Abstract

一种USB接头固定装置,包括一用于收容USB接头的收容架及一用于固定所述收容架的固持架,所述收容架的外侧面设有若干向外凸起的抵顶弹片,每一抵顶弹片由所述收容架的内侧向外侧冲压而成,形成一开口,所述固持架的内侧面设有若干向内凸起的抵挡部,所述收容架的抵顶弹片与所述固持架的抵挡部相抵接触,所述抵顶弹片发生弹性形变并覆盖所述抵顶弹片冲设时形成的开口。根据本发明的技术方案,可起到防EMI的作用。

USB接头固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置,特别是涉及一种防EMI的USB接头固定装置。
背景技术
电子设备在工作时会产生电磁辐射,由此可能会降低整体系统的性能,或可能对外部生物或物质产生不良影响,上述现象称为EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference:电磁干扰)。一般防止EMI的方法是在电子设备外部加上适当的屏蔽体,具体在计算机应用领域,计算机机壳的密闭结构即具备防EMI的效果。但是,一般的计算机机体上都会配备多种接口,比如USB接口,这些接口为机体内电子设备产生的电磁波的泄漏提供了可能。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种防EMI的USB接头固定装置。
一种USB接头固定装置,包括一用于收容USB接头的收容架及一用于固定所述收容架的固持架,所述收容架的外侧面设有若干向外凸起的抵顶弹片,每一抵顶弹片由所述收容架的内侧向外侧冲压而成,形成一开口,所述固持架的内侧面设有若干向内凸起的抵挡部,所述收容架的抵顶弹片与所述固持架的抵挡部相抵接触,所述抵顶弹片发生弹性形变并覆盖所述抵顶弹片冲设时形成的开口。
优选地,所述收容架为一体成型的中空壳体,所述收容架的前端和后端开口。
优选地,所述固持架的上下左右内侧面各设有一个所述抵挡部,所述抵挡部具有一平板状的接触面。
优选地,所述抵顶弹片的延伸方向与所述壳体的后端开口方向一致。
优选地,所述抵顶弹片的末端呈折板状,向所述壳体的内侧方向弯折。
优选地,所述壳体的后端上下外表面各设有两个所述抵顶弹片,所述壳体的后端左右外表面各设有一个所述抵顶弹片。
优选地,所述壳体的前端内侧设有若干向内凸起的抵压弹片,所述抵压弹片的末端呈折板状,向所述壳体的外侧方向弯折。
优选地,所述壳体的前端上下内表面各设有两个所述抵压弹片,所述抵压弹片的延伸方向与所述壳体的前端开口方向一致。
优选地,所述壳体的前端左右内表面各设有一个所述抵压弹片,所述抵压弹片的延伸方向与所述壳体的后端开口方向一致。
与现有技术相比,本发明USB接头固定装置的收容架的抵顶弹片与固持架上的抵挡部相抵接触,从而可起到防EMI的作用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一种USB接头固定装置,包括一用于收容USB接头的收容架10及一用于固定所述收容架10的固持架20。
请继续参阅图2,所述收容架10为一体成型的中空壳体,所述收容架10的前端和后端开口。所述收容架10的前端开口用作接收USB设备插头的入口,所述收容架10的后端开口用于容纳连接主板USB芯片的印刷电路板(PCA板)。所述收容架10的后端上下外表面各设有两个向外凸起的抵顶弹片101,所述收容架10的后端左右外表面各设有一个向外凸起的抵顶弹片101。所述抵顶弹片101由所述收容架10的内侧向外侧冲压而成,形成一开口。所述抵顶弹片101的延伸方向与所述收容架10的后端开口方向一致。所述抵顶弹片101的末端呈折板状,向所述收容架10的内侧方向弯折。所述收容架10的前端上下内表面各设有两个向内凸起的抵压弹片102,所述抵压弹片102的延伸方向与所述收容架10的前端开口方向一致。所述抵压弹片102的末端呈折板状,向所述收容架10的外侧方向弯折。所述收容架10的前端左右内表面各设有一个向内凸起的抵压弹片103,所述抵压弹片103的延伸方向与所述收容架10的后端开口方向一致。所述抵压弹片103的末端呈折板状,向所述收容架10的外侧方向弯折。
所述固持架20设有一中空腔体,前端和后端各具有一开口。所述中空腔体的上下左右内侧面各设有一个向内凸起的抵挡部201,所述抵挡部201具有一平板状的接触面。
请参阅图3,组装所述USB接头固定装置时,将所述收容架10的后端开口对应所述固持架20的前端开口,所述收容架10的上外表面的所述抵顶弹片101对应所述固持架20的上内表面的所述抵挡部201,所述收容架10的下外表面的所述抵顶弹片101对应所述固持架20的下内表面的所述抵挡部201,所述收容架10的左外表面的所述抵顶弹片101对应所述固持架20的左内表面的所述抵挡部201,所述收容架10的右外表面的所述抵顶弹片101对应所述固持架20的右内表面的所述抵挡部201,将所述收容架10向所述固持架20推进,所述收容架10上的抵顶弹片101发生弹性形变,与所述固持架20上的抵挡部201相抵接触,所述抵顶弹片101覆盖所述抵顶弹片101冲设时形成的开口。此时,所述收容架10固定于所述固持架20中,由于所述收容架10的抵顶弹片与所述固持架20上的抵挡部相抵接触,可以起到防EMI的作用。

Claims (9)

1.一种USB接头固定装置,包括一用于收容USB接头的收容架及一用于固定所述收容架的固持架,其特征在于:所述收容架的外侧面设有若干向外凸起的抵顶弹片,每一抵顶弹片由所述收容架的内侧向外侧冲压而成,形成一开口,所述固持架的内侧面设有若干向内凸起的抵挡部,所述收容架的抵顶弹片与所述固持架的抵挡部相抵接触,所述抵顶弹片发生弹性形变并覆盖所述抵顶弹片冲设时形成的开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容架为一体成型的中空壳体,所述收容架的前端和后端开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述固持架的上下左右内侧面各设有一个所述抵挡部,所述抵挡部具有一平板状的接触面。
4.如权利要求2所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述抵顶弹片的延伸方向与所述收容架的后端开口方向一致。
5.如权利要求2所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述抵顶弹片的末端呈折板状,向所述收容架的内侧方向弯折。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容架的后端上下外表面各设有两个所述抵顶弹片,所述收容架的后端左右外表面各设有一个所述抵顶弹片。
7.如权利要求2所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容架的前端内侧设有若干向内凸起的抵压弹片,所述抵压弹片的末端呈折板状,向所述收容架的外侧方向弯折。
8.如权利要求7所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容架的前端上下内表面各设有两个所述抵压弹片,所述抵压弹片的延伸方向与所述收容架的前端开口方向一致。
9.如权利要求7所述的USB接头固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容架的前端左右内表面各设有一个所述抵压弹片,所述抵压弹片的延伸方向与所述收容架的后端开口方向一致。
