Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种发光模块,其具有电路板,所述电路板以其背侧安置在冷却体上,并在其前侧装备有至少一个光源和至少一个电子器件,所述发光模块还具有用于电路板的至少一个部分区域的覆盖件(壳体),其中所述覆盖件安置在电路板上。
对于前面所述领域的发光模块,覆盖件、电路板和冷却体至今为止都是通过金属制成的螺钉互相连接,其中螺钉穿过覆盖件和电路板并在冷却体中螺纹连接。由此将覆盖件与冷却体螺纹连接,并将电路板压在中间。还公知的是,使用结合螺钉的套管。这种发光模块的缺点是,在这种发光模块中会出现安装和/或器件公差,结合由其造成的热损失。由于至少一个光源和至少一个电子器件的热损失,可能带来例如间隙的其它公差。因此,例如在加热时螺钉可能比塑料外壳膨胀更多,由此可能抬起覆盖件甚至电路板。螺钉和套管在电路板上需要安装空间,这可能引起涉及发光模块内部爬电距离缩短的问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种排除或削弱至少数个前述缺点的发光模块,特别是提供一种对热应力机械上较不敏感的发光模块,可以节约构建空间,并可以在不缩短爬电距离的条件下以简单的装置来实现。
所述目的根据独立权利要求的技术特征来实现。优选的实施方式尤其在从属权利要求中描述。
所述目的通过一种发光模块实现,其具有电路板,所述电路板的背侧放置在冷却体上,并在其前侧装备有至少一个光源和至少一个电子器件,所述发光模块还具有用于电路板的至少一个部分区域的覆盖件,其中所述覆盖件安置在电路板上。
所述至少一个光源包括至少一个发光二极管。存在多个发光二极管时,所述发光二极管可以发出相同颜色的光或者是发出不同颜色的光。颜色可以是单色的(例如红色、绿色、蓝色等)或者是多色的(例如白色)。从所述至少一个发光二极管发射的光还可以是红外光(IR-LED)或紫外光(UV-LED)。多个发光二极管可以产生混合的光,例如白色混合光。所述至少一个发光二极管可以包含至少一种转换波长的发光材料(转换LED)。所述至少一个发光二极管可以是至少一个单独封装的发光二极管形式的,或者可以是至少一个LED芯片形式的。多个LED-芯片可以安装在共同的衬底上(“submount(基座)”)。所述至少一个发光二极管可以配备至少一个单独的和/或共同的用于射束导向的光学装置,例如至少一个菲涅尔透镜、准直仪等。代替或除了无机发光二极管,例如基于InGaN或AlInGaP的无机发光二极管,一般还可使用有机LED(OLED,例如聚合物OLED。还可以使用例如二极管激光器。替选地,所述至少一个光源可以具有例如至少一个二极管激光器。
所述电子器件可以包含例如电阻器、电容器和/或集成电路,例如用作至少一个光源的驱动器。
所述发光模块还具有至少一个弹性紧固元件,其固定于冷却体并靠置于覆盖件。所述紧固元件因此在覆盖件外部延伸,从而不需在板上为其提供构建空间。也不需要缩短爬电距离,或者没有由于缩短爬电距离出现问题。此外,所述紧固元件并不强烈升温,因为产生的热经由与冷却体的连接而有效地导出。因此,即使在变化的热应力下也可以保持覆盖件上的压紧力,由此可以有效地补偿公差。换句话说,由于所述紧固元件的弹性特征,可以平衡通过器件升温产生的公差。由此还可以至少部分平衡器件疲劳、由于升温和材料老化产生的变形。在使用寿命期间持续施加到电路板上的压力又对光源的效率起到有利的作用。
一个实施方案中,所述覆盖件在至少一个如下区域中具有向外,特别是向上定向的突出部(“边缘增强”),在所述区域中,至少一个紧固元件拱盖覆盖件。由此可以防止紧固元件的滑脱或覆盖件在紧固元件下的滑动,这例如可能出现在覆盖件的机械应变的情况下。
另一个实施方案中,所述至少一个紧固元件即使在没有热负荷的状态下也承受张力。因此,所述覆盖件和电路板能够持续地保持在压力下。替选地,所述至少一个紧固元件在没有热负荷的状态下(初始状态)可以是基本无张力的。
又一个实施方案中,所述至少一个紧固元件放置于所述覆盖件的上侧。所述至少一个紧固元件可以简单地安置在覆盖件上。
另一个实施方案中,所述至少一个紧固元件被螺纹连接于所述冷却体。因此,所述紧固元件可以保持极低的热负荷。同时,所述冷却体可以提供足够大和足够好的可接近的安装面。
