Abstract

本发明公开了一种液晶屏固定结构,该固定结构包括设置于背板上的折弯结构。本发明的液晶屏固定结构,可以在背板上设置折弯和子折弯,配合支撑结构上的折弯结构,在不引入技术问题的前提下实现了对液晶屏的固定,借此去除胶框,节省了成本。

一种液晶屏固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术,特别涉及一种液晶屏固定结构。
背景技术
在目前所应用的液晶屏固定结构中,存在以下应用形式及其所引入的技术问题:
1、导光板含多层空间,省去背板与框架;
在这种情况下,导光板成型复杂,且导光板强度不足,抗振动冲击性能差。
2、背框结构多级冲压成型,省去框架;
在这种情况下,成型难度大。
3、导光板、膜材等多层粘接,薄型化;
在这种情况下,过多使用粘接剂,亮度会降低。
4、将用于取代整个框架的独立承接装置安装在背板上,以支撑液晶屏;
在这种情况下,独立承接装置需要注塑成型,产生额外费用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种液晶屏固定结构,在不引入技术问题的前提下实现液晶屏的固定,去除胶框,节省成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种液晶屏固定结构,该固定结构包括设置于背板上的折弯结构。
背板上的所述折弯结构包括折弯,背板的三个边上各设置一该折弯。
所述折弯结构共分为三段,分别为第一折弯,第二折弯和第三折弯,三个折弯组成п型;其中第二折弯分别与第一折弯、第三折弯垂直,第一折弯与第三折弯平行。
背板上的所述折弯结构包括子折弯。
所述子折弯设置于背板上的第二折弯上,且与第二折弯垂直,向上延伸。
还包括设置于背板的支撑结构上的折弯结构;
所述支撑结构包括散热片;支撑结构上的所述折弯结构包括设置于散热片上的折弯。
设置于散热片上的所述折弯包括第一折弯、第二折弯和第三折弯;其中,第一折弯和第三折弯平行,第二折弯垂直于第一折弯和第三折弯,三个折弯组成倾倒的U型,且开口向内侧。
设置于散热片上的第三折弯的长度大于第一折弯,且第三折弯上设有用于固定背板及散热片的螺纹孔;背板的第二折弯与散热片的第一折弯位于同一平面。
支撑结构上的所述折弯结构包括设置于散热片上的子折弯。
散热片上的所述子折弯设置于散热片的第一折弯上,且垂直于第一折弯,向上延伸。
本发明的液晶屏固定结构,可以在背板上设置折弯和子折弯,配合支撑结构上的折弯结构,在不引入技术问题的前提下实现了对液晶屏的固定,借此去除胶框,节省了成本。

