Abstract

技术领域
本发明关于一种缓冲结构,尤其是一种能够方便结合于任一衣物或织物或任一物体的表面,使该衣物或织物或任一物体表面具有吸震及散压功效的缓冲结构。
背景技术
目前一些用于运动的专用衣服会于该衣服的特定部位缝上一具有厚度的支撑部,用以支撑身体肌肉的动作,并能够使运动的动作稳定,同时,该具有厚度的支撑部能够有效的缓冲外来的压力与冲撞力道;但是,这样具有厚度的支撑部往往都是固定于衣物的某一部位,再加上支撑部所使用的材料大多为不具弹性的材料,因此当使用者穿上这一类的专用衣服,会大幅地限制使用者的动作范围,故这一类的专用衣服的制造厂商会依据不同运动所需求的部位缝上并固定一支撑部,使得这一类的专用衣服仅适用于特定运动需求者,相对于制作成本亦会大幅度的增加。
因此就有厂商生产了一可独立于衣服之外的护套,这一类具有保护效果的护套大多是让使用者能够直接套于身体需要保护的部位及其邻接的区域,因此该护套在身体正常运动的范围下,必须做成容易弯曲以及尽可能减小防碍的构造,以便达到支撑与保护关节的弯曲与伸展运动的效果;然而这一类的护套仅适用于身体的关节上,同时身体部位的弯曲及在身体尺寸上的变化亦会造成该护套在身体上的位置移动,因此对于使用者来说,这一类护套仍然有很大的局限性与缺点。
因此,若能提供一种缓冲结构,能够让使用者方便地结合于衣物或织物或任一物体的表面,除了能让使用者穿着的衣物具有缓冲外来压力及防撞击的功能之外,亦不会影响使用者活动的范围,应为一最佳解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于提供一种缓冲结构,为一种让使用者能够方便结合于衣物或织物或任一物体的任一表面的缓冲结构。
本发明的又一目的即在于提供一种缓冲结构,具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性,同时亦不会影响使用者活动的范围。
本发明提供了一种缓冲结构,其包括:一个介面层,具有第一表面及第二表面;一个热熔胶层,连接于该介面层的第一表面上,而该热熔胶层为一种能够经一定温度加热后形成融熔状态而粘着于物体上的胶层;一个吸震散压层,连接于该介面层的第二表面上,而该吸震散压层具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性。
其中:该介面层由不织布、织布或弹性针织布或网布或能够弯曲的任何材料所制作而成。
其中:该介面层为立体织物层,而该立体织物层包含一个具有织物组织的表面层、一个具有织物组织的底层、一个于经纱方向或纬纱方向呈波状弯曲且具有织物组织的结接层,其中该表面层通过该结接层与该底层连接,以形成该立体织物。
其中:该吸震散压层由弹性材料所制作而成,该弹性材料至少包括凝胶材料、乳胶材料、硅胶、软质橡胶、软质合成胶、软质PU 胶。

本发明的缓冲结构,由于至少包含一吸震散压层、一介面层及一热熔胶层,其中该介面层连接结合于该吸震散压层及该热熔胶层之间,以形成至少三层结构;将热熔胶层贴合于一衣物或织物或任一物体的表面,再于衣物或织物或任一物体对应的另一表面上,施予热压或熨烫或加热处理,使热熔胶层熔化成融熔状态,并渗入衣物或织物或任一物体表面的毛细中,待热熔胶层冷却凝固后,即可将吸震缓冲层紧密结合定位于衣物或织物或任一物体的表面上,使该衣物或织物或任一物体具有吸震、散压及防撞击等诸多功能。
另外,也可直接对热熔胶层施予热烘处理,使热熔胶层可熔化成融熔状态,再直接粘贴于物体表面,待热熔胶层冷却凝固后,即可与物体表面紧密粘合。

有关于本发明的前述及其他技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考附图的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。
请参阅图1及图2为本发明一种缓冲结构的第一实施剖面结构图及第一实施立体结构图,由图中可知,该缓冲结构1包括:
一介面层12,具有一第一表面121及一第二表面122;
