本发明涉及中药应用领域，特别公开了一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药。该治疗急性阑尾炎的中药，以千里光、白花蛇舌草、蒲公英、甜地丁、大黄、犀角粉、牡丹皮、赤芍、蓍草、冬凌草、冬瓜子和甘草为原料，按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明制备简单，疗效显著，吸收效果好，药效持续时间长，无毒副作用，安全性高，生产成本低，有利于病患及时减轻病状，适于广泛推广应用。

（一）技术领域
本发明涉及中药应用领域，特别涉及一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药。
（二）背景技术
急性阑尾炎，是常见病、多发病，属于急腹症。本病由于脾胃功能失于调节，再加上其他诱因，郁热及积热不得疏泄畅通导致；本病发病快、发病急，高热，右下腹剧烈疼痛。此种高热，西药消炎根本不能退热、止痛，如果高热不退，血肉腐败化而成脓，引发穿孔、腹膜炎等危重病症，到此严重程度，各大医院只有手术治疗，别无他法。
现有各种治疗阑尾炎的中西药品，对慢性阑尾炎实行保守疗法，还有点疗效，对急性的病状就无效了；而手术治疗费用高，对人体损害大，起码一个月不能参加体力劳动，不能参加强度训练，而部队青年战士患此病的特别多，几乎都是手术治疗，影响身体，进而影响训练和战斗力。
（三）发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种制备简单、无毒副作用、疗效显著的治疗急性阑尾炎的中药。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
千里光15-30份、白花蛇舌草30-50份、蒲公英15-30份、甜地丁15-30份、大黄5-10份、犀角粉2-5份、牡丹皮10-15份、赤芍10-15份、蓍草5-10份、冬凌草30-50份、冬瓜子30-50份、甘草5-10份。
其优选的重量配比为：
千里光22份、白花蛇舌草40份、蒲公英25份、甜地丁20份、大黄8份、犀角粉3份、牡丹皮12份、赤芍12份、蓍草8份、冬凌草40份、冬瓜子40份、甘草8份。
所述原料混合后加十倍重量的水，大火煎煮三次，第一次两个小时，第二次和第三次均一个小时，合并三次药液，浓缩至膏状，再将原料风干，研成粉末得到产品。
上述原料的药性分析如下：
千里光：苦辛凉，清热解毒，凉血消肿，主治急性阑尾炎，感染性炎症；
白花蛇舌草：甘淡凉，清热解毒，利水消肿，主治阑尾炎、直肠癌；
蒲公英：清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋。主治急性阑尾炎，疔毒疮肿；
甜地丁：甘苦寒，清热解毒，主治急性阑尾炎，疔毒疮肿等；
犀角粉：苦酸寒，清热凉血解毒，主治清热定惊，温病热盛火炽；
牡丹皮：苦平微寒，清热凉血，活血化瘀，主治热邪入血分，血滞经闭；
赤芍：苦微寒，清热凉血，散瘀止痛，主治温毒发斑，目赤肿痛，经闭痛经；
大黄：苦寒，清热解毒，凉血消斑，主治急性阑尾炎，实热便秘等；
蓍草：甘苦寒，清热解毒，主治急性阑尾炎，乳腺炎等；
冬凌草：苦甘微寒，清热解毒，活血止痛，主治咽喉肿痛，扁桃体炎；
冬瓜子：甘微寒，清热利湿，化痰排脓，主治下焦湿热，清肺排脓；
甘草：清热解毒，调和诸药，缓急止痛。
配方中，君药为千里光、白花蛇舌草、蒲公英、甜地丁和大黄，用于清热解毒，消肿散结，主治急性阑尾炎；臣药为犀角粉、牡丹皮和赤芍，用于清热凉血，活血化瘀；佐药为蓍草、冬凌草，用于抗菌消炎，活血止痛；使药为冬瓜仁和甘草，用于清热利湿，调和诸药，缓急止痛。
本发明中药的有效率几乎百分之百，发病三日内就诊，保证当天止痛，当天退热（虽发病三日，因现在的医疗条件普遍提高，最基础的乡村医生也会打针消炎，虽不能治愈，但控制了炎症，延迟了穿孔的时间，所以发病三日还来得及就只，不需要做手术）。治疗一周恢复正常，再巩固一周，几十年不复发。本发明特别增加了甜地丁和犀角粉的用量，取得了意想不到的效果。
临床观察：
（1）临床资料
本发明人于1992年至今，对512例急性阑尾炎患者进行临床观察治疗，年龄16-75岁。
（2）治疗方法
口服，一日三次，每次10-15g，饭后服用。根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者服用2-3天左右，重病患者连服10-15天即可痊愈。
（3）疗效判定标准
疗效标准参照《中医病症判断疗效标准》中有关疗效标准。
治愈：临床症状全部消失，实验室检查正常。
显效：临床症状基本消失，试验室检查各相关指标接近正常水平。
有效：临床症状减轻，试验室检查各相关指标有所改善，体征有改善。
无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
（4）临床结果
临床治愈467例（91.21%），显效15例（2.93%），有效20例（3.91%），无效10例（1.95%），总有效率为98.05%。
典型病例：
（1）王某某：59岁，男，1992年3月11日来诊，患急性阑尾炎，右下腹剧痛，发热39.2℃，用本发明中药治疗，当天止痛、退热，巩固治疗10天，至今未复发；
（2）刘某某，女，51岁，1993年10月12日来诊，患急性阑尾炎，用本发明中药治疗，当天止痛退热，巩固治疗10天，至今未复发；
（3）陈某：女，23岁，2013年4月6日来诊，患急性阑尾炎，在医院治疗两天无效后听朋友介绍来诊，当天退热之痛，巩固治疗两周痊愈；
（4）李某某：男，21岁，2014年5月11日来诊，患急性阑尾炎，用本发明中药治疗，当天止痛退热，再巩固治疗10天痊愈；
（5）王某某：男，18岁，2014年6月2日来诊，患急性阑尾炎，用本发明中药治疗，当天止痛退热，再巩固治疗10天痊愈；
（6）王某某：男，21岁，2014年6月9日来诊，患急性阑尾炎，在医院治疗2天无效，听朋友介绍来诊，用本发明中药治疗，当天止痛退热，再巩固治疗10天痊愈。

取千里光30g、白花蛇舌草50g、蒲公英30g、甜地丁30g、大黄10g、犀角粉5g、牡丹皮15g、赤芍15g、蓍草10g、冬凌草50g、冬瓜子50g、甘草10g，将上述原料混合后加十倍重量的水，大火煎煮三次，第一次两个小时，第二次和第三次均一个小时，合并三次药液，浓缩至膏状，再将原料风干，研成粉末得到产品。
用法用量：口服，一日三次，每次10-15g，饭后服用。

1.一种治疗急性阑尾炎的中药，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料制成：千里光15-30份、白花蛇舌草30-50份、蒲公英15-30份、甜地丁15-30份、大黄5-10份、犀角粉2-5份、牡丹皮10-15份、赤芍10-15份、蓍草5-10份、冬凌草30-50份、冬瓜子30-50份、甘草5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗急性阑尾炎的中药，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料制成：千里光22份、白花蛇舌草40份、蒲公英25份、甜地丁20份、大黄8份、犀角粉3份、牡丹皮12份、赤芍12份、蓍草8份、冬凌草40份、冬瓜子40份、甘草8份。
