本发明涉及一种粉末成型机阴模防上浮机构。包括曲轴、防上浮凸轮、上导杆、上调节螺杆、下导杆、阴模板,所述曲轴一端连接防上浮凸轮,防上浮凸轮下方设有可接触的上导杆,上导杆下端连接上调节螺杆,上调节螺杆下端连接下导杆,阴模板上端面对应下导杆位置处设有阴模承压块。本发明提供一种机械式阴模防上浮机构,即在压制结束后,通过相应相位上的防上浮凸轮驱动上、下导杆等直接压在阴模板上,使得在脱模前阴模始终保持在原来的位置不变,最终保证了制品成形的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末成型机技术领域,尤其涉及一种粉末成型机阴模防上浮机构。
背景技术
粉末成型机制品压制结束后,脱模开始之前,由于上冲向上运动,为防止阴模因复位气缸的作用而向上运动,必须有一个向下的平衡力来使阴模停止在原来的位置上。一般的做法是对复位气缸通入向下的平衡气体来平衡向上的复位力,但是由于单吨位机器平衡气体气源的不稳定或者波动对阴模的平衡影响较大,特别是对高精度、高密度的制品成形,这种平衡气体的不稳定会使阴模产生向上反弹或者微量上浮,最终使成形出来的制品产生断层或者龟裂现象,从而影响产品质量。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明提供一种机械式阴模防上浮机构,即在压制结束后,通过相应相位上的防上浮凸轮驱动上、下导杆等直接压在阴模板上,使得在脱模前阴模始终保持在原来的位置不变,最终保证了制品成形的质量。
本发明的技术方案是:包括曲轴、防上浮凸轮、上导杆、上调节螺杆、下导杆、阴模板,所述曲轴一端连接防上浮凸轮,防上浮凸轮下方设有可接触的上导杆,上导杆下端连接上调节螺杆,上调节螺杆下端连接下导杆,阴模板上端面对应下导杆位置处设有阴模承压块。所述上导杆上端设有可与防上浮凸轮接触的凸轮滚子。
所述上导杆外套接有导杆套。
所述上导杆与上调节螺杆通过调节伞齿轮连接,调节伞齿轮下端设有伞齿轮衬套。
所述上调节螺杆与下导杆通过导杆连接环连接。
所述下导杆下端螺纹连接有调节螺母套,所述调节螺母套下端设有防浮压力块。
所述调节螺母套上端设有锁紧螺母。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用防上浮凸轮驱动上、下导杆等直接压在阴模板上,使得阴模在脱模前始终保持在原来的位置不变,最终保证了制品成形的质量。

具体实施方式
本发明包括曲轴15、防上浮凸轮14、上导杆12、上调节螺杆9、下导杆5、阴模板1,所述曲轴15一端连接防上浮凸轮14,防上浮凸轮14下方设有可接触的上导杆12,上导杆12下端连接上调节螺杆9,上调节螺杆9下端连接下导杆5,阴模板1上端面对应下导杆5位置处设有阴模承压块2;所述上导杆12上端设有可与防上浮凸轮14接触的凸轮滚子13;所述上导杆12外套接有导杆套11;所述上导杆12与上调节螺杆9通过调节伞齿轮10连接,调节伞齿轮10下端设有伞齿轮衬套8;所述上调节螺杆9与下导杆5通过导杆连接环7连接;所述下导杆5下端螺纹连接有调节螺母套4,所述调节螺母套4下端设有防浮压力块3;所述调节螺母套4上端设有锁紧螺母6。
成型机压制结束后,防上浮凸轮14的相位曲线位置正好处于最下端,此时,防上浮凸轮14驱动凸轮滚子13,凸轮滚子13带动上导杆12向下运动,上导杆12带动上调节螺杆9向下运动,通过导杆连接环7带动下导杆5向下运动,再由下导杆5通过螺纹连接的调节螺母套4及防浮压力块3作用在阴模板1上的阴模承压块2上,从而达到机械式阴模防上浮的目的。为了保证不同的压制位置都能够实现此功能,上导杆12可通过调节伞齿轮10及伞齿轮衬套8来调节上导杆12的长度,为保证最终位置的绝对准确,可通过调节螺母套4来调节下导杆5长度,即在压制结束时,可直接调节调节螺母套4使防浮压力块3接触阴模承压块2上,并锁紧锁紧螺母6,从而保证了最终位置的准确性,满足了制品成形的要求。

1.一种粉末成型机阴模防上浮机构,其特征在于,包括曲轴、防上浮凸轮、上导杆、上调节螺杆、下导杆、阴模板,所述曲轴一端连接防上浮凸轮,防上浮凸轮下方设有可接触的上导杆,上导杆下端连接上调节螺杆,上调节螺杆下端连接下导杆,阴模板上端面对应下导杆位置处设有阴模承压块;
所述上导杆上端设有可与防上浮凸轮接触的凸轮滚子,所述上导杆外套接有导杆套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉末成型机阴模防上浮机构,其特征在于,所述上导杆与上调节螺杆通过调节伞齿轮连接,调节伞齿轮下端设有伞齿轮衬套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉末成型机阴模防上浮机构,其特征在于,所述上调节螺杆与下导杆通过导杆连接环连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粉末成型机阴模防上浮机构,其特征在于,所述下导杆下端螺纹连接有调节螺母套,所述调节螺母套下端设有防浮压力块。
