Abstract

发明内容
线性位置传感组件将泵线路液压驱动器联接到磁性卷轴,该卷轴在允许液压和化学泵轴旋转的同时读取传感器上的位置。
在图1和2中,两件式套环(1)经由两个肩螺栓(3)刚性地夹持到液压驱动器轴(2)上。套环半部接合卷轴(4)上的紧公差的槽特征,该卷轴被装配到线性传感器轴(5)上。该卷轴容纳磁铁(6),该磁铁将位置信号发送到传感器。当在运行期间液压驱动器轴往复运动时,卷轴随着液压驱动器轴移动,从而将位置信号传递到传感器,该传感器告诉驱动器改变方向。
存在该结构的许多优点:部件数量最小化并且设计简单。该液压驱动器和化学泵轴能够随着时间缓慢旋转,这优选地增加化学泵/液压驱动器密封件寿命。先前的线性传感组件概念具有额外的组件/特征,额外的组件/特征限制轴旋转成功运行。由于套环/卷轴联接几何形状,本发明在保持精确位置传感的同时允许完全的360度旋转。

Claims (1)
1.一种位置传感组件,用于具有固定部分和往复轴的设备,所述组件包括:
套环,所述套环附接到所述往复轴;
线性传感器,所述线性传感器包括轴元件和磁铁元件;以及
卷轴,所述卷轴包含所述元件中的一个元件,所述元件中的另一个元件固定到所述固定部分,所述套环接合所述卷轴以允许所述套环在接合所述卷轴的同时相对于所述卷轴旋转,以响应于所述轴往复运动。
