Abstract

汽车底部导流系统就是在汽车的底部从汽车的头部到汽车的尾部安装一个完整的导流工作面,这个完整的导流工作面是由多个大小不同、形状不同的小导流工作面组成的,所以称之为汽车底部导流系统。汽车底部导流系统可以让汽车的底部气流在阻力最小的情况下顺利的从汽车的底部通过,因为汽车的底部导流系统使汽车的底部光滑平整,它可以有效的引导气流通过,并且气流通过的同时没有涡流产生,这样就可以把汽车的底部空气阻力降到最小。汽车的底部导流系统可以有效的降低汽车底部的空气阻力,可以有效的提高汽车的行驶速度,可以有效的降低汽车在行驶的同时所产生的风噪声,可以让汽车的整体外观更漂亮,可以让汽车更节能、更环保。

一、汽车底部导流系统属于汽车制造领域。
二、技术背景
现有的汽车底部绝大多数都没有导流装置更没有底部导流系统,汽车底部导流系统,可以有效的减少汽车在空气中行驶的阻力,可以有效的降低汽车在行驶的同时所产生的风噪声,可以有效的提高汽车的行驶速度,可以让汽车的整体外观看上去更漂亮,可以让我们的汽车更节能,更环保。 
三、发明内容
汽车底部导流系统就是在汽车的底部从车头到车尾安装一个整体的导流工作面,这个整体的导流工作面是由多个不同形状、不同大小的小导流面组成的所以称之为汽车底部导流系统。汽车底部导流系统可以根据汽车的底部尺寸大小而量身定制,汽车的底部导流系统可以根据汽车的底部构造不同、区域不同、划分出不同形状、不同大小的小导流面然后再生产加工出相对应的小导流面,最后拼装成汽车底部形状的导流工作面安装于汽车的底部,这样就形成了汽车底部的完整导流体统。 
有了汽车底部导流系统,汽车在行驶的同时底部不会有涡流产生,底部没有涡流产生汽车底部的阻力就相应变小,这样汽车就可以跑得更快,汽车底部没有涡流产生,汽车在行驶的同时风噪声也得到相应降低,汽车的阻力变小,那么它就更节能,更环保。没有安装汽 车底部导流系统的汽车,它在行驶的同时底部就会有涡流不断产生,汽车的速度越高,汽车底部产生的涡流就越强大,那么汽车的底部阻力就增大,汽车底部的阻力增大与之相对应的油耗就会增大,底部的阻力增大汽车的风噪声也会跟着增大,如果汽车安装了底部导流系统汽车在行驶的同时汽车底下的气流就可以顺利的从汽车底部导流系统的导流工作面下顺利通过同时还没有涡流产生,所以说它的底部阻力不会增大,底部没有涡流产生,底部的阻力不会增大,汽车行驶的风噪声也不会变大,可以说汽车底部导流系统是节能的环保的。 
汽车底部导流系统的表面一定要光滑不能粗糙,因为光滑的表面可以减少阻力,反之粗糙的表面就增加阻力。汽车底部导流系统最好用不锈钢材料做,因为不锈钢材料表面光滑,又不易腐蚀而且寿命还长,可能成本会高了点,不过对于车价来比就不算太高了,最关键就是不锈钢的材料寿命长。 
四、具体实施方式
汽车底部导流系统适合用于各种乘用车的底部导流。可以根据不同型号、不同尺寸的车辆生产出不同型号、不同尺寸的导流系统用于不同型号、不同尺寸的车辆。因为汽车底部导流系统可以让车辆更节能、更环保。
