
7.如权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述焊接为超声波焊接或激光焊接。
8.如权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部的设置密度为每平方厘米中设置的焊接部不超过15个,优选地不超过10个,更优选地不超过5个。
9.如权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部的设置密度为每平方厘米中设置的焊接部至少为1个,优选地至少为2个,更优选地至少为3个。
10.如权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述焊接部被设置成使所述焊接部的面积总和小于所述焊接缝的面积的50%,优选地小于25%,特别优选地小于15%。
11.如权利要求1至10中的任一项所述的方法,其中,所述袋体的具有平坦的端部段的至少一个开放端部被折叠,并且通过焊接缝与所述袋体连接。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所折叠的端部段仅与所述袋体的靠近所折叠的端部段的织物层焊接在一起。
13.如权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中,在所述袋体中插入或涂覆有分隔层,以避免所述袋体的靠近所折叠的端部段的织物层与远离所折叠的端部段的织物层焊接在一起。
14.由包括单轴拉伸聚合物带的织物制成的袋,所述聚合物带特别为聚烯烃带,优选地为聚丙烯带,所述袋的一侧或两侧被密封,其特征在于,所述袋的至少一侧通过至少一个焊接缝来密封,所述焊接缝包括彼此间隔设置的多个焊接部(13)。