一热熔胶层11,铺设或局部结合于该介面层12的第一表面121上,而该热熔胶层11经施予一定温度时,即会熔化成融熔状态,能够粘着于物体上;该物体包含衣物、织物、运动辅具、护具或各式需缓冲结构的产品表面;
一吸震散压层13,该吸震散压层13可为平板状或其他各式造型,可将吸震散压层13结合于该介面层12的第二表面122上,以形成至少三层结构;而该吸震散压层13具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性,其可视需求设计成网状体或格状体或实心体结构;
值得一提的是,热熔胶层11、介面层12及吸震散压层13皆为软性材料,使其可被弯曲及卷绕。
值得一提的是,该介面层12能够由不织布、织布或弹性针织布或网布或其他可弯曲材料所制作而成。
值得一提的是,该吸震散压层13能够由凝胶材料、乳胶材料、硅胶、软质橡胶、软质合成胶、软质PU 胶或其他弹性材料所制作而成。其中,以凝胶材料为较佳。
值得一提的是,该热熔胶层11可以涂布或喷洒方式结合于介面层12的第一表面121上。
值得一提的是,该热熔胶层11可为薄膜,并贴合于介面层12的第一表面121上,在施予加热处理,使热熔胶层11熔化即可顾结于介面层12的第一表面121上。
值得一提的是,该吸震散压层13可以熔铸方式成型于介面层12的第二表面122上。
可将热熔胶层11平贴于衣物或织物或辅具或其他物品的表面上,并对产品相对的另一表面施予熨烫或热压或加热处理,使热熔胶11层熔化成融熔状态,进而产生粘性,待冷却凝固后,即会紧密贴合于衣物或织物或辅具或任一物品的表面,且由于该介面层12及吸震散压层13皆可被弯曲及卷绕,所以让穿着该衣物或织物或辅具或任一物品的使用者身体能够支撑弯曲、伸展运动,并透过吸震散压层13达到吸收震动力及分散压力及防撞击等功效。
另外,该成型的热熔胶层11、介面层12及吸震散压层13可被制作成卷状态,以做为工业材料使用,欲使用时再材切适当尺寸应用即可。
请参阅图3为本发明一种缓冲结构的第二实施剖面结构图,由图中可知,其中该吸震散压层13具有一第一表面131及一第二表面132,其中该吸震散压层13的第一表面131连接于该介面层12的第二表面122上,而本实施例与第一实施例不同之处为该吸震散压层13的第二表面132能够添加连接一外表层14,用以让该缓冲结构1的外表层14能够直接接触使用者身体,以提高该缓冲结构的使用舒适度。
值得一提的是,该外表层14能够由1不织布、织布或弹性针织布或网布或棉布或毛布所制作而成。
值得一提的是,该外表层14亦可替代为一具有立体织物特性的立体织物层。
值得一提的是,该外表层14表面可印刷或绘制或粘贴图形或图案或商标,以达到美观效果。
请参阅图4为本发明一种缓冲结构的第三实施剖面结构图,由图中可知,与第一实施例不同之处,该热熔胶层11与该吸震散压层13之间的介面层为一立体织物层15,而该立体织物层15包含:
一表面层151,为一具有织物组织的表面层151;
一底层153,为一具有织物组织的底层153;
一结接层152,为一于经纱方向或纬纱方向呈波状弯曲且具有织物组织的结接层152,而该表面层151会经由该结接层152与该底层153连接,以形成一立体织物,而该立体织物层15具有优良的缓冲性以及柔软触感的构造特性。
由于该立体织物层15同样具有缓冲、散压效果,因此,可增加整体的缓冲、吸震及散压功效。
请参阅图5为本发明一种缓冲结构的第四实施剖面结构图,由图中可知,其中该吸震散压层13具有一第一表面131及一第二表面132,其中该吸震散压层13的第一表面131连接于该立体织物层15的底层153,而本实施例与第三实施例不同的处为该吸震散压层13的第二表面132能够添加连接一立体织物层15(包含一表面层151、一底层153及一结接层152),用以让该缓冲结构1的立体织物层15能够直接接触使用者身体,以提高该缓冲结构的使用舒适度。
在吸震散压层13的两表面131、132上皆结合立体织物,有助提升整体的缓冲、吸震及散压能力。
