Abstract
本发明公开一种发泡材框架及应用其发泡材框架的显示器结构。发泡材框架用于显示器结构中,发泡材框架包含底板与侧壁。底板包含承载部与位于承载部至少一侧之抑制部,其中抑制部之反射率小于承载部之反射率,承载部的面积至少等于显示器结构之显示区的面积。侧壁直立于底板外缘。一种应用此发泡材框架之显示器结构也在此揭露。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器结构,且特别是涉及一种使用发泡材框架的显示器结构。
背景技术
平面显示器中主要包含有背光模块、显示面板、外框等组件。其中背光模块用以提供光源,用于使显示面板提供正常且亮度匀称的影像。在背光模块中有多个光学片,例如导光板、扩散片与棱镜片,用来使光源发出的光均匀地分布于显示面板上以提供影像。而外框包含金属支架与塑胶框体,用以固定显示面板以及背光模块。
然而,现今电子设备的发展趋势为轻薄取向,平面显示器的设计也朝着轻量化、窄边框的方向发展。因此,如何使平面显示器轻薄化,并能维持平面显示器的显示品质,便成为一个重要的课题。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡材框架,用于显示器结构中,以符合轻量化与窄边框的诉求。
为达上述目的,依照本发明一实施例,提出一种发泡材框架,用于显示器结构中,发泡材框架包含底板与侧壁。底板包含承载部与位于承载部至少一侧的抑制部,其中抑制部的反射率小于承载部的反射率,承载部的面积至少等于显示器结构的显示区的面积。侧壁直立于底板外缘。抑制部的厚度小于承载部的厚度。抑制部与承载部之间的段差可为至少0.2毫米。
本发明的另一态样为一种显示器结构,包含发泡材框架、导光板,以及显示面板。发泡材框架包含底板与侧壁。底板包含承载部与位于承载部至少一侧的抑制部,其中抑制部的反射率小于承载部的反射率。侧壁直立于底板外缘。导光板设置于承载部上。显示面板设置于发泡材框架上,显示面板具有显示区,承载部的面积至少等于显示区的面积。抑制部的厚度小于承载部的厚度。抑制部与承载部之间的段差可为至少0.2毫米。显示器结构可还包含光源,光源设置于导光板一侧,抑制部位于光源对侧及/或光源相邻两侧。导光板与抑制部之间具有空气层。侧壁具有支撑部,显示面板设置在支撑部上。
使用发泡材框架取代传统的铁框及胶框,可以有效达到轻量化与窄边框的要求,另通过压缩显示区外缘的底板的厚度,使得抑制部的反射率小于承载部的反射率,以解决显示区边缘漏光的情形。

具体实施方式
以下将以附图及详细说明清楚说明本发明的精神,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在了解本发明的较佳实施例后,当可由本发明所教示的技术,加以改变及修饰,其并不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
为追求平面显示器轻量化与实现窄边框的需求,现有一种采用发泡材作为背光模块框架的设计,由此省略传统的底框与塑胶材,达到平面显示器薄型化的需求。然而,由于平面显示器窄边框以及薄型化的诉求,导光板与光学膜片的尺寸会与背光模块的框架近似,此外,由于省略了传统胶框的部分,导光板上方不再有如胶框等遮光结构,因此,容易在显示区的外缘出现漏光的情形,导致成品良率不佳。
参照图1,其为本发明的发泡材框架一实施例的剖视图。发泡材框架100为应用在显示器结构之中,发泡材框架100包含有底板110与侧壁120。底板110包含承载部112以及位于承载部112至少一侧的抑制部114。侧壁120为直立且围绕于底板110外缘。发泡材框架100为压缩成形,底板110与侧壁120为一体成型地制成。承载部112与抑制部114彼此相连。
同时参照图2,其为一种发泡材的厚度与反射率的关系图。以同样的发泡材为例,随着发泡材厚度递减,发泡材的反射率也随之降低。因此,发泡材框架100便通过改变发泡材的厚度,达到改变反射率的目的。
具体地说,承载部112为用以承载显示器结构中的导光板等元件,承载部112的面积至少等于显示器结构的显示区的面积,为了防止显示器结构在显示区外缘因发泡材反射率过高而出现漏光的情形,抑制部114的反射率须小于承载部112的反射率,换言之,抑制部114的厚度h1小于承载部112的厚度h2。举例而言,抑制部114与承载部112之间的段差g在0.2毫米以上,即可具有明显改善漏光的功效。
