本发明公开了手动换向分配器，包括分配器壳体，分配器壳体内设有多个活塞机构，活塞机构包括调节螺钉、指示杆、供油活塞、换向柱塞及定位杆，指示杆顶端与调节螺钉连接，指示杆下端与供油活塞连接，供油活塞置于分配器腔体内，供油活塞上方的分配器腔体为分配器的上腔，供油活塞下方的分配器腔体为分配器的下腔，换向柱塞通过定位杆固定，换向柱塞与换向手柄连接，换向柱塞上开有a腔、b腔、c腔、d腔和中孔，分配器壳体上设有一个进油油嘴，进油油嘴与换向柱塞的a腔或b腔相连。本发明的优点是：该装置不会出现漏加问题，利用手柄换向，可同时给多个润滑点提供定量的润滑脂，节时节力。

手动换向分配器
技术领域
本发明涉及手动换向计量给油装置，尤其涉及一种手动换向分配器，适用于冶金、矿山、重机、港口运输、建筑、煤矿等机械设备的干油润滑系统。
背景技术
例如拦焦车、推焦车、门机等一些机械设备上走行装置的干油润滑点分布比较分散，并且设备结构紧凑，活动机构比较多，不易走润滑管路。现状是用一些集油块把小范围中的润滑点利用易折弯的铜管集中起来，操作工利用油泵按个给每个润滑点上配置的油嘴加油，这样的加油方式，不仅费时费力，还容易漏加。操作工不能准确控制给油量，出现加油量不均现象。润滑脂添加不足，会影响设备的润滑效果，导致设备的使用寿命，反之，润滑脂会从设备的润滑部位溢出，造成润滑脂的浪费，污染周边环境。因此，需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种给多个润滑点提供定量的润滑脂的手动换向分配器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
手动换向分配器，包括分配器壳体，所述分配器壳体内设有多个活塞机构，每个活塞机构外对应的分配器壳体上设有并口螺钉，所述活塞机构包括调节螺钉、指示杆、供油活塞、换向柱塞及定位杆，所述指示杆顶端与调节螺钉连接，所述指示杆下端与供油活塞连接，所述供油活塞置于分配器腔体内，所述供油活塞上方的分配器腔体为分配器的上腔，所述供油活塞下方的分配器腔体为分配器的下腔，所述换向柱塞通过定位杆固定，所述换向柱塞与换向手柄连接，所述换向柱塞上开有a腔、b腔、c腔、d腔和中孔，所述分配器壳体上设有一个进油油嘴，所述进油油嘴与换向柱塞的a腔或b腔相连。
所述活塞机构的数目为4个。
本发明的有益效果是：手动换向分配器只有一个进油油嘴，不会出现漏加问题，还可以利用手柄换向，可同时给多个润滑点提供定量的润滑脂，可谓节时节力。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅用于说明本发明，不用来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至4所示，本发明的手动换向分配器，包括分配器壳体4，分配器壳体4内设有4个活塞机构，每个活塞机构外对应的分配器壳体4上设有并口螺钉7，活塞机构包括调节螺钉1、指示杆2、供油活塞3、换向柱塞5及定位杆8，指示杆2顶端与调节螺钉1连接，指示杆2下端与供油活塞3连接，供油活塞3置于分配器腔体10内，供油活塞3上方的分配器腔体10为分配器的上腔11，供油活塞3下方的分配器腔体10为分配器的下腔12，换向柱塞5通过定位杆8固定，换向柱塞5与换向手柄6连接，换向柱塞5上开有a腔、b腔、c腔、d腔和中孔13，分配器壳体4上设有一个进油油嘴9，进油油嘴9与换向柱塞5的a腔或b腔相连。
手动换向阀是先出一半油口的润滑脂，经过换向手柄6换向后，另一半的油口出油。出油量可利用调节螺钉1调节，设定机械设备所需要的润滑脂量，既保证机械设备得到充分的润滑，也不会产生浪费现象和环境污染。最重要的部件应该是换向柱塞5，它利用圆周的角度错位关系实现分配器的换向功能。定位杆8既可以固定换向柱塞5的换向角度，也可以固定换向柱塞5的装配位置，确保换向柱塞5能换向到位，完成出油油路的准确切换。若机械设备的润滑点数为奇数，可将分配器上的并口螺钉7取下，然后用螺栓将需要堵上的油口堵塞，即可使用。
手动换向分配器的具体换向过程如下：
如图2所示，手动换向分配器只有一个进油油嘴9，与换向柱塞5的a腔或b腔相连，当换向柱塞5在定位杆8其中一个位置极限时，润滑脂由换向柱塞5的中孔13中输送至b腔，进入分配器的下腔12，供油活塞3向上部加压，随着供油活塞3的上移，上腔11中的润滑脂连接c腔卸荷，经出油口排出，当所有指示杆2都指示出油完毕，则由人工拉动换向手柄6转至另一极限位置，完成换向工作。
这时候分配器呈现如图3所示的状态，润滑脂由换向柱塞5的中孔13中输送至a腔，进入分配器的上腔11，供油活塞3向下部加压，随着供油活塞3的下移，下腔12中的润滑脂连接d腔卸荷，经出油口排出，这样就完成了一周期的给油动作。如有需要，继续重复上述动作，完成对机械设备的定时定量的给油任务。
手动换向分配器可根据实际情况选择1~8个出油口。出油口位置可选择全部布置在分配器下侧，或者上下侧对称布置。

1.手动换向分配器，包括分配器壳体，其特征在于：所述分配器壳体内设有多个活塞机构，每个活塞机构外对应的分配器壳体上设有并口螺钉，所述活塞机构包括调节螺钉、指示杆、供油活塞、换向柱塞及定位杆，所述指示杆顶端与调节螺钉连接，所述指示杆下端与供油活塞连接，所述供油活塞置于分配器腔体内，所述供油活塞上方的分配器腔体为分配器的上腔，所述供油活塞下方的分配器腔体为分配器的下腔，所述换向柱塞通过定位杆固定，所述换向柱塞与换向手柄连接，所述换向柱塞上开有a腔、b腔、c腔、d腔和中孔，所述分配器壳体上设有一个进油油嘴，所述进油油嘴与换向柱塞的a腔或b腔相连。