请参阅图6A及图6B,为本发明一种缓冲结构的应用操作示意图及应用操作剖面结构图,由图中可知,其中该缓冲结构1的热熔胶层11贴合于一裤子2膝盖部位21的内表面或外表面,而使用者仅需熨烫或热压过该裤子2膝盖部位的外表面或内表面,使热熔胶层11受热熔化成融熔状态,并具有粘性,而粘合于裤子膝盖部位的内表面或外表面,待热熔胶层冷却后,即可将吸震散压层13紧密结合于该裤子2膝盖部位21的内表面或外表面,由于该介面层12及吸震散压层13皆具有弯曲及卷热特性,故不会影响使用者进行运动或是行走,当使用者膝盖受到撞击或碰撞时,即可通过吸震散压层13吸收震力及分散压力,以降低膝盖撞击力,避免使用者的膝盖受伤,达到保护膝盖的目的。
请同时参阅图1及图7,为本发明一种缓冲结构的第一实施剖面结构图、应用操作示意图,由图中可知,其中该缓冲结构1的热熔胶层11结合于一防撞裤子2腰腿侧边部位22的内表面或外表面,而当老人家或是腰部有受伤的病患,能够借助该缓冲结构1的吸震散压层13来支撑保护该使用者的腰部,除了能够避免于走路时,不小心的碰撞所造成使用者腰部受伤的情况发生,更能够有效的保护身体较虚弱的老人家,以减轻外来未知的撞击或是压力所造成的身体伤害程度。
值得一提的是,该缓冲结构1能够依照使用者需要,能够自由地将该缓冲结构1接触于该裤子2任一内表面或外表面部位,再经由熨烫或热压过该裤子2或热烘该热熔胶层11之后,即可将该缓冲结构1的吸震散压层13紧密结合于该裤子2的内表面或外表面。
请参阅图1及图8为本发明一种缓冲结构的第一实施剖面结构图、应用操作示意图,由图中可知,其中该缓冲结构1的热熔胶层11接触于一上衣3手肘部位31的内表面或外表面,而使用者仅需熨烫或热压或热烘过该上衣3手肘部位的外表面或内表面,使该吸震缓冲层13紧密结合于该上衣3手肘部位31的内表面,故当使用者进行运动或是行走时,该缓冲结构1能够支撑保护该使用者的手肘,以达到缓冲压力以及减轻撞击所造成该使用者的手肘受伤的伤害程度。
请参阅图1及图9为本发明一种缓冲结构的第一实施剖面结构图、应用操作示意图,由图中可知,其中该缓冲结构1的热熔胶层11结合于一上衣3肩膀部位32的内表面或外表面,而使用者仅需熨烫或热压或热烘过该上衣3肩膀部位32的外表面或内表面,使该吸震缓冲层13紧密结合于该上衣3肩膀部位32的内表面,故当使用者进行运动或是行走时,该缓冲结构能够支撑保护该使用者的肩膀,以达到缓冲压力以及减轻撞击所造成该使用者的肩膀受伤的伤害程度。
值得一提的是,该缓冲结构1能够依照使用者需要,能够自由地将该缓冲结构1接触于该上衣3任一内表面或外表面部位,再通过熨烫过该上衣3之后,即可将该缓冲结构1紧密结合于该上衣3的内表面或外表面。
另外,图6A、B~图9仅为本发明最佳应用操作示意图,并非用以局限本案的申请专利范围,该热熔胶层11可贴合于各式织物或辅具或任一物品的内表面或外表面,一旦在相对外表面上施予熨烫及热压处理或对热熔胶层11施予热烘处理后,该热熔胶层11即会稳固贴合于各式织物或辅具或任一物品的内表面或外表面,并通过吸震散压层13达到吸震及分散压力及缓冲的目的。
另外,上述图6A、B~图9所示的热熔胶层11亦可先进行热烘,使热熔胶层11熔化成融熔状态后,再贴到衣物或织物或任一物品的内表面或外表面,待热熔胶层11冷却凝固后,即可将吸震散压层13结合固定于衣物或织物或任一物品的内表面或外表面上。
请参阅图10所示,为本发明第五实施示意图,其与图一的差异处在于该散压吸震层13的两个表面上皆结合一介面层12,该介面层12的另一表面则结合有热熔胶层11。而吸震散压层13、介面层12及热熔胶层11的结合方式皆与图1相同,于此不在赘述。
请参阅图11A、B所示,为本发明图10的操作应用图,可将两面皆结合有热熔胶层11的吸震散压层13容置于背包4或其他物品的夹层中,并对两热熔胶层11施予熨烫或热压或热烘处理,使热熔胶层11熔化成融熔状态,即可粘固于背包4或其他物品的夹层中,使背包或其他物品形成一防撞包或防撞物品。
本发明所提供的一种缓冲结构,与其他现有技术相互比较时,更具备下列优点:
1.本发明的缓冲结构,能让使用者自行结合于衣物任一内表面,并再经由使用者熨烫过该衣物的表面后,即可立即将该缓冲结构紧密结合于该衣物任一内表面。
