The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1-12 schematically illustrate the mechanical structure of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the drawings, the preferred embodiment includes a base plate 1 for providing support, most of the rest of the structure is directly or indirectly fixed to the front surface of the base plate 1, and the back surface of the base plate 1 can be fixed to a wall or other attachment. The bottom plate 1 is rectangular, and two ends of the bottom plate are respectively provided with an upper end cover 11 and a lower end cover 12. The lead screw 6 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, and two ends of the lead screw are rotatably erected between the front bearing block 5 and the rear bearing block 50. The motor support plate 4 and the support plate 40 are substantially similar in structure, and a bearing is provided in the middle of each of them, and both ends of the screw 6 are fixed in the bearings. The nut 61 is provided on the screw 6 for converting the rotational motion of the screw 6 into the linear motion of the nut 61. Two ends of the guide rail 14 are respectively fixed on the belt upper supporting component 21 and the belt lower supporting component 22, and the two guide rails 14 are parallel to each other and are positioned at two sides of the screw 6 parallel to the two guide rails. The slide block 141 is provided with a through hole 143, and the through hole 143 is nested on the guide rail 14, so that the slide block 141 can be movably arranged on the guide rail 14. The support base 8 is directly fixed on the connecting plate 15, and the connecting plate 15 is provided with a hole 151 correspondingly connected with the hole 142 of the slider 141 and a hole 152 connected with the nut 61. The support base 8 is provided with a bearing seat 914 and a bearing 915, the grinding head shaft 916 is arranged in the bearing 915, and the first end of the grinding head shaft 916 passes through the hole 81 on the support base 8 and is connected with the motor 92 through a transmission mechanism. The back grinding head 7 has a spherical crown shape, a deep hole 71 is formed in the lower surface thereof, the second end of the grinding head shaft 916 is inserted into the deep hole 71 and fixed, and the upper surface of the back grinding head 7 is used for massaging the back of the user and is in direct contact with the skin of the back of the user. The motor 91 is fixed on one side of the motor support plate 4, one end of the motor 91 is inserted into the hole 42 of the motor support plate 4, and the output shaft of the motor 91 passes through the hole 42 to be connected with one end of the lead screw 6 for driving the lead screw 6 to rotate. The hole 44 of the motor support plate 4 is used for the guide rail 14 to pass through, and the gap 41 and the gap 43 provide space for the rotation of the belt 3 and the wire support rod 90 to prevent interference. Wherein the electric wire support rod 90 is fixed between the belt upper support assembly 21 and the belt lower support assembly 22, parallel to the guide rail 14, for supporting the connection cable between the controller 13 and the motor 92 to prevent the cable from being disordered. The control system of the present preferred embodiment includes a controller 13 and a remote controller (not shown), and the controller 13 is connected to the motor 91, the motor 92, and the motor 106. The remote controller is used for outputting control signals. The controller 13 is disposed on the bottom plate 1, is in wireless communication connection with the remote controller, and is configured to receive and process a control signal transmitted by the remote controller and directly control operations of the motor 91, the motor 92, and the motor 106, such as closing and speed regulation, and the remote controller is configured to achieve a safe and waterproof effect. In other embodiments, the power switch may be used to control the operation of the motors 91, 92 and 106 directly for simplicity.
In the preferred embodiment, the motor 91 is used to drive the screw 6 to rotate, and further drive the slide block 141, the support base 8, the grinding head shaft 916, the back grinding head 7, etc. to move up and down. The motor 92 is fixed on one side of the support base 8, and an output shaft 911 thereof passes through the hole 82 of the support base 8 and is connected with the grinding head shaft 916 through a transmission mechanism. Thus, the back grinding head 7 can not only do reciprocating motion, but also rotate simultaneously, and brings more comfortable experience to users. The transmission mechanism includes a first bevel gear 912 and a second bevel gear 913. A first bevel gear 912 is fixed to the output shaft 911 of the motor 92. A second bevel gear 913 is fixed to one end of the bit shaft 7 and meshes with the first bevel gear 912. Since the supporting seat 8 is a rectangular cavity structure, and the first bevel gear 912 and the second bevel gear 913 are located in the cavity 83 of the supporting seat 8, the preferred embodiment has a compact structure and a small volume.
In order to prevent moisture from entering the inside of the casing 10 through the elongated hole 100, the preferred embodiment includes an endless belt 3, the outside of which is closely attached to the inside of the elongated hole 100 of the casing 10. An upper belt support assembly 21 is located above the motor 21 and a lower belt support assembly 22 is located below the lead screw 6, substantially immediately inside the lower end plate 12. The upper belt support assembly 21 and the lower belt support assembly 22 are substantially identical in structure. The belt upper supporting assembly 21 includes a plate-shaped supporting frame 210, and an axle 212 and an axle 213 having the same structure. The upper edge of the supporting frame 210 is provided with two upright posts 211, a limit groove 217 is formed between the two upright posts 211, and the wheel shaft 212 is rotatably arranged on the upright posts 211 through a bearing 216. The lower edge of the supporting frame 210 is provided with a gap to form a limiting groove 214, and the wheel shaft 213 is rotatably arranged in the limiting groove 214. To prevent the belt 3 from moving left and right, flanges 215 are provided on both ends of the wheel shaft 212. The belt 3 is looped around four axles 212 and 213. A round hole 31 is arranged at the middle part along the width direction of the belt 3, the grinding head shaft 916 passes through the round hole 31, and the pressing plate 32 fixes the periphery of the round hole 31 of the belt 3 on the bearing seat 914, so that the belt 3 is driven to rotate around the wheel shaft 212 and the wheel shaft 213 when the supporting seat 8 and the bearing seat 914 move up and down. In other embodiments, the belt can be directly arranged in the limiting groove, but the friction force is larger.
In order to allow the user to freely massage other body parts, the preferred embodiment further includes a hand-held grater assembly, as shown in fig. 12. The hand-held grinding head assembly comprises a small grinding head 101, a flange 103, a motor 106, a connecting column 105, a handle 107 and a motor sleeve 104. The third motor 106 is located in the motor housing 104, and the output shaft 102 is connected to the small grinding head 101, and is connected to the controller 13 through a long cable, so that the user can use the small grinding head freely. The small burr 101 is similar in structure to the back burr 7 and is used for massaging other parts of the user's body. The motor housing 104 has a cylindrical cavity structure, and the motor 106 is disposed therein. The connecting column 105 is arranged between the motor sleeve 104 and the handle 107, and the handle 107 is spherical, so that the use is safe.
When the preferred embodiment is applied, the base plate 1 is vertically installed on the wall, the motor 91 and the motor 92 are turned on by using the remote controller, the back grinding heads 7 make a rotational motion while moving up and down, and the user's back is leaned on the back grinding heads 7 to enjoy an automatic massage. If the user needs to massage other parts, the motor 106 is started by using a remote controller, the handle 107 is held by hand, and the small grinding head 101 is slid on the part.
