技术领域
本发明涉及一种锻压设备的液压锤,特别涉及一种锻压设备的双缸液压锤,属于锻压机械领域。
背景技术
目前现有的锻压设备一般采用空气锤,其动力传递介质为空气,虽然能完成一般工件的锻压要求,但操作费力,能耗大,由于空气锤制造工艺复杂,成本较高,进排气噪音大,存在严重的噪音污染,对工作环境影响较大。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种能够减少噪音污染、降低能耗和成本,操作简单的双缸液压锤。
技术方案:一种双缸液压锤,包括锤头、锤头导轨、液压油缸、上砧块、下砧块、锤砧和机架,两个所述液压油缸单向并联分别垂直安装在机架的底座的立柱中,液压油通过液压油缸内的活塞杆施加锤锻压力,两个液压油缸通过分流管相互并联。
有益效果:本发明通过采用液压油缸施加锤锻压力噪音低、能耗小,与同吨位空气锤相比造价低,操作方便灵活。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种双缸液压锤,包括锤头1、锤头导轨2、液压油缸3、上砧块4、下砧块5、锤砧6和机架7,两个所述液压油缸3单向并联分别垂直安装在机架7的底座的立柱中,液压油通过液压油缸3内的活塞杆8施加锤锻压力,两个液压油缸3通过分流管9相互并联。活塞杆8的顶端与锤头1的支撑板下端相接触。工作时操作换向阀,液压油同时打入两个液压油缸3内,使两个液压油缸3的活塞杆8同时升起,将锤头1沿锤头导轨2向上顶起。当锤头1升到指定高度,再操作换向阀油路卸载,使液压油快速回油箱,液压油缸3的活塞杆8随之回位,失去支撑的锤头1自然下落,利用自重由上砧块4对下砧块5上的工件进行锻打。根据需要还可以通过控制换向阀使油压油封闭在液压油缸3内,使锤头1停驻在机架7上的锤头导轨2的指定高度,再按操作要求控制换向阀操纵锤头1上升或下降,换向阀起控制开关的作用。本发明与同吨位的空气锤相比造价低,安装使用方便,噪音污染少,能耗仅为空气锤的10%左右,适用于金属工件毛坯的锻打加工。

1.一种双缸液压锤,包括锤头(1)、锤头导轨(2)、液压油缸(3)、上砧块(4)、下砧块(5)、锤砧(6)和机架(7),其特征在于:两个所述液压油缸(3)单向并联分别垂直安装在机架(7)的底座的立柱中,液压油通过液压油缸(3)内的活塞杆(8)施加锤锻压力,两个液压油缸(3)通过分流管(9)相互并联。
