背景技术
本发明涉及自行车设备,且尤其涉及适合于由三项全能运动员使用的自行车鞋。
在被称为三项全能运动的现代运动项目中,三项全能运动员在游泳、自行车、及跑步分段中竞赛,其目标是在最短经过时间内越过终点线。为了改善项目用时,在该项目的各分段之间进行短暂转换是有帮助的。为了减少从游泳分段至自行车分段的转换时间,三项全能运动员通常给自行车准备有已附接于踏板的自行车鞋。通过这个设置,当从游泳分段转换到自行车分段时,三项全能运动员不需要首先穿上鞋,而是在他们将脚滑入入鞋内之前,可以利用在鞋面上的脚来蹬自行车及踏板和/或滑行。
发明内容
本发明被设计成便于该三项全能运动员的脚易于插入自行车鞋内,以便缩短完全骑乘自行车所花费的时间,以及便于将鞋固定至脚上。更具体地,在一方面,本发明提供一种鞋,该鞋包括鞋底及被固定至鞋底的鞋帮。该鞋帮包括中间部分及后跟部分,该后跟部分可相对于该中间部分从打开位置移动至闭合位置,该打开位置允许使用者的脚插入进鞋内,该闭合位置将该使用者的脚固定在鞋内。固定机构被接合在后跟部分与中间部分之间。该固定机构包括从该后跟部分延伸至该中间部分的鞋带。
在一个实施例中,该固定机构进一步包括(例如,被固定至该中间部分的)旋转转盘,该转盘被接合至鞋带使得该转盘的旋转能拉紧鞋带。优选地,该中间部分包含在脚背区域内的脚背开口,及该鞋帮进一步包括被定位在该脚背开口中的鞋舌。在此实施例中,该转盘可以被固定在脚背开口附近的中间部分的边缘附近。
中间部分可以进一步包括通道,且鞋带可以被定位在该通道中。例如,该中间部分可以包括该中间部分的相对左侧和右侧上的相对的左通道和右通道,且该鞋带可以被定位在该左通道和右通道中。优选地,该鞋带穿越该中间部分的脚背区域。

具体实施方式
在详细说明本发明的任一实施例之前,应当理解本发明在其应用方面并非被限制于在以下描述中被阐明或在以下附图中图示的构造细节及部件的布置。本发明能够有其它的实施例而且可以多种方式被实施或被实现。
图1示出鞋10,其具有:包括外底14及内底16的鞋底;被固定至该外底14的鞋帮18;及用于将该鞋10固定在骑手的脚上的固定机构22。图示的鞋10是与自行车一起使用的自行车鞋10。具体地,该鞋10与“无夹”或“夹入”型自行车踏板一起使用。然而,根据需要,可使用该鞋10,而无需“无夹”型自行车踏板。
参照图3,图示的外底14由刚性聚合物制成。然而,如本技术领域中已知的,可使用其它刚性材料,例如纤维-基质复合物、木材、或其它材料。根据需要,图示的外底14也包括后跟垫26和用于安装踏板夹的安装部分30。在其它构造中,该后跟垫26及安装部分30可以不同或者可被除去。
图示的内底16是柔性插入件,其包括用于骑手的脚的衬垫和拱形支撑并提供更舒适的配合。该内底16支撑在该外底14上并且可以移除。在另一构造中,该内底16可被连接至该外底14使得阻止其移除。
参照图1和图2,该鞋帮18包括脚趾部分34、后跟部分38及连接该脚趾部分34和该后跟部分38的中间部分42。图示的鞋帮18由柔性织物的复合物构成。具体地,图示的鞋帮18由编织物(fabric weave)和合成皮革构成。
该中间部分42包括脚背区域46,其大致处于在该鞋帮18的纵向中心并限定右侧50(图2)和左侧54(图1)。脚背开口58形成在该右侧50及左侧54之间的该脚背区域46内并从脚开口62向前延伸至该脚趾部分34。右通道66(图2)在该右侧50形成并且左通道70在该左侧54形成。套管74将该右通道66与左通道70的入口及出口连接起来。图示的套管74由塑料制成并在该鞋帮18内部延伸。如以下更详细地描述,左通道66和右通道70构造成接收鞋带114。在其它的构造中,根据需要,左通道66和右通道70可被不同地放置,可比图示的更长或更短,或在不同的地方开始和停止。
