本发明是空转气动锁头,壳体内有前锁芯和后锁芯,前锁芯上有气道,气道的一端有压气活塞,压气活塞的一端有弹簧,压气活塞的作用是推动或压缩空气,气道的另一端有开锁活塞,开锁活塞的一端有弹簧,开锁活塞的作用是连接与分离前锁心和后锁芯,气道的路径上有弹子,弹子的一端有弹簧,弹子上有通气孔和排气槽,弹子的作用一是连通气道,作用二是将压气活塞和开锁活塞推动或压缩的空气排除,作用三是堵塞气道,前锁芯的侧面有环形凹槽,卡片由壳体伸入环形凹槽内,前锁芯可自由旋转,后锁芯的一端有与开锁活塞配合的凹槽,后锁芯的另一端有沟槽与壳体台阶配合让后锁芯止位。

技术领域
本发明属于机械锁具,提供空转气动锁头。
背景技术
现有机械锁头中的弹子与对应机构在外力的作用下或者始终有持续的接触,因此可以直接试探弹子的正确对应位或者间接得到对应机构的自动响应,所以大部分不能防止试探拨位(即试探拨动弹子找到对应位)及基本上不能防止概率性拨位(即快速拨动弹子,概率性使弹子对位)等技术开启。
发明内容
本发明利用气动原理使对应机构与弹子在外力的作用下没有直接的接触,不能直接试探弹子的正确对应位或者间接得到对应机构的自动响应,从而有效防止以上技术开启,并在无匙开启时空转。
本发明技术方案:壳体内有前锁芯和后锁芯,前锁芯上有气道,气道的一端有压气活塞,压气活塞的一端有弹簧,压气活塞的作用是推动或压缩空气,气道的另一端有开锁活塞,开锁活塞的一端有弹簧,开锁活塞的作用是连接与分离前锁心和后锁芯,气道的路径上有弹子,弹子的一端有弹簧,弹子上有通气孔和排气槽,弹子的作用一是连通气道,作用二是将压气活塞和开锁活塞推动或压缩的空气排除,作用三是堵塞气道,前锁芯的侧面有环形凹槽,卡片由壳体伸入环形凹槽内以沿壳体的轴向将前锁芯限位在壳体内,前锁芯在壳体内可自由旋转,后锁芯的一端有与开锁活塞配合的凹槽,后锁芯的另一端有沟槽与壳体台阶配合让后锁芯止位。
在没有插入正确的钥匙顺时针或逆时针方向扭动前锁芯时,压气活塞从壳体的低点移动至高点,同时压气活塞径向向内移动压缩弹簧并推动或压缩空气,空气经过没有正确对位的弹子的排气槽排除或空气被没有正确对位的弹子堵塞,开锁活塞保持不动,前锁芯空转。插入正确钥匙时,弹子的通气孔与气道对齐,顺时针方向扭动前锁芯,压气活塞从壳体的低点移动至高点,同时压气活塞径向向内移动压缩弹簧并推动或压缩空气,空气经过连通的气道推动开锁活塞,开锁活塞轴向向外移动并压缩弹簧,同时开锁活塞进入后锁芯上的凹糟内,持续扭动前锁芯,开锁活塞带动后锁芯一起转动进而开锁。拨出钥匙后弹子被弹簧推动复位,开锁活塞被弹簧推动,将多余的空气由弹子上的排气槽排除后复位,后锁芯被后背锁弹簧推动复位。

