Abstract

本发明公开了一种弹簧定位装置,包括定位底座、与定位底座一体设置的定位螺栓、调节套筒,调节套筒与定位螺栓螺纹连接,所述定位底座一侧设有底座定位板,所述调节套筒一侧设有套筒定位板。本发明主要解决目前电站锅炉、石化系统等大型汽水管道支吊架安装、维修或调整时现场工作不便的问题。采用螺纹套筒连接方式,可以自由调节螺纹套筒和底座之间的距离,在满足弹簧支吊架载荷的基础上,起到固定弹簧的作用,可大大减少现场安装、维修、调整等方面的难度和时间。本装置结构简单、实用,且易于携带和操作,适用于所有类型的弹簧支吊架的定位。

弹簧定位装置
技术领域
本发明涉及管道支吊架领域,尤其是涉及一种支吊架调整、维修或更换用装置。
背景技术
弹簧支吊架广泛应用于电站锅炉、石化系统的各种汽水管道上,承受管道及其附件的重量载荷。由于管道长期运行会造成应力松弛,管道的载荷发生转移,起初设计的弹簧支吊架所承受的载荷发生变化,因此对于长期运行的管道支吊架应进行调整、维修或更换。
管道支吊架生产厂家较多,结构并不完全相同。在进行弹簧支吊架调整、维修或更换时,需对弹簧支吊架的弹簧装置进行固定,防止载荷的转移给管道带来安全隐患。针对弹簧支吊架结构的不同,在进行支吊架调整、维修或更换时目前常用的固定方法有两种:定位销固定或焊接钢板固定。然而,对于大多数电站锅炉及石化系统管道来说,起初弹簧支吊架安装时的销钉因为各种原因早已不见踪影,找不到销钉也就无法实施定位销固定的方法;而焊接钢板需要首先对弹簧空间进行测量,然后再制作合适的卡块进行焊接,工作完成后仍需要把卡块割除,既影响了工程进度也带来很多的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便安装汽水管道弹簧支吊架的弹簧定位装置。
本发明的技术方案是: 
弹簧定位装置,包括定位底座、与定位底座一体设置的定位螺栓、调节套筒,调节套筒与定位螺栓螺纹连接,所述定位底座一侧设有底座定位板,所述调节套筒一侧设有套筒定位板。
所述定位底座另一侧也设有底座定位板,所述调节套筒另一侧也设有套筒定位板。
所述底座定位板和套筒定位板的截面形状为矩形。
所述底座定位板与套筒定位板平行。
本发明用于电站锅炉或石化系统汽水管道弹簧支吊架,操作简单,现场施工方便。
本发明由定位底座、定位螺栓以及调节套筒三部分组成,其定位功能通过底座和调节套筒上的定位板来实现:通过对调节套筒的调节可以实现从20mm——200mm的定位距离,基本适应电站锅炉及石化管道系统用各种类型的弹簧支吊架,并能满足承载的需求。
本发明主要解决目前电站锅炉、石化系统等大型汽水管道支吊架安装、维修或调整时现场工作不便的问题。采用螺纹套筒连接方式,可以自由调节螺纹套筒和底座之间的距离,在满足弹簧支吊架载荷的基础上,起到固定弹簧的作用,可大大减少现场安装、维修、调整等方面的难度和时间。本装置结构简单、实用,且易于携带和操作,适用于所有类型的弹簧支吊架的定位。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,本发明包括定位底座1、与定位底座1一体的定位螺栓2、调节套筒3,调节套筒3与定位螺栓2螺纹连接,定位螺栓2竖直设在定位底座1上。定位底座1的左右两侧各一体设有一个截面形状为矩形的底座定位板4,调节套筒3左右两侧各一体设有一个矩形的套筒定位板5,两个底座定位板4、套筒定位板5均关于定位螺栓2的中心线对称,底座定位板4与套筒定位板5平行。
本发明用于弹簧吊架6,弹簧吊架6上在一侧设有内凹的观察槽9,观察槽9为矩形。弹簧吊架6的弹簧外壳10的底部竖直安装有弹簧7,弹簧7上端连接弹簧压板8。底座定位板4、套筒定位板5的长度和宽度与观察槽9的深度和宽度相适配。
使用过程:
如图4所示,首先测量弹簧支吊架6的弹簧压板8到观察槽9的上边缘之间的距离D;
然后转动调节套筒3,使定位底座1的底座定位板4与调节套筒3套筒定位板5的上边缘之间的距离等于D;然后将底座定位板4顶靠在弹簧压板8上,套筒定位板5顶靠在观察槽9的上边缘。采用本发明可使弹簧支吊架8承受原来设定的载荷。
底座定位板4和套筒定位板5的形状应与观察槽9的形状相适配,如果观察槽9的形状发生变化,则底座定位板4和套筒定位板5的形状也相应变化。

1.弹簧定位装置,其特征在于:包括定位底座、与定位底座一体设置的定位螺栓、调节套筒,调节套筒与定位螺栓螺纹连接,所述定位底座一侧设有底座定位板,所述调节套筒一侧设有套筒定位板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧定位装置,其特征在于:所述定位底座另一侧也设有底座定位板,所述调节套筒另一侧也设有套筒定位板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的弹簧定位装置,其特征在于:所述定位底座另一侧对称设有底座定位板,所述调节套筒另一侧也对称设有套筒定位板。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的弹簧定位装置,其特征在于:所述底座定位板与套筒定位板平行。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹簧定位装置,其特征在于:所述底座定位板和套筒定位板的截面形状为矩形。