参照图3,其绘示应用本发明的发泡材框架的显示器结构一实施例的剖视图。显示器结构200包含发泡材框架100、导光板210、以及显示面板220。发泡材框架100包含有底板110与侧壁120。底板110包含承载部112以及位于承载部112至少一侧的抑制部114。侧壁120为直立且围绕于底板110外缘。导光板210放置于承载部112上,显示面板220设置于发泡材框架100上。
显示面板220具有显示区222,承载部112的面积至少等于显示区222的面积。导光板210上可还设置有光学膜片230。发泡材框架100的侧壁120具有支撑部122,显示面板220设置在支撑部122上。为使得抑制部114的反射率小于承载部112的反射率以解决漏光的问题,抑制部114的厚度h1小于承载部112的厚度h2。抑制部114与承载部112之间具有段差g,其中段差g为至少0.2毫米。导光板210与抑制部114之间具有空气层。
同时参照图3与图4,其中图4为图3中的显示器结构200中的发泡材框架100与导光板210的上视图。承载部112的面积对应于显示面板220上的显示区222的面积,导光板210放置于承载部112上,承载部112与侧壁120之间通过抑制部114连接。显示器结构200还包含有光源240。光源240位于导光板210一侧,抑制部114位于光源240对侧以及光源240的相邻两侧。换言之,发泡材框架100的底板110对应于显示区222以外的区域,除了光源侧之外的厚度均被压缩作为抑制部114,用于减少抑制部114的反射率,以解决显示区222边缘漏光的问题。
由上述本发明较佳实施例可知,应用本发明具有下列优点。使用发泡材框架取代传统的铁框及胶框,可以有效达到轻量化与窄边框的要求,另通过压缩显示区外缘的底板的厚度,使得抑制部的反射率小于承载部的反射率,以解决显示区边缘漏光的情形。
虽然结合以上一较佳实施例揭露了本发明,然而其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技术者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围应以附上的权利要求所界定的为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种发泡材框架,用于一显示器结构中,该发泡材框架包含:
底板,该底板包含承载部与位于该承载部至少一侧的一抑制部,其中该抑制部的反射率小于该承载部的反射率,该承载部的面积至少等于该显示器结构之一显示区的面积;以及
侧壁,直立于该底板外缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的发泡材框架,其中该抑制部的厚度小于该承载部的厚度。
3.如权利要求2所述的发泡材框架,其中该抑制部与该承载部之间的段差为至少0.2毫米。
4.一种显示器结构,包含:
发泡材框架,包含:
底板,该底板包含承载部与位于该承载部至少一侧的抑制部,其中该抑制部的反射率小于该承载部的反射率,以及
侧壁,直立于该底板外缘;
导光板,设置于该承载部上;以及
显示面板,设置于该发泡材框架上,该显示面板具有显示区,该承载部的面积至少等于该显示区的面积。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示器结构,其中该抑制部的厚度小于该承载部的厚度。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示器结构,其中该抑制部与该承载部之间的段差为至少0.2毫米。
7.如权利要求4所述的显示器结构,还包含光源,设置于该导光板一侧,该抑制部位于该光源对侧。
8.如权利要求4所述的显示器结构,还包含光源,设置于该导光板一侧,该抑制部位于该光源相邻两侧。
9.如权利要求4所述的显示器结构,其中该导光板与该抑制部之间具有空气层。
10.如权利要求4所述的显示器结构,其中该侧壁具有支撑部,该显示面板设置在该支撑部上。