具体实施方式
在实际应用中,可以在背板上设置折弯和子折弯,配合散热片上的折弯结构,实现对液晶屏的固定,借此去除胶框,以节省成本。
以图1为例,图1中的侧光式LED背光液晶模块包括外框1、液晶屏2、光学膜材3、导光板4、底反射片5、背板6、散热片7、LED灯条8、螺钉9-1、9-2等。LED灯条8固定在散热片7上,可以是粘接或螺钉连接,或是二者结合以进行固定。固定LED灯条8的散热片7,通过螺钉9-1将散热片7和背板6连接在一起。外框1和背板6通过螺钉9-2连接在一起。+Z方向是显示方向,模块中心位置在几何中心,远离中心的位置为外侧,紧靠中心的位置为内侧。
液晶屏2的平面定位(XY)
背板6可以包括底板6-1。底板6-1为矩形,矩形的上边缘、左边缘、右边缘分别设置有侧边组6-2,如图2-1所示。如图2-2和图2-3所示,侧边组6-2包括3个折弯:折弯6-2-1、折弯6-2-2和折弯6-2-3;折弯6-2-2分别与折弯6-2-1和折弯6-2-3垂直相连,上述3个折弯的开口方向与显示方向相反。其中折弯6-2-2上设有复数个子折弯6-2-2-1。单面带胶的缓冲垫6-4直接粘接在子折弯6-2-2-1内侧。在平面定位时,液晶屏2的周边紧靠着缓冲垫6-4,在“+X”、“-X”、“-Y”等3个方向上实现定位。在没有侧边组的一侧,设有加强筋6-1-1以增强整个结构的平整性。
如图3-1和图3-2所示,散热片7包括3个折弯:折弯7-1、折弯7-2和折弯7-3,其中折弯7-1与折弯7-3的延伸方向相同,且都与折弯7-2相连接,折弯7-3上设置螺纹孔,以便使用螺钉9-1从背板6的底部向上固定散热片7。子折弯7-1-1位于折弯7-1上并且垂直于7-1。单面带胶的缓冲垫6-4直接粘接在子折弯7-1-1内侧。在平面定位时,液晶屏2的周边紧靠着子折弯7-1-1上的缓冲垫6-4,实现了液晶屏2在“+Y”方向上的定位。
液晶屏2的上下定位(Z)
如图3-2所示,背板6的折弯6-2-2与散热片7的折弯7-1组成一个平面,液晶屏2便放置在该平面上,且液晶屏2与该平面之间放置缓冲垫6-3。这样就实现了液晶屏2在-Z方向的定位。
如图4-1所示,外框1包括顶面1-1,四侧折弯1-2和缓冲垫1-3,其中顶面1-1的中心开有矩形孔1-1-1,该矩形孔1-1-1为模块的可视区域。顶面1-1靠近四侧折弯1-2的位置,冲压出复数个凹槽1-1-2。四侧折弯1-2与顶面1-1垂直,延伸方向为-Z。缓冲垫1-3粘贴在顶面1-1下侧(-Z方向),缓冲垫1-3与液晶屏2的上表面之间设置有间隙,如图4-2所示。
特别地,如图4-2所示,凹槽1-1-2与背板6上的子折弯6-2-2-1和散热片7上的子折弯7-1-1的位置都一一对应,凹槽1-1-2的内侧靠着上述子折弯7-1-1的外侧,并且中间留有适当缝隙。这样,在振动时,外框1上的凹槽结构可以加强背板6和散热片7上的子折弯的强度,避免子折弯被挤压变形。外框1与散热片6通过螺钉9-2连接在一起,实现了液晶屏2在+Z和-Z方向上的定位。
导光板4的定位(XYZ)
如图5-1所示,导光板4的安装方式为沿着-Y方向,插入背板之中。
如图5-1、图5-2所示,背板-Y方向的折弯6-2-1上开有若干方形槽6-2-1-1,背板+X、-X方向的折弯6-2-1上设有复数个90度子折弯6-2-1-2,该子折弯6-2-1-2垂直于折弯6-2-1,且向显示中心延伸。这样,-Y方向的方形槽6-2-1-1和+X、-X方向的子折弯6-2-1-2之间就形成了一个+Y方向上开孔的空腔,可以将导光板4沿着-Y方向插入该空腔。导光板4的+X、-X方向的边缘以及中心位置分别设有凹槽4-1、凸块4-2。
导光板4的凸块4-2沿着-Y方向伸入方形槽6-2-1。散热片7的折弯7-3的中心处设有定位柱7-3-1,该定位柱7-3-1与导光板4的凹槽4-1接触,实现导光板4在+X、-X、+Y、-Y等方向上的定位。导光板4插入背板6之后,再将散热片7插入导光板4,散热片7的折弯7-3与背板6的子折弯6-2-1-2以及方形槽6-2-1-1等也实现了导光板在Z方向的定位。用螺钉9-1将散热片7和背板6固定在一起。
膜材3与底反射片6的定位(XYZ)
如图6-1所示,膜材3的定位点可以为:背板6的折弯、背板6的方形槽6-2-1-1、散热片7的折弯等)。
最后,需要说明的是,以上描述中均以在散热片上设置折弯结构为例。实际上,也可以在除散热片以外的背板上的其它支撑结构上设置折弯结构,以配合背板上所设置的折弯结构实现对液晶屏的固定。
综上所述可见,本发明的液晶屏固定结构,可以在背板上设置折弯和子折弯,配合支撑结构上的折弯结构,在不引入技术问题的前提下实现了对液晶屏的固定,借此去除胶框,节省了成本。

1.一种液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,该固定结构包括设置于背板上的折弯结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,背板上的所述折弯结构包括折弯,背板的三个边上各设置一该折弯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,所述折弯结构共分为三段,分别为第一折弯,第二折弯和第三折弯,三个折弯组成п型;其中第二折弯分别与第一折弯、第三折弯垂直,第一折弯与第三折弯平行。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,背板上的所述折弯结构包括子折弯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,所述子折弯设置于背板上的第二折弯上,且与第二折弯垂直,向上延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,还包括设置于背板的支撑结构上的折弯结构;
所述支撑结构包括散热片;支撑结构上的所述折弯结构包括设置于散热片上的折弯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,设置于散热片上的所述折弯包括第一折弯、第二折弯和第三折弯;其中,第一折弯和第三折弯平行,第二折弯垂直于第一折弯和第三折弯,三个折弯组成倾倒的U型,且开口向内侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,设置于散热片上的第三折弯的长度大于第一折弯,且第三折弯上设有用于固定背板及散热片的螺纹孔;背板的第二折弯与散热片的第一折弯位于同一平面。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,支撑结构上的所述折弯结构包括设置于散热片上的子折弯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液晶屏固定结构,其特征在于,散热片上的所述子折弯设置于散热片的第一折弯上,且垂直于第一折弯,向上延伸。
