Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于存储低温流体例如液化天然气(GNL)的储罐。
背景技术
文献FR 2 912 385描述一种用于GNL的地上储罐。该储罐具有混凝土承载结构、至少一密封屏障和至少一隔热屏障。
以已知的方式,隔热屏障可通过多个相邻的板实现。每个板应被固定在混凝土承载结构上。为此,已知使用销钉,销钉锚固在混凝土承载结构中并且销钉深入混凝土中。通常地,对于矩形截面的板,销钉布置在该板的每个边角,和如有需要沿着板的边侧布置。
要锚固在混凝土中的销钉的数目因此大。此外,销钉的位置受到板位置限制,当混凝土不允许在期望位置中进行锚固时,这会存在问题。这种不可能性可来自例如失败的钻孔或混凝土的局部缺陷。
文献FR 1 546 524描述一种解决方案,其中,相邻的两板通过系杆与混凝土壁相连接,系杆锚固在混凝土中并连接到板片,板片支撑在与板连在一起的压条上。由于系杆是相邻的两板公用的,因而要在混凝土中实施的锚固的数目受到限制。然而,系杆应在相邻的两板之间经过。因此,需要在相邻的两板之间设置最小的距离。该距离不能随意地小甚至为零。
发明内容
本发明提议解决的一问题是提出用于存储低温流体的一种储罐,该储罐不具有现有技术的至少某些前述的缺陷。特别地,本发明的目的是减少在混凝土中所需的锚固数目。本发明的另一目的是可以更为自由地在混凝土中定位锚固点。本发明的另一目的是可以将相邻的两板尽期望相互接近地定位。
通过本发明提出的解决方案是用于存储低温流体的一种储罐,该储罐包括混凝土承载结构、至少一密封屏障和至少一隔热屏障,其中,隔热屏障包括固定在所述承载结构上的多个板,其中,所述多个板包括通过公用的固定机构固定在承载结构上的至少两个相邻的第一板,该储罐的特征在于,所述固定机构包括:板体;第一销钉,其在板体的第一侧延伸;以及至少第二销钉和第三销钉,它们在板体的第二侧延伸,第一销钉锚固在承载结构中,第二销钉和第三销钉每一个锚固在所述第一板的相应一个中。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一实施方式的储罐是用于GNL的地上储罐。以已知的方式,所述储罐包括混凝土承载结构、密封屏障和隔热屏障。所述储罐还可在其部分壁或全部壁上包括第二密封屏障和第二隔热屏障。
以已知的方式,隔热屏障是利用固定在承载结构上的相邻的板来实施的。根据一变型,板具有矩形的截面并包括布置在胶合木板上的泡沫塑料块体。
图1和图2示出竖直的混凝土壁1和固定机构。壁1构成储罐的承载结构的一部分。固定机构包括金属板体2、第一销钉3、第二销钉4、第三销钉5、第四销钉6和第五销钉7。
金属板体2是矩形的并与壁1面对面地布置。销钉3在金属板体2的朝向壁1的侧上垂直于金属板体2延伸。该销钉锚固在开制于壁1中的孔口8内,并通过穿过设在金属板体2中的孔洞9栓固于金属板体2。销钉3包括钵形件10,钵形件允许限定销钉3的插入在孔口8中的部分以及用于固定至金属板体2的部分。钵形件10允许恢复在销钉3和混凝土挡汽板之间的密封性。
销钉4、5、6和7在金属板体2的背对壁1的侧上垂直于金属板体2延伸。这些销钉分别地焊接在金属板体2的四个边角。
隔热屏障的四个板布置在固定机构前,相应的四个边角彼此紧邻。销钉4、5、6和7中的每一个被锚固在四个板中的相应一个的边角中。因此,固定机构可以将相邻四个板的四个边角连接至承载结构,同时仅实施对于销钉3的一个锚固点。此外,相邻的板也可尽期望地相互接近,例如相互接触。
在图1和图2上所示的实例中,销钉3位于金属板体2的中心。然而,如果金属板体2的考虑板的布置来定位的中心,对于开制孔口8不是合适的位置,则销钉3可被不同地定位。为此,在安装时,孔洞9和孔口8实施在合适的位置。销钉3因此不是必需地距销钉4、5、6和7相等距离的。因此,如有需要,固定机构允许将锚固点相对于板的位置偏置。
当然,作为变型,固定机构可在与壁1背对的侧上包括不同数目的销钉。例如,为将相邻的两矩形板连接到承载结构上,沿着这些板的边部,两个销钉就足够了。
尽管本发明通过结合一特别实施方式进行描述,但很明显的是,本发明完全不局限于该实施方式并且本发明包括所描述部件的所有技术等同件以及这些技术等同件的组合,只要这些组合进入本发明的范围中。
Claims (6)

其特征在于,所述固定机构包括:板体(2);第一销钉(3),其在所述板体的第一侧上延伸;以及至少第二销钉(4)和第三销钉(5),所述第二销钉和第三销钉在所述板体的第二侧上延伸,所述第一销钉被锚固在所述承载结构中,所述第二销钉和第三销钉每个都被锚固在所述至少两个第一板的相应一个中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,所述板包括相邻的至少两个第二板,所述固定机构此外包括第四销钉(6)和第五销钉(7),所述第四销钉和所述第五销钉每个都被锚固在所述至少两个第二板的相应一个中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的储罐,其特征在于,所述第一板和所述第二板每个都具有矩形截面,所述固定机构位于所述第一板和所述第二板的相邻的四个边角处。