鞋舌78被定位成横跨脚背开口58并且与鞋帮18配合以形成脚开口62。图示的鞋舌78被连接至左侧54并横跨脚背开口58且在右侧50下方包覆,从而使得脚背开口58的一部分打开。可替代地,该鞋舌78可在该右侧50的顶部上方包覆。在其它构造中,该鞋舌78可具有不同的形状或沿该脚背开口58或多或少地延伸。例如,图8示出示例,其中该鞋舌78被连接至该脚趾部分34及基本上延伸该脚背开口58的全长至该脚开口62。
柔性带82形式的前封闭机构被定位成横跨基本上相邻于该脚趾部分34的脚背开口58。图示的柔性带82包括钩环紧固件且可用保持于该鞋10内的骑手的脚来收紧从而为该骑手的脚提供更可靠的保持和支撑。在其它实施例中,根据需要,该前封闭机构可以是鞋带或者采用其它紧固件。
该后跟部分38包括限定右臂90和左臂94宽部分86,和在该宽部分86下面的窄部分98。该右臂90和该左臂94分别朝向该中间部分42的右侧50和左侧54延伸。该后跟部分38由在该窄部分98处形成活动铰链的柔性织物形成。在图示的鞋10中,该活动铰链位于该外底14和内底16上方以及该中间部分42的后部。该中间部分42及该后跟部分38由相同的柔性织物形成。以柔性织物环102形式的封闭辅助构件被连接至该后跟部分38的后面。后跟通道106形成为通过该宽部分86从该右臂90至该左臂94。套管74从后跟通道106的入口延伸至出口。图示的套管74由塑料制成并在该后跟部分38内部延伸。
该后跟部分38在打开位置(图3中的虚线)与闭合位置(图1)之间是可移动的,在该打开位置中该后跟部分38被向下折叠以允许直接进入到该脚开口62,在该闭合位置中该后跟部分38被向上折叠以将该骑手的脚保持在该鞋10中。图5示出在该打开位置与该闭合位置之间的中间位置中的该后跟部分38。该后跟部分38在该活动铰链处枢转。
该固定机构22包括旋转转盘110及鞋带114。该旋转转盘110被固定在该脚背开口58附近的该脚背区域46的该左侧54的边缘118附近。该鞋带114穿过该右通道66、该左通道70及该后跟通道106并在该旋转转盘110处连接。通道66、70允许该鞋带114穿过该鞋帮18使得该鞋带114的大部分不被暴露。
该旋转转盘110包括围绕圆周的抓持部以使得该骑手能够抓住旋转转盘110并使其围绕轴线转动。该鞋带114被连接至该旋转转盘110使得在第一方向旋转该旋转转盘110可拉紧该鞋带114,并且将该旋转转盘110提升远离鞋10以允许该鞋带114松开。可替代地,在第二方向旋转该旋转转盘110可松开该鞋带114。在被转让给Boa技术公司(Boa Technology,Inc.)的美国专利第7,591,050号中示出并描述了示例性的转盘,该专利的全部内容被结合到本文中。当该鞋带114被松开时,该后跟部分38可被移动至打开位置。当该鞋带114被拉紧时,该后跟部分38保持在闭合位置。在图示的构造中,该鞋舌78也包括鞋带114穿过的环102。在另一个构造中,该旋转转盘110可以是棘轮转盘和可以利用按钮以借由释放该棘轮转盘而松开鞋带114。