具体实施方式
图1至10所示的实施例中,壳体0内有前锁芯1和后锁芯2,前锁芯1上有气道3,气道3的一端有压气活塞4,压气活塞4的一端有弹簧5,压气活塞4的作用是推动或压缩空气,气道3的另一端有开锁活塞6,开锁活塞6的一端有弹簧7,开锁活塞6的作用是连接与分离前锁心1和后锁芯2,气道3的路径上有弹子8,弹子8的一端有弹簧9,弹子8上有通气孔10和排气槽11,弹子8的作用一是连通气道,作用二是将压气活塞4和开锁活塞6推动或压缩的空气排除,作用三是堵塞气道3,前锁芯2的侧面有环形凹槽12,卡片13由壳体0伸入环形凹槽12内以沿壳体0的轴向将前锁芯1限位在壳体0内,前锁芯1在壳体0内可自由旋转,后锁芯2的一端有与开锁活塞6配合的凹槽14,后锁芯2的另一端有沟槽15与壳体台阶16配合让后锁芯2止位。
离合原理:在没有插入正确的钥匙顺时针或逆时针方向扭动前锁芯1时,压气活塞4从壳体0的低点移动至高点,同时压气活塞4径向向内移动压缩弹簧5并推动或压缩空气,空气经过没有正确对位的弹子8的排气槽11排除或空气被没有正确对位的弹子8堵塞,开锁活塞6保持不动,前锁芯1空转。插入正确钥匙时,弹子8的通气孔10与气道3对齐,顺时针方向扭动前锁芯1,压气活塞4从壳体0的低点移动至高点,同时压气活塞4径向向内移动压缩弹簧5并推动或压缩空气,空气经过连通的气道3推动开锁活塞6,开锁活塞6轴向向外移动并压缩弹簧7,同时开锁活塞6进入后锁芯2上的凹糟14内,持续扭动前锁芯1,开锁活塞6带动后锁芯2一起转动进而开锁。拨出钥匙后弹子8被弹簧9推动复位,开锁活塞6被弹簧7推动,将多余的空气由弹子8上的排气槽11排除后复位,后锁芯2被后背锁弹簧推动复位。
原理概述:压气机构受外力运动后推动或压缩空气,钥匙的对应机构弹子没有正确对位时,压气机构推动或压缩的空气由弹子的排气口排除或被弹子阻挡,此时压气机构推动或压缩的空气不能接触开锁机构,此时开锁机构静止,钥匙的对应机构弹子正确对位时,压气机构推动或压缩的空气推动开锁机构进而开锁。
附言:本实施例只有第一和第五颗弹子有排气槽,第一颗弹子设有排起槽的作用是在前锁芯未插入正确钥匙空转时,可以把压气活塞推动的多余的空气排除,并防止试探或几率性开锁,第五颗弹子设用排气槽的作用是在开锁完毕拨匙后,开锁活塞可以将多余的空气排出并复位,第二、三、四颗弹子没有排气槽,作用是连通和堵塞气道,也可以全部应用有排气槽的弹子。
为了防止开锁完毕后,前锁芯回到起始位置前就拨匙,可以加一颗普通弹子锁的弹子。
以门锁为例,门外插入钥匙的即为锁头,门内可以直接扭动的即是说明书中所指的后背锁。
说明书附图中的气道等绘制得略大以便于识图。

1.空转气动锁头,其特征是壳体(0)内有前锁芯(1)和后锁芯(2),前锁芯(1)上有气道(3),气道(3)的一端有压气活塞(4),压气活塞(4)的一端有弹簧(5),压气活塞(4)的作用是推动或压缩空气,气道(3)的另一端有开锁活塞(6),开锁活塞(6)的一端有弹簧(7),开锁活塞(6)的作用是连接与分离前锁心(1)和后锁芯(2),气道(3)的路径上有弹子(8),弹子(8)的一端有弹簧(9),弹子(8)上有通气孔(10)和排气槽(11),弹子(8)的作用一是连通气道,作用二是将压气活塞(4)和开锁活塞(6)推动或压缩的空气排除,作用三是堵塞气道(3),前锁芯(2)的侧面有环形凹槽(12),卡片(13)由壳体(0)伸入环形凹槽(12)内以沿壳体(0)的轴向将前锁芯(1)限位在壳体(0)内,前锁芯(1)在壳体(0)内可自由旋转,后锁芯(2)的一端有与开锁活塞(6)配合的凹槽(14),后锁芯(2)的另一端有沟槽(15)与壳体台阶(16)配合让后锁芯(2)止位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空转气动锁头,其特征是压气机构受外力运动后推动或压缩空气,钥匙的对应机构弹子没有正确对位时,压气机构推动或压缩的空气由弹子的排气口排除或被弹子阻挡,此时压气机构推动或压缩的空气不能接触开锁机构,此时开锁机构静止,钥匙的对应机构弹子正确对位时,压气机构推动或压缩的空气推动开锁机构进而开锁。
