本发明涉及一种用于制备浓咖啡的改进的方法和机器。特别地,本发明涉及用于制备一种用于浓咖啡的方法和机器,其中能够在咖啡烹煮过程中改变压力,以及在一些情况下改变温度。
背景技术
众所周知,烹煮浓咖啡需要将一定量的大约90℃的水在大约9巴的标称压力下强制通过咖啡壶。
同样众所周知的是压力和温度显著影响浓咖啡的质量。实际上,咖啡的物理特性随品种的变化而变化。因此,对于每个咖啡品种来说用于最佳的烹煮参数均不同。先前技术的机器一般装备有由交流电动机驱动的泵。泵通常装备有用于将水出口压力设置为所需值的装置。因此,在咖啡烹煮过程中压力不能随使用者意愿而调节。
此外,温度通常由热交换器、机电定温器或电子PID温度控制器控制。这些系统至多提供持续的温度稳定性、但无法实现可重复或可定制的温度分布曲线。

发明内容
本发明具有以下目的:通过提供用于制备浓咖啡的方法和机器来克服上述缺点,其中,烹煮参数(尤其是水压)能够由使用者控制并调节。
该目的通过根据所附权利要求的方法和机器而达成。
从参考所附附图的以下描述中,本领域的技术人员将更好地理解本发明的技术优势,所述附图示出本发明的优选的非限制性实施例。

具体实施方式
参考图1,浓咖啡咖啡机包括一个或更多个运行单元10,所述运行单元10中的每一个均包括泵和煮器(均未显示),所述泵和煮器通过有关的导管连接至用于提取香气并分配浓咖啡烹煮物的组26。
根据本发明,如下文中予以更好地解释,每个单元10还设置有用户界面(UI),所述用户界面包括显示器11以及一个或更多个命令按钮12、以及泵的手动致动器16。从人体工程学角度考虑,手动致动器16被优选地定位于烹煮组26上。
如图2中所示,每个单元10装备有用于控制和调节浓咖啡烹煮参数的系统。
系统包括控制处理单元(CPU),例如连接至压力控制模块22、在一个示范性实施例中连接至温度控制模块24、以及连接至用户界面(UI)的基于微处理器的印刷电路板组件。
通过用户界面,使用者能够实时调节提取压力(以及在以下情况况下提取温度)。这是明显的优势,原因在于其容许使用者根据每次使用的不同的咖啡混合而最优化烹煮参数。
图3示出单元10的优选实施例,所述单元包括本身已知用于提取香气的组26和煮器14。有利地,单元10还包括:
-变速DC电机泵13,
-通过安装于烹煮组26上的杆(致动器)16进行手工操作的可变电阻器15;
-用于测量水的供给压力的压力转换器17。
控制单元(CPU)包括存储器以及用于连接至外部存储设备的USB端口。
在第一运行模式中,压力随杆16在可变电阻器15上的作用而手动调节,这通过控制处理单元改变泵13的速度。
在该运行模式中使用者还能够在浓咖啡烹煮过程中按照其喜好改变压力。
在第二运行模式中,不同的压力分布曲线储存在控制处理单元中并且由使用者提出。使用者通过命令按钮12选择期望的压力分布曲线。通过杆16作用于可变电阻器15上使得泵13随后被激活。CPU以复制程序化压力曲线的方式驱动关联的控制模块的输出,即调节泵13的速度。
能够通过记录在手动运行模式中获得的分布曲线而将不同的压力分布曲线储存在CPU的存储器中。替代地,能够通过USB端口从外部存储设备下载预定的分布曲线。
还可以将记录的分布曲线从CPU转移至个人电脑,改变其形状并且将新分布曲线重新加载至机器。
在图3中示出根据本发明可获得的三种不同的压力分布曲线。
在本发明的进一步的优选实施例中,使用者还能够实时控制提取温度。因此能够为特定的咖啡品种最优化温度分布曲线并且能够通过使用者界面容易地选择温度分布曲线。同样在这种情况下,CPU能够被用来储存待发送至关联的控制模块的不同温度分布曲线。
仅通过示例给出上述的实施例,并且需要理解的是,能够在不偏离本发明的保护范围的情况下得到其他等同的实施例。

Claims (10)

1.一种改进的浓咖啡咖啡机,包括一个或更多个运行单元(10),其中所述一个或更多个运行单元(10)中的每一个均包括煮器、泵(13)、加热单元、用于提取香气并分配浓咖啡烹煮物的组(26),所述组包括有关的导管,
其中所述一个或更多个运行单元(10)中的每一个均装备有用于控制和调节浓咖啡烹煮参数的系统,其中,所述浓咖啡烹煮参数包括水出口压力,
其特征在于,所述一个或更多个运行单元(10)中的每一个均包括用于在咖啡烹煮过程中调整水出口压力的手动制动装置(15、16)以及变速DC电机泵(13),其中所述手动制动装置(15、16)包括用于激活变速DC电机泵的可变电阻器(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:所述手动制动装置(15、16)还包括安装在所述组(26)上的杆,其中,所述可变电阻器(15)通过所述杆(16)手工操作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:所述浓咖啡咖啡机还包括用于测量水的供给压力的压力转换器(17)。
4.根据上述任一权利要求所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:所述浓咖啡咖啡机包括用于调整浓咖啡烹煮提取温度的装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:所述浓咖啡咖啡机包括连接至压力控制模块(22)、连接至最终温度控制模块(24)和连接至用户界面(UI)的中央处理单元(CPU),所述中央处理单元(CPU)具有用于连接至外部存储设备的端口(I/O)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:不同的压力分布曲线被储存在所述中央处理单元(CPU)中并且能够被使用者提出并被所述压力控制模块(22)复制。
7.根据权利要求6所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:使用者通过命令按钮(12)选择期望的压力分布曲线,并且所述电机泵(13)通过作用于所述可变电阻器(15)上被激活。
8.根据权利要求6所述的浓咖啡咖啡机,其特征在于:不同的温度分布曲线被储存在所述中央处理单元(CPU)中并且能够被所述使用者提出并被所述温度控制模块(24)复制。
9.一种用于在机器中制备浓咖啡的方法,所述机器至少包括运行单元(10),在所述运行单元中,煮器和泵(13)在压力下将热水给送至用于提取香气并分配浓咖啡烹煮物的组(26),其中水压在咖啡烹煮过程中被改变,其特征在于,水压的改变通过手动调节杆(16)在可变电阻器(15)上的作用而改变泵的速度而获得,或者通过使用者选择储存在控制处理单元中的预定压力分布曲线从而杆(16)作用在可变电阻器(15)上而改变所述泵的速度来获得。