在操作中,骑手松开该柔性带82并旋转该旋转转盘110以松开该鞋带114。该后跟部分38随后被移动至该打开位置。该骑手随后将该骑手的脚插入进该脚开口62内并向前完全进入该鞋10内。该骑手随后拉紧该柔性带82使得该鞋10围绕该骑手的脚前方固定。该骑手随后抓住柔性织物环102并朝向该闭合位置拉该后跟部分38。一旦该后跟部分38处于该闭合位置中,该旋转转盘110被旋转以拉紧该鞋带114从而将该后跟部分38固定在该闭合位置中并将该骑手的脚固定地保持在该鞋10内的合适位置114中。
为了将该骑手的脚从该鞋10中移除,该骑手提升该旋转转盘110以松开该鞋带114。该后跟部分38随后被移动至该打开位置,该柔性带82被松开,及该骑手的脚被移除。可替代地,该骑手的脚可被放置于该鞋10内并在没有松开该柔性带82的情况下被移除。
图6示出了该鞋10的替代构造。该前封闭机构是具有鞋带126的旋转转盘122,其类似于用于拉紧该后跟部分38的旋转转盘110。该旋转转盘122可被沿着一个方向转动以松开该鞋带126并沿着另一方向转动以拉紧该鞋带126。可替代地,可使用按钮来将该鞋带126释放来松开。
要注意的是,如上所述及图1至图5所示的该鞋,该外底14包括整体结构。即,该外底14不包括与该后跟部分38一起移动的部分。而是,这些设计的后面穿入特征通过相对于该外底14和相对于该鞋帮18的该中间部分42移动该后跟部分38来完成。

Claims (19)

1.一种鞋,其包括:
鞋底;
鞋帮,其被固定至所述鞋底,所述鞋帮包含:
中间部分;及
后跟部分,其可相对于所述中间部分从打开位置移动至闭合位置,所述打开位置允许使用者的脚插入进所述鞋内,所述闭合位置将所述使用者的脚固定在所述鞋内;及
固定机构,其被接合在所述后跟部分与所述中间部分之间,所述固定机构包括从所述后跟部分延伸至所述中间部分的鞋带。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋,其中所述固定机构进一步包括旋转转盘,所述旋转转盘被接合至所述鞋带使得所述转盘的旋转能拉紧所述鞋带。
3.如权利要求2所述的鞋,其中所述转盘被固定至所述中间部分。
4.如权利要求3所述的鞋,其中所述中间部分包括在脚背区域中的脚背开口,其中所述鞋帮进一步包括定位在所述脚背开口中的鞋舌,及其中所述转盘被固定在所述脚背开口附近的所述中间部分的边缘附近。
5.如权利要求1所述的鞋,其中所述中间部分包括通道,及其中所述鞋带定位在所述通道中。
6.如权利要求1所述的鞋,其中所述中间部分包括在所述中间部分上的相对左侧和右侧上的相对的左通道和右通道,及其中所述鞋带定位在所述左通道和所述右通道中。
7.如权利要求1所述的鞋,其中所述中间部分包含脚背区域,及其中所述鞋带穿越所述脚背区域。
8.如权利要求1所述的鞋,其中所述后跟部分包括分别朝向所述中间部分的左侧和右侧延伸的左臂和右臂,及其中所述鞋带从所述左臂和所述右臂的至少一个延伸。
9.一种鞋,其包括:
鞋底;
鞋帮,其被固定至所述鞋底,所述鞋帮包括:
中间部分;及
后跟部分,其可相对于所述中间部分从打开位置移动至闭合位置,所述打开位置允许使用者的脚插入进所述鞋内,所述闭合位置将所述使用者的脚固定在所述鞋内,其中所述后跟部分包括柔性织物,所述柔性织物用作活动铰链以便于所述后跟部分相对于所述中间部分的枢转移动。
10.如权利要求9所述的鞋,其中所述柔性织物朝向所述中间部分延伸及形成所述中间部分的一部分。
11.如权利要求9所述的鞋,其中所述活动铰链在所述鞋底之上的位置枢转。
12.如权利要求11所述的鞋,其中所述活动铰链在所述中间部分之后的位置枢转。
