技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对金属板带进行热处理的设备,该设备包括至少一个辐射管单元,该辐射管单元具有三个位于一个共同的、与金属板带平行的轴向平面内的管、即一个能连接在一燃烧器上的中间管和两个在两端部与中间管经由弯管连接的外部管;以及该设备包括一个与在一方面中间管和另一方面两个外部管之间的这两个弯管相连接的支承销,该支承销位于辐射管单元的与燃烧器对置的一侧上。
背景技术
为了对金属板带进行热处理,已知(DE 202008009065U1)设置能借助燃烧器加热的辐射管单元,该辐射管单元具有两个从一个连接在燃烧器上的中间管出来的、平行于中间管位于一个共同的轴向平面内的外部管,从而借助在端侧经由弯管与中间管连接的外部管能分别将燃烧器的流入中间管中的热废气的一部分流引导在循环回路中。要处理的金属板带平行于辐射管单元的各管的共同的轴向平面以横向于管轴线延伸的进给方向被输送,该金属板带经由从辐射管单元的各管辐射出的热辐射被加热。由于辐射管的温度高,辐射管单元的支承设计成使得各管沿轴向方向的热膨胀得到考虑。为此目的,将中间管以摆动轴承沿轴向固定在燃烧器和外部管之间,而在辐射管单元的对置的另一端上通常中空的支承销可轴向移动地支撑在支承件中,该支承销焊接在两个将中间管的端部与外部管的端部相连接的弯管上。然而因为不仅在管轴线的方向上、而且在弯管区域内横向于此地出现热膨胀,所以在支承销和弯管之间的焊缝得到显著的载荷,这带来了形成裂缝的危险,尤其是所使用的钢的强度由于高的温度负荷而降低。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,设计一种开头所述类型的用于对金属板带进行热处理的设备,使得在将支承销连接到这些弯管上时能考虑在将中间管与外部管相连接的弯管的区域内的热膨胀。
本发明这样实现所提出的目的,即,所述支承销设置在一个跨接两个弯管之间的楔形部的桥上,该桥具有两个在中间管的轴线两侧延伸的、相对于中间管的轴线以锐角倾斜的部段。
通过跨接两个弯管之间的楔形区域的桥,创造出对于承受在弯管区域内的热膨胀的有利的前提条件,从而能使在支承销和桥之间的连接保持基本上无应力。此外,通过桥使从弯管到支承销的直接的热传导中断,由此减小支承销的热负荷。为了经由桥能有利地承受在两个弯管区域内的热膨胀,桥具有两个在中间管的轴线两侧延伸的、相对于中间管的轴线以锐角倾斜的部段,从而通过桥的相互间以一钝角倾斜的部段的角度变化、由于在弹性区域内出现的弯曲应力,在弯管热膨胀时足够的长度补偿变成可能的。
在这方面当桥相对于中间管的轴线对称地构成时得到特别简单的结构设计条件,因为在这种情况下能以简单的方式确保辐射单元的与中间管同轴的支承。

具体实施方式
如由图1可得出,用于对金属板带进行热处理的设备具有至少一个辐射管单元1,该辐射管单元包括一个中间管2和两个与中间管2位于一个共同的轴向平面内的平行的外部管3。各外部管3与中间管2分别经由端侧的弯管4流动连通。从一个连接在中间管2的延长部5上的燃烧器流入中间管2中的热废气因此经由两个外部管3部分地被引导在循环回路中。借助从管2、3辐射出的辐射热量来加热用虚线示出的金属板带6,该金属板带平行于管2、3的共同的轴向平面、更确切地说沿横向于管轴线延伸的进给方向7被引导。
辐射管单元1在管2和3两侧被支承,从而得到重量载荷到两个支承件上基本上均匀的分布。接纳中间管2的延长部5的、出于清晰的原因而未示出的支承件8沿轴向固定辐射管单元1,而对置的那个支承件8将辐射管单元1沿轴向可移动地支撑。为此目的,辐射管单元1在中间管2的与延长部5对置的端部上带有一通常管形的支承销9,该支承销沿轴向可移动地支撑在支承件8的相应的接纳部中。由于在管2、3内部的高的废气温度,这些管遭受相应的热膨胀,其中,由此必需的轴向长度补偿经由在支承件8中可移动的支承销9得以确保。但不仅管2、3、而且弯管4承受热负荷,这引起弯管在弯曲部纵向上的热膨胀。为了也能考虑在弯管4区域内的这些热膨胀,支承销9不是直接固定在弯管4上,而是设置在一桥10上,该桥跨接两个弯管4之间的楔形区域11。因此经由该桥可以补偿弯管4的热膨胀。
按照图2,桥10为此目的通过两个部段12形成,这两个部段相对于中间管2的轴线以锐角延伸并且相互间形成一个钝角。如果在部段12和弯管4之间的焊缝的间距由于弯管4的热膨胀而变化,则这些长度变化可以通过部段12的弹性弯曲和与此相关的角度位置变化来毫无问题地补偿。这意味着,在桥10的部段12和支承销9之间的焊缝基本上保持没有由于弯管4的热膨胀而导致的应力,这避免了否则会危害支承销9与弯管4的连接。此外,经由桥10的部段12使从弯管4到支承销9的直接的热传导中断并且因此能考虑支承销9的较小的热负荷。

Claims (2)

1.用于对金属板带(6)进行热处理的设备,包括:至少一个辐射管单元(1),该辐射管单元具有三个位于一个共同的、与金属板带(6)平行的轴向平面内的管、即一个能连接在一燃烧器上的中间管(2)和两个在两端部与中间管(2)经由弯管(4)连接的外部管(3);以及一个与在一方面中间管(2)和另一方面两个外部管(3)之间的这两个弯管(4)相连接的支承销(9),该支承销位于辐射管单元的与燃烧器对置的一侧上,其特征在于,所述支承销(9)设置在一个跨接两个弯管(4)之间的楔形部(11)的桥(10)上,该桥具有两个在中间管(2)的轴线两侧延伸的、相对于中间管(2)的轴线以锐角倾斜的部段(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述桥(10)相对于中间管(2)的轴线对称地构成。
