Abstract
本发明为一种治疗胆结石的药物，由以下药物按照适当配比组成：茵陈，金钱草，郁金，柴胡，黄芩，虎杖，薄荷，海金沙，滑石，白木通，鸡内金，香附，白芍，佛手，木香，枳壳，丹皮，甘草，澄茄子，栀子，龙胆草，水煎服，也可以不用白木通，本发明对胆结石，尤其是临床表现为右上腹部阵发性剧烈绞痛，有时放射至肩背，寒热往来，畏寒高烧，发热口苦，喜冷饮，小便黄如橘色，大便秘结的情况具有明显疗效，对治疗160例全部经血液和用现代医学仪器检查确诊，结果显示治愈158例，好转2例，有效率100％，治愈率98.75％。

技术领域
本发明属于纯中药配方技术领域，涉及一种治疗胆结石的药物。
背景技术
胆结石由湿热久恋肝胆，蕴蒸既久，湿热于肝气胆液互结，而成胆气郁结之症，湿热壅阻肝胆，肝气失疏，胆失通降，致肝气胆汁与湿热蕴结，胆道不得通利，阻滞气机，气不得降，反从上逆，右上腹部阵发性剧烈绞痛，有时放射至肩背，寒热往来，畏寒高烧，发热口苦。喜冷饮，小便黄如橘色，大便秘结。西医多采用熊去氧胆酸，曲匹布通等利肝药物直接利胆，只能治标不能治本，往往延误治疗时机，使病情加重。有的利用《急腹症方药新解》、《清胆汤》、《古今名方》、《排石汤》中记载的中药汤剂治疗，效果亦不明显。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗胆结石的药物，具有疏理肝胆郁结，清利湿热，清热解毒，抗炎，化石排石之特点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗胆结石的药物，由以下重量份的药物组成：
茵陈20～30g，金钱草30～50g，郁金10～15g，柴胡6～10g，黄芩10～15g，虎杖10～20g，薄荷3～6g，海金沙15～20g，滑石6～10g，白木通3～6g，鸡内金10～15g，香附6～10g，白芍10～15g，佛手6～10g，木香3～5g，枳壳6～10g，丹皮10～15g，甘草5～10g，澄茄子5～10g，栀子6～10g，龙胆草3～6g。
以上配方中，可以将白木通去除，其余组分不变，不影响药效。
将上述药物配好之后，冷水浸泡30-60分钟，烧开后慢火15分钟，倒出药液，加水煎第二次，烧开后慢火20分钟，倒出药液，加水煎第三次，烧开后慢火25分钟，倒出药液，三次药液混合，三次服完，每日早中晚各服一次，饭前饭后服用均可，10-15天为一个服用疗程，服用1-2个疗程。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
1)本发明适用于胆结石，以疏利肝胆郁结，清利湿热，化石排石，与中药汤剂，如《急腹症方药新解》、《清胆汤》、《古今名方》、《排石汤》相比，具有疗效快，时间短，治愈率高，无并发症，不易复发，无毒副作用等优点。
2)经过临床检验，本发明对胆结石，尤其是临床表现为右上腹部阵发性剧烈绞痛，有时放射至肩背，寒热往来，畏寒高烧，发热口苦，喜冷饮，小便黄如橘色，大便秘结的情况具有明显疗效，对治疗160例全部经血液和用现代医学仪器检查确诊，结果显示治愈158例，好转2例，有效率100％，治愈率98.75％。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例一
一种治疗胆结石的药物，由以下重量份的药物组成：
茵陈30g，金钱草50g，郁金10g，柴胡10g，黄芩15g，虎杖20g，薄荷6g，海金沙20g，滑石10g，白木通6g，鸡内金10g，香附10g，白芍15g，佛手6g，木香5g，枳壳6g，丹皮12g，甘草5g，澄茄子10g，栀子10g，龙胆草6g。

茵陈22g，金钱草40g，郁金12g，柴胡8g，黄芩12g，虎杖12g，薄荷4g，海金沙16g，滑石8g，白木通4g，鸡内金12g，香附8g，白芍12g，佛手8g，木香4g，枳壳8g，丹皮12g，甘草6g，澄茄子6g，栀子8g，龙胆草4g。
用法用量同实施例一。
实施例四
一种治疗胆结石的药物，由以下重量份的药物组成：
茵陈30g，金钱草30g，郁金15g，柴胡10g，黄芩10g，虎杖10g，薄荷5g，海金沙16g，滑石10g，白木通6g，鸡内金15g，香附6g，白芍10g，佛手9g，木香4g，枳壳7g，丹皮12g，甘草10g，澄茄子10g，栀子10g，龙胆草5g。
用法用量同实施例一。
实施例五
一种治疗胆结石的药物，由以下重量份的药物组成：
茵陈30g，金钱草50g，郁金10g，柴胡10g，黄芩15g，虎杖20g，薄荷6g，海金沙20g，滑石10g，鸡内金10g，香附10g，白芍15g，佛手6g，木香5g，枳壳6g，丹皮12g，甘草5g，澄茄子10g，栀子10g，龙胆草6g。

用法用量同实施例一。
