Abstract
本发明公开了一种横置多层翅片换热器;它包括换热器、燃烧腔、翅片和换热管;换热器为圆形、U形或长方形设计,以多层翅片叠加制成;翅片中心部为燃烧腔,围绕着燃烧腔四周的翅片贯穿着换热管;换热管首尾串联,形成简单紧凑的热交换通道;换热器翅片采用铜、铝合金或不锈钢材制作;提高了材料的利用率,减少了制作成本,增大了热交换面积。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种换热器,更具体地说是一种横置多层翅片换热器。
背景技术:
燃气采暖热水炉和燃气热水器的核心部件是换热器,它关系到产品的使用寿命,能源消耗量和制造成本;在传统的制造过程中,大多采用全铜材料翅片制成,或采用不锈钢扁管卷曲制成,这类方法制作成本过高,制作工艺复杂,体积较大,换热面积过小,造成资源浪费;为了克服这些缺陷,本发明对一种横置多层翅片换热器进行了研制。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足,而提供的结构简单、制造成本低,材料利用率高,节能显著的一种横置多层翅片换热器。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是这样实现的,本发明包括换热器、燃烧腔、翅片、换热管;其特征是:换热器以10层或10层以上的圆形、U形或长方形翅片叠加制成;翅片中心部为圆形、U形或长方形中心孔,叠加形成燃烧腔;围绕翅片中心孔四周设计有6个或6个以上的台阶孔,径向分布;台阶孔中贯穿换热管,换热管通过U形管首尾串联,形式密闭的水路通道;翅片与翅片之间通过台阶孔叠加,形成0.8-3.5毫米的间隙;翅片采用铜、铝合金或不锈钢材料制成。
本发明与已有技术相比,有益效果体现在:
1、本发明换热器采用多层圆形、U形或长方形翅片叠加制成;换热器中心部为燃烧腔,围绕着燃烧腔四周台阶孔中贯穿着换热管;翅片采用铜、铝合金或不锈钢材料制成,提高了材料的利用率,增大了热交换面积;降低了制造成本。
2、本发明换热管首尾通过U形管串联,形成经进水口进,由出水口出的简单紧凑热交换通道。
3、本发明结构简单、节约能源、安装、维修、使用都很方便。

以下通过实施例,结合附图对本发明作进一步描述;
附图标记说明:1-端盖、2-翅片、3-换热管、4-换热器、5-进水口、6-燃烧腔、7-出水口、8-U形管、9-台阶孔、10-中心孔。
实施例:参见附图1、图2;本发明包括换热器(4)、燃烧腔(6)、翅片(2)和换热管(3);换热器(4)以30层圆形翅片(2)叠加制成;翅片(2)中心部为圆形中心孔(10),叠加形成燃烧腔(6);围绕翅片(2)中心孔(10)四周设计有24个台阶孔(9),径向分布;台阶孔(9)中贯穿换热管(3);换热管(3)通过U形管(8)首尾串联,形式密闭的水路通道;翅片(2)与翅片(2)之间通过台阶孔(9)叠加成2.5毫米的间隙,形成烟道;在换热器(4)的顶部有一端盖(1)密封燃烧腔(6);使用过程中,燃烧器(图中未画出)在燃烧腔(6)中燃烧,高热烟气从翅片(2)之间的间隙经过,将热量传导给翅片(2),同时水从进水口(5)进入,经换热管(3)来回循环,从出水口(7)流出,热量传给换热管(3)中流动的冷水,完成热交换过程。
另一实施例:参见附图3;换热器(4)以30层U形翅片(2)叠加制成;翅片(2)中心部为U形中心孔(10),叠加形成燃烧腔(6);围绕翅片(2)中心孔(10)四周设计有20个台阶孔(9),径向分布;台阶孔(9)中贯穿换热管(3);换热管(3)通过U形管(8)首尾串联;翅片(2)与翅片(2)之间通过台阶孔(9)叠加成2.5毫米的间隙,形成烟道;在换热器(4)的两端有端盖(1)密封燃烧腔(6);使用过程中,燃烧器在燃烧腔(6)中燃烧,高热烟气从翅片(2)之间的间隙经过,将热量传导给翅片(2),同时水从进水口(5)进入,经换热管(3)来回循环,从出水口(7)流出,完成热交换过程。
Claims (3)
1.一种横置多层翅片换热器,包括换热器、燃烧腔、翅片和换热管;其特征是:换热器以10层或10层以上的圆形、U形或长方形翅片叠加制成;翅片中心部为圆形、U形或长方形中心孔,叠加形成燃烧腔;围绕翅片中心孔四周设计有6个或6个以上的台阶孔,径向分布;台阶孔中贯穿换热管,换热管通过U形管首尾串联,形式密闭的水路通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种横置多层翅片换热器,其特征是:翅片与翅片之间通过台阶孔叠加,形成0.8-3.5毫米的间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种横置多层翅片换热器,其特征是:翅片采用铜、铝合金或不锈钢材料制成。
