本发明属于中药技术领域，本发明的目的是根据中医对便秘一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗彻底、配伍科学的治疗该症的中药组合物,该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：白术28-32、杜仲28-32、苁蓉28-32、益母草28-32、马齿苋28-32、莱菔子12-18、生首乌28-32、熟地28-32、枳实9-15、杏仁8-12、甘草3-9、柏子仁28-32。该中药组合物针对便秘一症科学组方，辩证配伍，其从体内整体环境调理入手，强本逐末，达到根治便秘一症的治疗效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗便秘的中药组合物。
背景技术
便秘是临床常见的复杂症状，主要是指排便次数减少、粪便量减少、粪便干结、排便费力等。上述症状同时存在2种以上时，可诊断为症状性便秘。通常以排便频率减少为主，一般每2~3天或更长时间排便一次即为便秘。
目前针对便秘的治疗主要采用的药物有容积性泻剂、润滑性泻剂、盐类泻剂、渗透性泻剂及刺激性泻剂等。上述药物对缓解便秘具有暂时效果，但不能根治便秘，有些药物还不适于长期使用，例如蒽醌类泻剂长期应用可造成结肠黑便病或泻药结肠，引起平滑肌的萎缩和损伤肠肌间神经丛，反而加重便秘，停药后可逆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据中医对便秘一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗彻底、配伍科学的治疗该症的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗便秘的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：白术28-32、杜仲28-32、苁蓉28-32、益母草28-32、马齿苋28-32、莱菔子12-18、生首乌28-32、熟地28-32、枳实9-15、杏仁8-12、甘草3-9、柏子仁28-32。
上述中药组合物的服用方法为：取上述配比的原料药物混合后，按照传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁，每副取药汁200-300ml，分早晚两次服用，每日一副。
中医认为：便秘一症多由情志不舒，悲伤忧思，进食过少，致气机郁滞，不能宣达，传导失职，糟粕内停而成。表现体内因素则为肺失清萧，胃失和降，肝失条达，脾失运化，上述因素导致气机郁滞、湿困中焦而为便秘，因此治疗应以健脾舒肝、和胃降逆为主。在上述中药组合物中，取白术、益母草、马齿苋培土泻湿、健脾益气，恢复脾的运化功能；取莱菔子、枳实和胃理气，配以杏仁宣肺达到降逆浊下之效；由于脾失升运、胃失下传则必然心火上炎、肾寒精亏，方中取杜仲、苁蓉、熟地填精益髓、补肾壮阳；取甘草、柏子仁养心安神；同时配以生首乌润肠通便。上述诸药合用，共奏强化中气、温水降火之效，从根本上对人体机能进行调理，从而达到根治便秘一症的治疗效果。
下面通过两例典型病例对本发明提供的中药组合物疗效做进一步验证。
病例1
女，32岁，生育后开始便秘，病史2年，从最初的2-3天一次大便到现在有时长达一周排便一次，且排便困难，经常需要开塞露等药物协助排便。病人情绪低落，自觉腹中涨满，不思饮食，身体羸弱。
服用本发明中药组合物1周后开始便意增加，第一次有了畅快排便的感觉，服药两周，大便逐步恢复到1-2天排便一次，感觉腹部涨感消失，饮食量增加，情绪好转，停药。至今半年过去，回访其排便已经正常。
上述中药组合物的配比为：白术30g、杜仲30g、苁蓉30g、益母草30g、马齿苋30g、莱菔子15g、生首乌30g、熟地30g、枳实12g、杏仁10g、甘草6g、柏子仁30g。
病例2
男，55岁，便秘史长达5年，粪便干结、排便费力，每次排便都需借助药物进行，通常排便周期在4天以上。自有便秘以后，血压也逐渐增高，病人常感头眩脑转，不思饮食，身体慵懒。
后服用本发明中药组合物1周后，无需借助药物实现第一次自主排便，排便周期逐渐缩短，共服药3个周停药，排便基本达到1-2天一次，排便轻松，血压也有明显下降，饮食量增加，身体自感活力增加。至今1年，排便仍然正常，无再出现排便困难症状。
上述中药组合物的配比为：白术28g、杜仲32g、苁蓉28g、益母草32g、马齿苋28g、莱菔子18g、生首乌28g、熟地32g、枳实9g、杏仁12g、甘草3g、柏子仁32g。
本发明中药组合物先后经过52例年龄段在18-60岁的男女便秘患者服用，服药3天以内出现自主排便的13例，其年龄在18-39岁之间，服药一周后实现自主排便的32例，余下7例有3例不到2周开始自主排便，4例延至2周后，且出现自主排便以后，便意逐渐增强，排便周期明显缩短，半年后的回访统计，有23例基本能够达到一天一遍，25例达到1.5-2天一遍，停药后，仅有3例出现便秘复发的现象，余者基本达到排便正常。有上述统计可看出，该中药组合物对便秘一症的治疗多在1周内即可显效，彻底改善体内环境，治疗彻底、不复发，相比现有治疗便秘的药物具有更加积极的治疗效果。
该中药组合物针对便秘一症科学组方，辩证配伍，其从体内整体环境调理入手，强本逐末，达到根治便秘一症的治疗效果。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗便秘的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：白术30g、杜仲30g、苁蓉30g、益母草30g、马齿苋30g、莱菔子15g、生首乌30g、熟地30g、枳实12g、杏仁10g、甘草6g、柏子仁30g。
实施例2
一种治疗便秘的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：白术28g、杜仲32g、苁蓉28g、益母草32g、马齿苋28g、莱菔子18g、生首乌28g、熟地32g、枳实9g、杏仁12g、甘草3g、柏子仁32g。
