Claims (9)

1. 一种用于有条件地发送数据的设备(31),该设备包括:
- 接收器(33),用于从另外的设备(41)接收标识该设备附近的人的标识符;
- 警告装置(35),用于向该设备的用户提供警告信号;
- 发送器(37),用于向所述另外的设备(41)发送数据;以及
- 控制器(39),其用于命令所述警告装置(35)依据所标识的人提供警告信号,用于响应于警告信号使用姿势检测器(43)来检测来自多个姿势之中所述用户的特定姿势,以及用于在检测到所述特定姿势时命令所述发送器(37)向所述另外的设备(41)发送所述数据,所述数据取决于所述特定姿势。
2. 如权利要求1所述的设备(31),包括手镯或手表。
3. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其中控制器(39)进一步操作以在检测到所述特定姿势时确定游戏中的特定动作已被执行。
4. 如权利要求3所述的设备,其中控制器(39)操作以在检测到所述特定姿势时在所述另外的设备在该设备的某个距离内的情况下,确定游戏中的特定动作已被执行。
5. 如权利要求3或4所述的设备,其中控制器(39)操作以命令所述发送器发送标识所述动作或标识所述动作的结果的数据。
6. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其中控制器(39)操作以命令所述发送器发送某种类型的数据,所述某种类型取决于所述特定姿势。
7. 如权利要求6所述的设备,其中所述类型的数据包括详细的个人信息、受限的个人信息、音乐偏好和图片之一。
8. 一种有条件地发送数据的方法,该方法包括:
- 从另外的设备接收(1)标识设备附近的人的标识符;
- 依据所标识的人向该设备的用户提供(3)警告信号;
- 响应于警告信号检测(5)来自多个姿势之中所述用户的特定姿势;以及
- 在检测到所述特定姿势时,向所述另外的设备发送(7)数据,所述数据取决于所述特定姿势。
9. 一种使得可编程设备能够执行权利要求8的方法的计算机程序产品。
