本发明公开一种除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:氢氧化钾1~3%、碳酸钠10~40%、磷酸氢二钠10~36%、三聚磷酸钠1~10%、亚硝酸钠1~10%、QYL-252C1~8%、QYL-201~3%、NP-61~3%、渗透剂JFC0.5~5%及有机硅消泡剂1~4%。制备方法按如下步骤进行:开动粉体制作搅拌器,按照粉体制作搅拌的操作规程,将计算称量的碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钾依次徐徐加入到搅拌器中,边加入边搅拌,当固体搅拌均匀后,再将计算称量的QYL-252C、QYL-20、NP-6、渗透剂JFC、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加到搅拌器中,直到充分搅拌均匀为止,放料包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂及制备方法,尤其是一种不腐蚀超声波清洗设备,可迅速、彻底除去钢铁长轴等工件经高速机械抛光后残留大量抛光膏粘附物的除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂及制备方法。
背景技术
钢铁长轴工件经高速机械抛光后,其表面会残留大量抛光粉粘附物,需要用超声波进行清洗。超声波清洗的主要机理是化学清洗剂中存在的微小泡核在超声波的作用下,振动、生长和突然破裂,在气泡破裂的瞬间,可产生高达上千个大气压的压力,其冲击力足以使污垢破碎,所产生的局部高温、高压,有助于加速污垢的溶解,达到清洗除锈的目的。然而,由于现有除抛光膏超声波清洗剂基本上都含有盐酸、硫酸或草酸,加之所用助剂、缓蚀剂不匹配,导致存在以下问题:
1.腐蚀超声波设备的不锈钢槽体;
2.清洗的速度慢、温度条件高,有时还会发生清除不彻底的问题;
3.工件经过清洗后,有时会产生过腐蚀现象,不但表面发黑,不能露出金属基体的本色,破坏了工件表面光洁度。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种不腐蚀超声波清洗设备,可迅速、彻底除去钢铁长轴等工件经高速机械抛光后残留大量抛光粉粘附物的除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:
                 氢氧化钾                                                 1~3%
                 碳酸钠                                                     10~40%
                 磷酸氢二钠                                             10~36%
                 三聚磷酸钠                                             1~10%
                 亚硝酸钠                                                 1~10%
                 除蜡水专用表面活性剂                         1~8%
                 常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂     1~3%
                 NP-6                                                         1~3%
                 渗透剂JFC                                              0.5~5%
                 有机硅消泡剂                                         1~4%。
一种上述的除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:开动粉体制作搅拌器,按照粉体制作搅拌的操作规程,将计算称量的碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钾依次徐徐加入到搅拌器中,边加入边搅拌,当固体搅拌均匀后,再将计算称量的除蜡水专用表面活性剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂、NP-6、渗透剂JFC、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加到搅拌器中,直到充分搅拌均匀为止,放料包装。
本发明中不含有盐酸、硫酸或草酸等强腐蚀酸,所选择的助剂、缓蚀剂等匹配合理,具有最佳的有效酸洗液浓度、助剂强化作用、表面张力、粘度系数及在超声波设备中的蒸汽压等,即可避免腐蚀超声波不锈钢清洗设备,又可迅速、彻底除去工件表面的抛光膏。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:
                 氢氧化钾                                                        1~3%
                 碳酸钠                                                            10~40%
                 磷酸氢二钠                                                    10~36%
                 三聚磷酸钠                                                    1~10%
                 亚硝酸钠                                                        1~10%
                 除蜡水专用表面活性剂                                1~8%
                 常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂            1~3%
                 NP-6                                                                1~3%
                 渗透剂JFC                                                     0.5~5%
                 有机硅消泡剂                                                1~4%。
各原料可在质量范围内进行选择,使质量之和为100%。
制备方法按如下步骤进行:开动粉体制作搅拌器,按照粉体制作搅拌的操作规程,将计算称量的碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钾依次徐徐加入到搅拌器中,边加入边搅拌,当固体搅拌均匀后,再将计算称量的除蜡水专用表面活性剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂、NP-6、渗透剂JFC、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加到搅拌器中,直到充分搅拌均匀为止,放料包装。
所用原料均为市售产品,其中除蜡水专用表面活性剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂是深圳市启杨龙科技有限公司的产品,产品型号分别为QYL-252C、QYL-20。
实施例2:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:

                 除蜡水专用表面活性剂                         6%

                 有机硅消泡剂                                          4%。
原料来源及制备方法同实施例1。
将本发明实施例1、2按浓度5~8%加水配成工作液,采用超声波清洗设备对钢铁长轴工件表面抛光膏进行清洗,工作槽液温度50~60℃,超声波清洗8~10分钟,其结果是将钢铁长轴经高速机械抛光后残留的大量抛光膏粘附物彻底除去。

                 氢氧化钾                                                        1~3%

                 磷酸氢二钠                                                    10~36%
                 三聚磷酸钠                                                    1~10%
                 亚硝酸钠                                                        1~10%
                 除蜡水专用表面活性剂                                1~8%
                 常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂            1~3%
                 NP-6                                                                1~3%
                 渗透剂JFC                                                     0.5~5%
                 有机硅消泡剂                                                1~4%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的除抛光膏粉剂型超声波清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:开动粉体制作搅拌器,按照粉体制作搅拌的操作规程,将计算称量的碳酸钠、磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氢氧化钾依次徐徐加入到搅拌器中,边加入边搅拌,当固体搅拌均匀后,再将计算称量的除蜡水专用表面活性剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂、NP-6、渗透剂JFC、有机硅消泡剂依次徐徐加到搅拌器中,直到充分搅拌均匀为止,放料包装。