一个改进方案中,所述发光模块具有恰好一个弹性紧固元件。所述弹性紧固元件可以与至少一个其它紧固装置,例如螺钉结合使用,以便将覆盖件和电路板固定于冷却体。为此尤其可以使用螺钉,以便将覆盖件和因此将电路板压在冷却体上,并且防止电路板和覆盖件的平移运动。通过所述弹性紧固元件可以进行公差平衡,并且可以抑制旋转运动。
替选地,所述发光模块可以具有多个弹性紧固元件,更确切而言为单独或者与至少一个其它紧固装置例如螺钉结合的多个弹性紧固元件。通过所述多个弹性紧固元件,可以获得改善的公差平衡,并且更强地抑制覆盖件和电路板之间的位移。所述多个紧固元件可以与至少一个其它紧固装置一起,基本上对称地,尤其旋转对称地施加至覆盖件。因此,可以在覆盖件上施加特别均匀的压力负荷。
另一个实施方案中,所述紧固元件至少部分设置在由电路板和覆盖件的共同的侧向凹进部构成的区域中。因此,可以继续缩小发光模块的安装空间,特别是不存在与爬电距离有关的问题的情况下。所述至少一个紧固元件尤其可以完全设置在由电路板和覆盖件的共同的侧向凹进部构成的区域中,这样又缩小了安装空间。
又一个实施方案中,所述覆盖件是环形覆盖件,并且所述至少一个紧固元件紧固于所述环形覆盖件外部。
特别是在这种情况下,所述突出部可以是由环形覆盖件的外壁构成的边缘凸起。所述边缘凸起可以在一些区域(部分地)或者完全围绕所述外壁的环周。
所述紧固元件尤其可以是金属紧固元件。
在下面的图中依据实施例以图示方式更准确地描述本发明。其中为了清楚起见,相同或起到相同作用的元件可以具有相同的附图标记。

参考图1、图2和图3,其中示出发光模块1,发光模块1具有基本上圆盘形的电路板2,所述电路板2的背侧3放置在冷却体4上,并在其前侧5上装备有发光二极管6形式的多个光源和多个电子器件7。冷却体4具有基本上圆柱形的基本形状。发光二极管6紧凑地设置在电路板2的中央区域8中,电子器件7位于同心地围绕中央区域8的圆环形周围区域9内。
电路板2的周围区域9被下侧开口的环形覆盖件10覆盖或拱盖。环形覆盖件10具有外壁11和与其同中心的内壁12,所述外壁具有基本上空心圆柱形的形式,所述内壁具有直径更小的基本上空心圆柱形的形式。外壁11和内壁12通过圆环形,水平的盖板13或盖互相连接。换句话说,环形覆盖件10具有基本上相当于反的“U”形状的横截面。环形覆盖件10放置在电路板2上,外侧与电路板2平齐。内壁12围绕发光二极管6,并且在其面对发光二极管6的侧构成为反射的或漫射的反射器,以便形成用于发光二极管6的光通道。
环形覆盖件10具有用于以放置方式容纳螺钉15的螺钉支座14,其中螺钉15通过电路板2中的穿引开口16导入冷却体4中的螺钉孔7中,并且在那里螺纹连接。通过螺钉15的拉紧作用将环形覆盖件10拉至冷却体4,并由此将电路板2出于固定目的压入环形覆盖件10和冷却体4之间。
在环形覆盖件10的相对于对称轴S的相对侧上,借助弹性紧固元件18将所述环形覆盖件保持于冷却体。所述紧固元件18构造成弯曲的由金属制成的板条,其端部区域借助螺钉19直接固定于冷却体,其另一端部区域靠置于环形覆盖件10的盖板13。所述紧固元件18在此处于(预)张力下,以便将环形覆盖件在所有热负荷状态下压在电路板2上,从而抑制由于制造公差、热损失和老化过程等造成的失配。因此,当螺钉15在热负荷下膨胀至不再能压紧电路板2时,环形覆盖件10还可以压在电路板2上。
在所示的第一实施例中,外壁11向前突出超过盖板13,而且是在整个环周范围内。由此在环形覆盖件被紧固元件18拱盖的区域内,环形覆盖件10具有向上的突出部20(由外壁11的经过盖板13向前突出的区域构成)。因此可以防止紧固元件18从环形覆盖件10滑脱,或者防止相反的情况。
图4示出根据第二实施方式的发光模块21,作为在弹性紧固元件18范围内倾斜的一侧剖视图。发光模块21相当于发光模块1,除了紧固元件18部分地设置在由电路板23和环形覆盖件24的共同的侧向凹进部构成的区域内。更准确地说,环形覆盖件24的外壁25和电路板23具有凹进部22,其外侧形成中空圆柱体的纵向带。因此能够提供特别紧凑的发光模块21。
图5示出根据第三实施方式的发光模块31,作为在弹性紧固元件18范围内倾斜的一侧截面图。紧固元件18完全设置在由电路板32和覆盖件33的外壁34的共同的侧向凹进部35构成的区域内。因此能够提供特别紧凑的发光模块31。此外,外壁34只在凹进部35的区域内部分地向前或向上突出于盖板13。

-所述发光模块(1;21;31)具有至少一个弹性紧固元件(18),其紧固于所述冷却体(4)并且靠置于所述覆盖件(10;24;33)。
