本发明涉及一种柴油机冷却器盖,用于汽车发动机的散热。
背景技术:
目前,市面上的很多保险箱很贵,而且不是很实用,而且保险箱锁壳作为保险箱的重要组成部分,加工成本高,实用性和可靠性也不高,安全系数比较低,犯罪分子容易得手,不利于市场的推广。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种功能实用、可靠性高,加工成本低的柴油机冷却器盖。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种柴油机冷却器盖,柴油机冷却器盖包括壳体,壳体四周均匀间隔分布多个螺丝孔,为了方便冷却器盖的固定,壳体左下方设有进水口,进水口上方设有注水孔,进水口与水箱相通,所述水箱位于壳体内表面,壳体右侧内表面设有出水口,出水口与水箱相通,水从进水口进来通过水箱到达出水口,水的循环,使发动机散热更有效率,保证了发动机的正常运行。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有点:
它结构简单,加工成本低,实用性和可靠性也高,散热效果好,利于市场的推广。

如图1和图2示出了本发明柴油机冷却器盖的一种实施方式,一种柴油机冷却器盖,柴油机冷却器盖包括壳体1,壳体1四周均匀间隔分布多个螺丝孔2,是为了方便冷却器盖的固定,壳体左下方设有进水口3,进水口3上方设有注水孔4,进水口与水箱5相通,所述水箱5位于壳体1内表面,壳体1右侧内表面设有出水口6,出水口6与水箱5相通,水从进水口3进来通过水箱5到达出水口,水的循环,使发动机散热更有效率,保证了发动机的正常运行,所述“7”字型出水口6贯穿于壳体1内部。本发明与现有技术相比具有结构简单,加工成本低,实用性和可靠性也高,散热效果好,利于市场的推广等优点。
这种柴油机冷却器盖的工作原理为:水从进水口3进来,通过水箱5,在到出水口6,通过水的循环,达到散热的效果,当水在高温下蒸发时可以从注水孔4注入水,保证发动机的正常运转。

1.一种柴油机冷却器盖,其特征在于:所述柴油机冷却器盖包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)四周均匀间隔分布多个螺丝孔(2),所述壳体(1)左下方设有进水口(3),所述进水口(3)上设有注水孔(4),所述进水口(3)与水箱(5)相通,所述水箱(5)位于壳体(1)内表面,所述壳体(1)右端内表面设有“7”字型出水口(6),所述出水口(6)与所述水箱(5)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述柴油机冷却器盖,其特征在于:所述“7”字型出水口(6)贯穿于所述壳体(1)内部。