2.本发明的缓冲结构,具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性,同时亦不会影响使用者活动的范围。
借助以上较佳具体实施例的详述,希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与精神,而并非以上述所揭露的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵盖各种改变及具等同性替换的方案于本发明所欲保护的范围内。
Claims (11)
1.一种缓冲结构,其特征包括:
一个介面层,具有第一表面及第二表面;
一个热熔胶层,连接于该介面层的第一表面上,而该热熔胶层为一种能够经一定温度加热后形成融熔状态而粘着于物体上的胶层;
一个吸震散压层,连接于该介面层的第二表面上,而该吸震散压层具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性。
2.如权利要求1所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该介面层由不织布、织布或弹性针织布或网布或能够弯曲的任何材料所制作而成。
3.如权利要求1所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该介面层为立体织物层,而该立体织物层包含一个具有织物组织的表面层、一个具有织物组织的底层、一个于经纱方向或纬纱方向呈波状弯曲且具有织物组织的结接层,其中该表面层通过该结接层与该底层连接,以形成该立体织物。
4.如权利要求1所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该吸震散压层由弹性材料所制作而成,该弹性材料至少包括凝胶材料、乳胶材料、硅胶、软质橡胶、软质合成胶、软质PU 胶。
5.如权利要求1所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该吸震散压层为网状体、格状体或实心体结构。
6.一种缓冲结构,其特征包括:
一个介面层,具有第一表面及第二表面;
一个热熔胶层,连接于该介面层的第一表面上,而该热熔胶层为一种能够经一定温度加热后形成融熔状态而粘着于物体上的胶层;
一个吸震散压层,具有第一表面及第二表面,第一表面连接于该介面层的第二表面上,而该吸震散压层具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性;
一个外表层,该外表层结合于该吸震散压层的第二表面上。
7.如权利要求6所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该外表层由不织布、织布或弹性针织布或网布或棉布或毛布或立体织物所制作而成。
8.如权利要求6所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该介面层由不织布、织布或弹性针织布或网布或能够弯曲的任何材料所制作而成。
9.如权利要求6所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该介面层为一个立体织物层,而该立体织物层包含一个具有织物组织的表面层、一个具有织物组织的底层、一个于经纱方向或纬纱方向呈波状弯曲且具有织物组织的结接层,其中该表面层通过该结接层与该底层连接,以形成该立体织物。
10.如权利要求6所述缓冲结构,其特征在于:该吸震散压层由弹性材料所制作而成,其至少包括凝胶材料、乳胶材料、硅胶、软质橡胶、软质合成胶、软质PU 胶。
11.一种缓冲结构,其特征包括:
两个介面层,具有第一表面及第二表面;
一个吸震散压层,具有第一表面及第二表面,该吸震散压层具有吸收震动、分散冲击力道的特性;该吸震散压层的第一表面及第二表面上分别与该两个介面层的第二表面相结合;
两个热熔胶层,其分别结合于该介面层的第一表面上,而该热熔胶层为一种能够经一定温度加热后形成融熔状态而能够粘着于物体上的胶层。
