Abstract

背景技术
罩式货车车厢,专利号:200810165886.X,用于装车的门洞是由两块门扇封闭的,这种门扇不具有自动启闭的功能,不利于该技术的应用推广。
发明内容
本申请的目的:是要设计一种和该车相配套的“罩式货车车厢的门扇”,它具有自动启闭的功能,以此降低推广应用的难度。
首先将车厢上原有的两个门扇去掉,在门框的长边侧面安装两排小门,小门和门框相连成一体。两排小门的另一边缘在门框的中间处相交接触,以封闭装车的门洞。小门的形状为带有弧度的长方形的弹性板体,两排小门的弧度向下,小门用锯条钢带做成,以确保有足够的持久弹性。小门的弹性强度调整方法为,选用不同厚度的锯条钢带进行加工制作。
装车时,煤炭从天仓的漏斗下泄,煤炭的自身重力将小门向下打开,小门发生弹性形变,煤炭冲过小门后落入车厢,停装后小门在形变弹力的作用下又恢复原状,完成对罩式货车车厢的门洞封闭。门上残留的少许煤炭,由于处在两个小门最低洼的缝隙处,也不易被风吹走。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,首先将车厢上原有的两个门扇去掉,在门框1的长边侧面安装两排小门2,小门2和门框1相连成一体。两排小门2的另一边缘在门框1的中间处相交接触,以封闭装车的门洞。小门2的形状为带有弧度的长方形的弹性板体,两排小门2的弧度向下,小门2用锯条钢带做成,以确保有足够的持久弹性。小门2的弹性强度调整方法为,选用不同厚度的锯条钢带进行加工制作。
装车时,煤炭从天仓的漏斗下泄,煤炭的自身重力将小门2向外打开,小门2发生弹性形变,煤炭冲过小门后落入车厢,停装后小门2在形变弹力的作用下又恢复原状,完成对罩式货车车厢的门洞封闭。
